Everything new, high standard of renovation and exceptional quality & very clean. Bathroom very good, better than most +4star hotels. Location an easy distance with bags to the ferry, quiet at night, parking area for scooter. Can’t comment on breakfast as didn’t use the facilities beyond tea/coffee. Fotis is a great host.

The property was new and spotless, close to the centre of town. Owner (Fotis)was just wonderful. Answered all our questions,advised us on Dining and made us a great breakfast. We would stay there again.

The owner Fotis is the heart of the place and makes everything he can to make your stay comfortable. He even contacted us before arrival to let us know the room was ready earlier, even though we didn't ask about earlier check in. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. We stayed in two different rooms as we wanted to stay one more night, but the room we first booked wasn't available for longer. So we got to try two different rooms. Both were stylish and nice. The house is brand new and rooms nicely decorated and beds comfortable. For breakfast you can order eggs, toast, yoghurt, fruits, cereals, cakes, juice, coffee etc, and they are brought to your table.

This was one of the best accommodations I have stayed in Greece. Really top rooms and accommodation as you expect of Greece. Hospitality and top service are the key words for this hotel. Don't search further and book it, you will not be disappointed. Thanks for all Fotis!

Excellent location in the best spot of the historic center. A historic building decorated with elegance with spacious rooms and spotless clean. The highlight is the owner, a very kind helpful and welcoming gentleman that made us feel like true friends and helped us with a big smile in everything we needed. This hotel is ideal for a quiet holiday - there’s no bar or restaurant - perfect for our needs this time.

Fantastic location, just back from the seafront, easy stroll to town. Hotel is modern, tastefully decorated and furnished, spotlessly clean. The owner Fotis was extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful (hot food cooked to order) Room was well appointed. Appreciated having fridge and safe in room. Water pressure for showers was brilliant. Two balconies to sit on - one private and one shared. Bed was very comfortable. Booked for 2 nights but stayed for 4!

Beautiful new hotel that’s been decorated to a very high standard in a modern island style. The location is perfect. You can walk easily to the beach and restaurants from a central position. Best of all was the owner Fotis. He called ahead of time to make sure we had the best way to travel to Spetses. He provided a personal touch throughout our stay. What a wonderful host.

Brand new hotel which just recently opened. Excellent location - just less than 5 mins walking distance to all major sites / restaurants in Spetses Town. Comparably quiet - at least as quiet as it could get in the main season on an island not prohibiting motorbikes/ quads.

Not a huge choice of good restaurants in close vicinity, but it's easy to get a taxi or carriage or walk 20 minutes along the seafront to the delightful Old Harbour area, where most of the best restaurants are.

A traditional house renovated to a very high standard. Rooms are quiet, cool, spacious and very comfortable. The host is very friendly and helpful and will make suggestions as to where to eat etc. Good, freshly made breakfasts.

My go to place for when I visit Spetses. This hotel is brand new and spotless clean. Design is modern and elegant yet keeps the traditional character of the island. The owner of the hotel is very kind and ready to help for anything you need. He will go above and beyond to provide you with excellent service. Having breakfast or a drink at the courtyard is a must. Location can't be beaten. You are 3-5' walk from the port, close to bars and restaurants. Yet the hotel is located at peaceful road and you will sleep like a baby. I really can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you!

It’s a new hotel, and well designed with everything you need in the room! It is also quite and very close to the port! Within a minute you reach the sea by foot. The owner, Fotis, is very kind and very accommodating. It’s saved on my list for favourite places, for when I am back to Spetses!

We could not recommend this little property more. The location is great and each room is beautifully decorated and clean. Communication was also very efficient, messaging from booking we would have received a response very promptly. The staff is also very attentive and accommodating. We would definitely come back once in Spetses!

The noise from the numerous motorcycles. There is no point to expect quietness , even the cars are not aloud on the island, as long there hundreds of motorcycles running around. The only solution is the city hall to impose electric motorcycles to make the island pleasant to walk around.

Breakfast was fine. The location was convenient.
