The place is very cold in the winter, there is a heater but it really isnt enough. The facilities are quite basic (no kettle, hairdryer etc. And fridge wasnt cleaned). Water leaks everywhere after a short shower

Not great bathroom and kitchen. Water was dripping in the bathroom and had to mop a few times. I think it can be fixed easily. Body towel was provided but not hand towel nor hair dryer. It would be good to include them.

Location is perfect right in the middle of Exarcheia. Comfy bed and plenty of light coming in from the huge balcony door/windows. Value for money flat.

Facilties were very basic, no hairdryer or iron etc. The building and lift is very old but the apartment was clean with a spacious balcony with a great view.

Good location in alternative area of Athens plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Also very central to get to attractions and sites. Clean apartment, friendly and communicative host, good instructions for check in etc.

Facilities - a hairdryer, a bath mat or a small table in the bathroom would have been nice to have. But we enjoyed our stay nevertheless.

We really liked the location (Exarcheia area is recommended if you like quirky and alternative vibes, cool bars and hidden gems, traditional Greek restaurants in a not-so-touristy district) and the awesome view from the terrace. The accommodation is simple and clean, but we didn't spend much time there. Our host was also very nice, communicative, all instructions were clear.

The fridge froze all our food cause it was set too high and the kitchen smelled like eggs. For people with troubles walking stairs this is not the right hotel as the excavator only goes 5 stories high and you have to walk the last - for us it was not a problem!

I liked the quarter Exarchia, it´s not so touristic. The hotel room was okay, we had a microwave, a stove and a mini fridge in the kitchen and the balcony is really big and provides a nice view. For the price we paid it´s really fine.

I would consider replacing the mattress. You can feel the springs and it is not comfortable for sleeping.

Check in is possible from 15:00 at any time, which is great if you arrive in the city late at night. Location near the center, it was possible to walk. Clean everywhere. It fulfilled the purpose of accommodation for us! Hot water flowed after switching on the boiler. All the necessary information about the accommodation is written in the room. The owner was great at communicating with us!

🔴 Stiff bed, in some spots you can feel springs also pillows were quite small 🔴 Shower head rubber seal is not properly fitted therefore was leaking on higher flows. It could be fixed easily by replacing the shower head or refitting the seal 🔴 Terrace door was hard to slide, this should definitely be fixed 🔴 A/C wing/flap setting when turned on emits cracking sound when flap moves, which is quite annoying. Lubrication should solve the issue 🔴 Furniture in the terrace were quite old.. However I've enjoyed our mornings there

We did not used any buses or metro 🟢 Terrace 🟢 The room was clean 🟢 Responsive host over the booking messages 🟢 No contact on check-in/check-out beneficial for both parties. There are key box with code 🟢 P.S flat is a little more updated than in the photographs as there are sofa (which was previously main bed) and double bed inside the room.

Simple apartment, but very nice. Easy access to the main points of the city, it has a supermarket two blocks away. In the apartment's kitchen there was everything needed for cooking. I had seen in other comments people complaining about the bed and the host provided a new one to the apartment, a double bed and very comfortable

There was no sheet on the bed. It would've been good to have known this beforehand, as obviously, for a stay of just 3 nights, we weren't going to buy sheets in Athens.

Good value for price. We loved the terrace and the air conditioning. very close to several city bus lines and nice cafés.

1. The studio was not the one in the photos. Was smaller and mainly the terrace did not have furniture( which was the main reason i booked it, to sit outside). 2. No coffee, nor coffee machine, no tea, no bottled water... 3. Random furniture, decoration. 4. Very late check in and early check out in comparison with other places in Athens. 5. Host provides a tel number and says is available on the weekend, therefore couldn't even call them to say its not the place we paid for. 6. For 2 people there were 2 towels..thats it. While normally you are provided with 4 ( hands, hair etc)... For sure wouldn't go again and for the same price you can find much better quality in Athens.

The bed is fine. The terrace can be nice.

I do not recommend this hotel for any stay. The room furnishings were old and badly worn. The kitchen was practically falling apart before our eyes and should have been replaced long ago, not presented as a working facility. Most striking was the location of the toilet, which was almost in the middle of the kitchen, which I found very unsanitary and unacceptable. For the price this hotel charges, one can easily find much better accommodation that meets basic standards of comfort and cleanliness. Overall very disappointing and definitely not recommended

Even though they didn't send me any instuction, they kept saying they already sent us and asking me to just check myself. We were waiting for them in front of this accomodation for 1 hour, and finally they sent me an instruction in an hour. We had a terrace, but couldn't use it because the door was locked, and there was no way to go out to the terrace. This accomodation was the worst one I've ever used. + no shampoo, need to turn on the boiler for at least 30mins to use hot water for a shower.

We could see the sunset in our room. Quite good location

It did not have a bell, so if you're planning on ordering, just have in mind you'll have to go all the way down to get your order, which was a little bit uncomfortable, due to the cold weather. It also could supply at least one face towel, because it only had one and at least some more paper.. We stayed for 2 nights and only had one roll of toilet paper.. Also, the bed for 2 nights was a nightmare..... For one night, you're going to be fine, but not more than one..

The view was very beautiful, it was cozy.
