One towel when we entered in the room was cleaned although there were still makeup 💄 remains on it , alot of them. And the air condition was not functioning well in heat mode.

The only thing that confused us where the time schedules concerning Whirlpool times, pool times, lunch/brunch dinner... But that is a small thing to fix/improve.

Very nice staff, always helpfull, always trying to improve and very friendly! Rooms are clean, breakfast is very good and has everything from fresh fruits, to olives, toast and fresh bread, egg varieties, omlette service. Restaurant is also nice, we where here end of season so some food was not available anymore, totally fine if hotel was not fully booked. We even got out favorite Cocktail from the bar, even its not on the menu. Definitely a goto Hotel. Bus leaves literally in front of the house, 20 minutes downtown. You can get rental delivered directly to the Hotel with a collaborating Agency. Hotel got a fresh makeover in Oktober 22, pool and restaurant are nice and new.

The location is not very nice, there is one cafe and a big supermarket, it all looked a bit abandoned. For more we had to walk further or take the bus. Every morning the bathroom had a really disgusting smell of rotten eggs and we had nothing to put our bar soap on. Also because our room was right infornt of the street and on the ground, we didn't feel safe to open the window for fresh air. We recommend to ask for a room, that is not right by the street or one that is on the second floor. Our beds were clean, but the duvets had some stains that probably didn't wash out.

The Staff welcomed us right away with a drink and helped us in every situation that we needed. They were all soo nice! We also got our own free wine in our room and some snacks. We enjoyed the jacuzzi which was open 24/7. Our room was very spaceous. The bus station is right in front of the hotel and the bus goes direct to the city. The breakfast buffet was not very big, but they had different choices every day.

There was a lot of banging and drilling all day right next to the pool. It would have been nice if the hotel management has acknowledged this and provided us with a free dinner.

Not the hotel's fault, but the surrounding area around the hotel is not too friendly, there's nothing to see by foot and the road is very noisy at night, thus making it very hard to get a good quality rest.

Spacious room, the pool was clean and in general the facility was not too crowded. The restaurant served great food, good variety with local influences. The staff was helpful and kind. Amoudara beach is a few minutes away.

Tv reception not great.

The hotel was beautiful, stunning pool, polite friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was amazing. You couldn’t ask for anything more. It was peaceful and serene. Just what you need to recharge. I wish we could have stayed more days. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again next time we come to Crete.

I liked everything! Just a few small things: 1. Gardening can be better 2. The hotel is too quiet. Adding a few more happy things can help.

In one day, we didn't have water in the hotel for around 5-6 hours. It's fine - anything can happen, but the issue lies with the lack of communication. We were out for the day, and when we returned to the room, there was no note under the door, no message through Booking.com (the day before I received a message about music night). When I went to the receptionist to ask about it, she just said it's a problem in the whole area and we had to just wait. Later at the dinner we were speaking to one of the waitresses and she told that at her home, which is 100m from the hotel, water was fine, so it was a problem at the hotel. It felt weird that the hotel wouldn't just say they have technical issues and they are working on it.
