The shower did not drain well causing excess water in the bathroom. And we booked a double room but had two single beds - did ask to change this on first night but it wasn’t done only 2 single toppers added.

The mattress was a little hard, and we only had two relatively thin pillows. We had to double up, using the pillows from the couch. Also advisable to have a rental car, as the hotel is not in a very central location, but we didn't mind that.

The room was huge and recently renovated, lots of room for luggage and even room to relax on the couch. The balcony featured a hanging chair, very comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent, with many different options. The pool area was beautiful, and there are a few cute resort cats that walk around. We also got a welcome drink on the first night which was very nice.

You definitely need a car to stay here (luckily we had one) as the area isn’t that easy to find somewhere for dinner!

The street in front of the hotel has quite much traffic, so it can be loud sometimes. In addition to that, the front row of the appartments have not been renewed yet (as of october 2021), the windows and door have no noise protection whatsoever, so the street noise is quite high in the appartments. This is only relevant for the hall, as the bedroom is in the backside, but for 4 persons, both count. Otherwise, the appartments don't look old, are quite modern on the inside, even the not premium. Maybe the "premium" designation refers here to the second row, and you definitely should book that.

Nice breakfast, friendly staff. The next beach and shops are 5 min on foot from the hotel, the local bus to/from the city center stops right in front, there is a car rental shop across the street. So if you are not solely focused on the beach, the location is good.

For me as gril I would like closet in bedroom for chlotes, because there was small closet and we had no space for our stuff, but otherwise all good😉

The location is a bit in the outskirts - not very tourist friendly. You need to walk a bit further from the hotel to find shops and other stuff. The food could use a bit more variety like gluten free stuff, vegan, and things like that

Bar staff and staff in general could be a bit more attentive. It did sometimes seem like some guests benefitted from preferential treatment. The reception staff were good. We were with children but given a room quite close to the road - I would have a preferred a room around the pool for safety and ease.

The pool was fantastic as were the hammocks and sun loungers. The room had a separate living section which worked perfectly for my two children to stay and both sofas converted to single beds. I liked the contemporary feel to the rooms and the modern furnishings. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fine and there was enough choice - although often when things ran out it took quite a while for staff to notice and act.

Nice and stylish hotel near Heraklion. We got upgraded into a nice room with two balconies and a free bottle of wine. Pool is nice, and drinks are good. Staff is very nice. Gave us a lunchbox since we had to take an early flight and could not have breakfast.

A long time of serving dinner. It's more likely for Greek culture to eat slowly, have a lot of dishes and some break time between servings. But it could be faster taking into account tourists want to also visit some interesting places after the dinner)

No or bad Wi-Fi. The room is missing minimal kitchen stuff (e..g. glasses), recycle bin only in bathroom.

The desk staff was very helpful! The waiters and waitresses, the kitchen personnel were all nice people, very kind and attentive! The breakfast was good but not varied and without Greek specialties (hope this will be considered in the future). The pool and the bar were good. The room is spatial and has balcony. The area was quite calm and the nearest beach was accessible within 5-min walk. The location was good for travelling to Heraklion with a bus stop in front of the hotel (buses go every 30 mins). The airport is quite close to reach with a taxi (~20 EUR with Booking.com). In general quite new and clean hotel for a family or couples stay.

I expected little bit more for this money (at least few bottles of water in fridge the night we come). Also, it would be nice to have glasses in room so we don't need to drink from bottle. Also they don't have enough employees (for example, during the dinner time, you will have to wait for drinks half an hour)

Everything is new and clean. Rooms are big and beautiful. Staff is super friendly. Pool aria and yard is sooo beautiful, we really enjoyed it. Breakfast was really good.

Really close to the two roads with non stop traffic. However, sound isolation is great and it is really quiet in the room. Wifi signal is not constant (it is not hotel's fault due to signal restrictions). First time in four-star hotel where safe is paid 5€ per day.

Kind and helpful stuff. Breakfast is tasty but not so variedly. Everything is clean and well-designed. A lot of olive trees which really gives you feeling of Crete.

We didn’t like the beach close by, but the hotel’s swimming pool makes up for it.

Although we’re a bit older, we enjoyed the hotel which is perfect for younger couples. Staff very friendly and the barman is quite funny. Breakfast is very good. Close to Heraklion for going out at night and great value for money.
