that we needed to ask for soap because the cleaner didn't always fill it for us

The breakfast was varied and delicious. I have a lactose allergy and the hotel staff took care of me every morning with cheeses that I could eat that do not contain lactose. The warm personal attitude, the desire to help us look for open restaurants that match what we were looking for and even reserve a table. At the end of the trip, our flight left early, so we missed breakfast. The hotel staff made sure to prepare lunch boxes for us that accompanied us until the flight. In terms of location, the hotel is simply great. Especially for those who want to walk and experience Athens through their feet. The hotel is close to many attractions in Athens and also to the entertainment area in Gazi

The neighbourhood is not very well maintained. Not close from the touristic places, around 20 mins walk.

The hotel design is gorgeous! The room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The blackout curtains were on a switch which was an unexpected nice touch ᵕ̈ The location is great—easy walk to the acropolis and there were several delicious and inexpensive restaurants close by. The staff is also super friendly. They even packed us a small breakfast to go on the last morning as we had to check out before breakfast officially started. It was very thoughtful!

I was traveling with my family, and we got separate rooms. My dad had his own, and my brother and I split up. I picked our room thinking it had two beds. Turns out, one was the usual kind, and the other was a sofa—not even a sofa bed, and definitely not comfy.

The hotel felt super inviting and looked great. The staff were really nice, super helpful, and just had a good vibe.

The hotel has a great location in terms of access to the airport (direct metro connection + 7 minute walk) as well as the Acropolis and other centrally-located sights. Lots of tavernas and places to eat in every direction. Athens is a work in progress as far as reconstruction of old buildings or pavements is concerned, but the hotel itself is a lovely, tastefully designed construction, very cozy inside and our room was sufficient for a family of 4, the kids loved the upper floor woth their bed. The staff were amazing! All of them really super helpful and nice! They enabled later check-out, one day packed breakfast when we had an early morning activity. Breakfast was simple, but sufficient. The only thing I would have appreciated was some fresh vegetables (sliced cucumbers or peppers) to make the plates juicier and healthier :). I totally recommend Loom if you look for a quieter place, yet close to everything.

The Kerameikos metro is the closest, approx. an 8-minute walk, and with my heavy luggages it was not so easy to find the place at first time.

Very nice, modern, brandnew apartment house, with a unique, sophisticated interior design solution, special and very smart lightings, I loved it!!! I was in room 402, I recommend it to everyone. It is very spacious, comfortable, and has a large smart TV also, you can watch on it your pics and videos about Athen. Everything is very nice and clean. There is a small fridge, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine with 4 capseln, and a big balcony for the room. The bed was on the gallery. Everybody were above average helpful at the reception, and the breakfast was also very cozy, homemade and delicious. The Kerameikos metro is the closest, approx. an 8-minute walk and 1 stop away is the most wonderful downtown square, Monastiraki, from where you can walk to all the sights in the downtown area, and you can spend several hours or a whole day there. There is also a larger supermarket 2 minutes away from the accommodation. I hope I will return 🙏♥️

This is a great hotel. The service is perfect, the rooms are so nice and hygenic. The people working in this hotel are so friendly. The breakfast is super. A hotel more than recommendable! I will come back here, that’s for sure.

It’s a very lovely, well-designed boutique hotel. Very stylish. And enough space for three of us. The front desk is very helpful. Also like the Korres shampoo etc. Smells good.
