Exactly what we paid for. Vivi responded to small issue and rectified very quickly. Even being able to keep room on for last day was fantastic as it gave us opportunity to spend day at beach. Vivi also booked us a taxi to take us to airport.

Very good location, quiet but close to center, the beach and even a very nice beach bar which is more relaxed and quiet then the others. The studio was well equipped and had everything we needed. What was most outstanding was the friendliness and exceptionally good service of Vivi. She helped us whenever and however she could!! She let us change to an even better room (better view) after one night, she let us stay at the last day longer in the studio so that we could take a shower before going to the airport - ans many more! We were really overwhelmed!!

Water temperature a little hit and miss

Very well equiped kitchen including toaster and microwave. Bathroom modern with powerful shower. Brilliant location. Great owners always on call and happy to provide help and advice.

The room was very nice. The air con and safety deposit box were included in the price. There was a toaster, microwave and sandwich maker in the kitchette. Cleaner came in every day so it was spotlessly clean.

it would have been perfect but our toilet didn't refill properly at times and the shower could have been a bit more powerful apart from that it was brilliant

Shower cubicle could be a bit bigger.

Location is fabulous , balcony is perfect to watch the sunset every night. Close to beach and all other bars and restaurants. Facilities are all you need, not luxurious but good enough.

Great apartment with two rooms/4 beds. Adequate kitchen facilities for breakfast which is all we needed. Easy check in and check out. wonderful location between town and Yianni’s Half Time Bar pool (which we used daily as it’s great!) Great shutters and air con. lovely balcony with view of sea and the location was also very quiet. We have been to Kos several times - first time here and would stay again and recommend. thank you!

Shower was a bit too small

Very polite staff, location was perfect, calm and cozy, but still near the center. There was a daily cleaning, really appreciate it and we could stay even longer, that was great. Communication was fast and very friendly. Looking forward to come back next year.

Booked a junior suite, extra sitting room. Very clean and lovely and quiet area, never heard anything at night. Great customer service, hosts are very frieindly, welcoming and will sort anything out for you. Walk to anywhere in Mastichari is less than 10 mins. Swimming pool access is not free but is available to you, just pop across the road to Luis Pool, directly opposite and have a chat with Nikkos, very nice guy, either pay €5 pppd or if you have drinks and a snack aceess is free and well worth it, used it for 7 out of the 8 days we were there.
