it would have been nice to have some al a carte options as all the restaurants are buffet, it would be nice to have the option of some more formal food options. also nothing is labelled with allergy information. I have a severe nut allergy and a lot of the desserts were sprinkled with nuts, when asking the staff many didn’t know what was contained in the food.

Nothing to improve.

Our stay was fantastic. Staff was super friendly and helpful, nice all the time. The hotel was very clean to the tiniest details. Food was absolutely amazing, wide choice of everything you can even imagine (vegan and vegetarian options, gluten free, lactose free). Hotel was silent in the night. Rooms were big and clean. We arrived late our first day and they still prepared dinner for us. We had even luxurious snack prepared in the room fridge just in case we would get hungry at night :) Free bottle of wine. The location is wonderful, just next to the beach.

Maybe entertainment could have been better; and also some evenings there was no place even to stand at the theatre area, so we could not enjoy the show, perhaps because of other guests coming from neighbour hotel Lyttos Mare, but not sure...

Everything was great! Room, food, pools, staff, beach - no complains for anything. It was an awesome stay!

Coffee at the restaurants wasnt great, but the bars made nice espresso. The kids club was not well organised and we didn't feel comfortable leaving our kid there unsupervised. The gym also felt very exclusive and I wasn't comfortable there when I tried to go.

The resort was beautiful and well maintained throughout. We tried all of the restaurants and dining options throughout the stay and the food quality was good throughout. The breakfast buffet was especially good. Wifi worked well throughout the resort. Our room was very spacious and had a great view. The beach was great, but I could see getting beach chairs during peak season would be difficult. The kids disco every night was a highlight. There is a bus stop 10 minutes from the resort so it was easy to get out and explore a bit.

Amazing staff and rooms, quite good options of food. Giorgos the manager helped me with everything that I need and Constantino the bar Manger took care about the drinks, always with a big smile. Really amazing staff and shows after the dinner, I went only with my wife but now we want to return with our both kids to enjoy the aqua park that they have on the hotel.

It was paradise, there is nothing not to like!

It was an out of this world experience that I intend to repeat every year! The place is amazing, a paradise for children especially but for adults as well. The food was just incredible and the staff so friendly and nice! I cannot thank enough Michaela, our waitress in various restaurants (the main one usually but also the Asian) who in my humble opinion should be promoted to "maitre" for being so amazing in her job! Also Anna Maria in the main restaurant was always helpful and kind! In the Thalassa snack bar, Fotini was a real jewel, a truly kind person with great skills and so polite always! Every time we ate there, we were leaving with a big smile on our faces. The cleaning staff of the hotel were too perfect employees, kind people and always smiling! The owner of this hotel has put together a place that works impeccably, that satisfies everyone and that makes the people that stay there feel wonderful! The food is better than home cooking and clients are so respected and taken such good care of, that I believe that the managers of this place must be touristic geniuses! The swimming pools are heavenly and very well managed and so beautiful! The kids club makes me want to become a child again! I doubt there is another place like this in the world! Two very enthusiastic thumbs up and looking forward to returning year after year, hopefully!

Perfect hotel for family. I appreciate that always you can find place with food. Also there are plenty of pools, so you can choose which one is best for you. Beach is very nice, some parts have rocks, but its natural. There are plenty of bars, so you don't wait for drink like in other hotels. Its very big complex, so you will find what suits you best. Also small village is 5 min walking so for example pharmacy its very close, also in village you have very cheap supermarket and renting car company. (half price as in hotel)

The rooms are not really five star but the reception lady was very kind and updated it us to a beach view which made the difference. Because is a beach hotel it will be nice to have more towels available in the room not just the nr of people. My hair is long and I need a big towel only for the hair :).

The whole structure is beautiful. The food is amazing, I really enjoyed the fresh baked bread. The coffee is great at the bar but at the restaurants no. Lots of activities for the kids, kids club was really nice and each evening activities was a plus. We really enjoyed it and will come back. The views from the restaurants were beautiful. Unfortunately our holiday was cut short due to a unfortunate event in the family and the manager was very understanding and staff was emphatic, which I appreciate. Also they were so kind to reimburse the nights we were not able to stay. We use the money to buy new flights... I

Thank you for making this holiday despite Covid 19 possible. The sanitary regulations in the hotel and restaurants were fine. Your food was delicious. I was quite astonished by the variety of your vegan and vegetarian dishes. The service in the dining rooms was perfect (thanks to Anna, Anna Maria, Sevasti and Peni). The children and water park was great. The swimming pools were clean and well maintained. My children really enjoyed the slides. The beach was clean. The lifeguards had there eyes everywhere and took measures whenever it was necessary. My sons had some swimming lessons in the Olympic pool with Maria. The outcome is fantastic. My boys enjoyed the lessons and really improved their skills. A great spa and gym area gave us the necessary relaxation. Here I should emphasize great professionalism of physiotherapist and good organisation. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Thanks again, we had a great vacation!

Its a big resort and first two days we had a hard time with orientation and finding the required pool or water park. It would be really helpfull if there were some orientation marks/tables/arrows.

We really didnt want to leave. This was a wonderfull experience. My TOP reasons to come again: 1. Variation of pools, water temperature and superb water park 2. Gym for me and PlayRoom for my kid 3. Evening events - RockIT was my favorit one 4. Amazing kitchen, fast food offer and bar service with nice variations of drinks, coffes etc. 5. Room - we get a free upgrade to a family room, housekeeping service is top, our room was always very clean 6. Beach and sea - definitely nothing for swimmers, due to the waves, however we enjoyed having fun and surfing on them 7. Very very kind staff, always smiling and in good mood 8. 10 min. walk to the bus station, from there within 10-20 min. to attractions like Aquacreta, Dinosaria park or Heraklion (2-3€ Ticket/person) 9. Animation team, thanks for the shared energy and positive mood 10. Luggage room with shower/dressing room - on our last day it was great, that we could stay until the evening, take a shower, use the dressing room and then leave the hotel

The housekeeping was not accurate. In 7 days they always left an inappropriate number of towels in the room, we were two people and most of the time they left 1 big towel and 2 small, I think they should have left 3 each.The room was not clean properly, in 7 days they never changed the dirty glasses on the desk and in general the room was not clean in the right way. We had so many problems with the door lock!!! We got locked in once and locked out 4 times. The last time we spent 1 hour outside our room, from 10 35 AM till 11 30 AM and because of that we lost a 116,00 € each tour, total 232,00 €. We informed the front desk and they just said We are very sorry, maybe next time you will be able to experience the tour. Now, I was not expected to have a refund from the hotel but they didn't even try to solve the matter for us, they just didn't care, it was not their business!!! On the other hand the hotel complex is very good, nice beach, nice gym, the food is pretty good, they serve a nice breakfast. The staff is friendly.

I went 6 days with my family. It was amazing, our children (7 and 4) had the best time. The animation team make everyday amazing, always different and fun. The Mini Disco and entertainment program was amazing. The Water park ist great! Had a lot of fun there too. For us parents, also a lot of things to do. BEach Soccer, Volleyball. Waterpolo. Water gym. With the best animation team ever! Amazing vacations thank you! Siooouuuu! BEST ANIMATION TEAM EVER!
