Spaceous and comfortable room, variety and quality of food, well designed territory, kid's amusements, beach, pools, gym, medical staff. Everything was simply top grade! It's now our favorite hotel for the family vacation.

The main buffet did get a little busy during peak times. Perhaps it's possible to move people along the buffet in the same direction instead of having them get food from all sides. There are always a few line cutters that make it annoying for everyone else! We knew we wanted to book some spa appointments so we talked to the spa on the first afternoon after we arrived. It did feel a little bit sales-pitchy. We then decided we wanted to cancel our last appointment to spend more time with the kids at the beach, and had a hard time cancelling. It worked out at the end, but just for others to note - be sure of your appointment when you make it! This should absolutely not be a deterrent to visit the hotel (or the spa for that matter - the services we received were great, and the staff that performed them were very friendly). For six consecutive days I tried to attend the yoga/stretching class at 10:45 am, but for various reasons it never worked out - perhaps it would be possible to have a few more classes available for the guests?

Everything was perfect, what can we say! The staff was always so friendly and helpful, whether it was the cleaning staff, serving staff, check-in desk, etc. We enjoyed the food - there were so many options so that everyone found something they like. The Asian restaurant that can be booked ahead of time with a reservation was delicious too. The main buffet can get a little busy during peak times, but there were other options as well that felt a little calmer. The main pool bar was great - the bartenders there were super friendly. The layout of the hotel is superb - although it's big and there are a lot of people staying there, there are many different pools to choose from, as well as the beach area. The hotel has a grocery store on site, a games room, a store with general beach-vacation items which came in handy when our daughter refused to wear her sandals and we needed a new pair on the first day. The beach was amazing. Enough chairs and umbrellas for everyone. The waves did get high when it was windier, it was very entertaining to watch (and to listen to!). The shows that were put on during the evening were a lot of fun for everyone. We had the best vacation ever and are so happy we found this place!

Nighttime entertainment was based on young families not much for the teenage kids and adults who didn’t want to watch kids stuff. Could have done with some music around at least one of the pools but not sure if this was just because the season was only just starting.

If I had to be picky the only thing this resort is missing is a sit down restaurant, however saying this we were more than happy with the food choices we had.

This was a last minute booking for my husband and I, instantly we were made to feel very welcome. Every member of staff was polite, friendly and welcoming. The resort was very clean and tidy, the beds were very comfortable and the food was all good quality with a large selection for even fussy eaters. We mainly ate in the buffet restaurant in the adults area where the female member of staff responsible for seating you and clearing plates (can’t remember her name but began with E) she was very friendly and would help us learn more of the Greek language. We are already looking to come back with our family later this year as our children would have loved the selection of pools, the children’s activities and play areas along with the water park area which caters well for children with a selection of water slides, water climbing frame/play area, lazy river and a child friendly self service food area.

A excellent variety of food choices, ensuring a delightful culinary experience. The apartment's pool and gym facilities were top-notch, providing the perfect balance of relaxation and fitness opportunities. Whether unwinding by the poolside or breaking a sweat in the gym, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The rooms were impressively spacious, offering ample room to unwind and recharge after a day of exploration. The attentive and friendly staff added an extra layer of warmth and hospitality to the experience.

Absolutely nothing. No complaints!

My husband and I have been travelling to resorts separately, together and as a family for over 20 years, primarily in South America (mexico, dominican republic, columbia, aruba etc) but this is by far the absolute best resort we have been to and I am so happy my children had this experience. The staff is always gracious, smiling, happy and especially helpful. The food and drinks were amazing in all areas of the resort! The rooms are well maintained and always clean with comfortable beds and adequate supplies. The grounds are immaculate and well manicured. I got a sense that the people truly enjoy working here because of the happiness they exude all day long. The assistant manager is exceptional and is all over the resort helping and ensuring that the guests are well taken care of. This is my 3rd time to Greece and my husband and childrens first time and Im so happy that all of the great things that I’ve said about this beautiful country and its people was proven true! Heraklion is a 30 minute drive away and full of restaurants and gift shops. Hersonissos is a 5 minute taxi ride east and is so full of energy. Bars, clubs restaurants, shops, everything!! Thank you Lyttos Beach for the amazing memories :)

Rooms needs slightly update.

Facilities and entertaiment for children were fantastic. Everyone can find something for themselfs, from life Greek music, Dj's, coctail bars to gym, sports, swimming pools, restaurants, private beach, shops, arcade, swimming classes, diving classes, dancing in the pool and many, many more ! All inclusive experience and room with swimming pool by the beach were the best for our family in that hotel. Exeptional welcome and service from stuff and esspecialy Assistant Hotel Manager, Mr Bolakis, who day and night take care of everything and dont hestigate to offer his help and service. As I travel a lot and stay in rooms with beautiful view or a pool pair with a lot of activities in the hotel, I can strongly say that was the best experience for me and my family and I will back !

5* hotel should have 24/7 service not just front desk reception one man. He tried to help us, but could not do anything without staff in hotel during night time. Mini bar should be provided with more offers not just water.

It started difficult as we could not have early check in which was requested, but the rest of our time in hotel was excellent. Room was clean and pool was great.

Everything was amazing at this place. We absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to be back! The room was very good, clean and comfortable beds. The pools were great, water park was just amazing. The beach is fantastic, water was really warm. The food was delicious and so much variety. Our little boy loved the playground and the mini golf. Organisation was excellent, considering it’s such a big resort. Our return flight was very late in the evening, we were told we could use all facilities and remain at the resort until departure, which was amazing. We had absolutely the best time, so THANK YOU Lyttos Beach!

This is a big good hotel for families mostly. We really liked it. It is very close to the nice beach. You can watch amazing sunsets there. Food in it’s restaurants are delicious and you easily find something that you really like. Also there are a lot of sport activities: tennis, swimming, football and so on. Perfect hotel for vacation.
