Shower head is hand held only, not attached to a railing.

Transport close by but used bolts as very cheap to places of interest. Plenty of restaurant, bakery and supermarket options. Seems like a safe neighbourhood in an authentic Greek suburb. Was quiet, not disturbed by noise. Loved sitting on the balcony and the Wi-Fi worked well.

Spacious, clean apartment located near a metro station, meaning it was easy to get around from the apartment. The self check-in was easy, and Spiros explained everything clearly and was quick and good at communicating. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed. The neighbourhood is quiet and residential. A book with tips for eating out was really handy - I really recommend the nearby cafe/bar Taf Kappa - great breakfasts! I would stay here again!

Spacious, air con worked well, kitchen facilities were good and bed was excellent size for two people. Shower was good too, decent pressure despite no stand for the shower head.

The kettle needs replacing, it won't stop boiling. A second set of keys would have been great to share between 3 people.

Great location, everything is close. It is right in the heart of Athen which I think is a great benefit of this apartment. The apartment is spatious, and confy, it is well equiped and the host is very friendly. Everything is 💯.

Instruction could be also written for main attractions (like how to get there best, ticket price, etc..) could be helpful for someone. Where to park and where not :D by this is just my stupidity. :D

Owner is super friendly. On WhatsApp all the time to help you. Flat is 5-10 minut from Metro/Train to city center, or what we prefer a not so far for walk. Parking of rented car was not so hard. Well equipped flat. 2x AC:s, Always hot water for shower. Instructions for visitors are very helpful... Just take this and you will see that there is reason why this host have 9+ on booking :)

The apartment was very clean and cosy! the rooms are spacious, the kitchen and the bathroom had all the amenities. The apartment is really close to the metro station, in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was a great little find, in a really nice spot in Athens. we caught the taxi from the airport about $40 euros. This is the easiest,fastest way to get to athens city centre as the airport is a fair distance away. The property is spacious with a balcony, tv with Netflix, and kitchen. It has a lovely, homely design. The hosts provided some great recoms which we used, the cocktail bar they mention is fantastic, just go! The Thai restaurant was also very good. Thanks Spyros

If there is any downside then it's a lack of some more dishes in the kitchen. There is only one small pot for coffee, and a pretty big one to cook. Also, if there is a washing machine in the apartment, it would be nice if guests have some detergent at disposal, and more than just a few clothing pegs. We were on a road trip and needed to wash our clothes, and it would be very helpful if we would find detergent in the apartment

Spyros was an excellent host, he sent us detailed instructions on how to enter the apartment, and left some useful info for moving around and where to eat or shop. Also, he was always on service, with fast replies whenever we needed something. The apartment is clean, spacious, comfortable, warm, and above all, it's in a neighbourhood where you can feel safe, with lot of options to eat if you don't feel like going to the much more touristy city centre. We walked some other parts of Athens, and compared to them Petralona is clean, quiet, bright and safe. Also, it's not more than 30 minutes walking to Acropolis, or just two metro stations from Monastiraki. We would recommend Spyros' apartment to everyone, and if we come back, we might use it again.

There were some complexities with hot water and electricity. We had to turn them on on a special panel on our own and only for a limited time. 30 min for hot water. There were now any kettle in apt.

Everything was more than great!! I am not giving it the perfect 10, just because i would really really like to have found coffee in the kitchen. That way i wouldn t have to go out just to take coffee from a cafe/bar. Personally i start my day just by drinking coffee and after one or two hours i eat my breakfast. Just something to think about, for us, coffee lovers!!

i have stayed in athens many times but each time in a different appartment/room. This felt more like my own house!! cozy,clean and comfortable!! I would definetely choose it again for my stay in athens! Too bad i couldn't stay more days!!
