No hill !

Beautiful hotel , very friendly staff and very reasonably priced . Built onto the hill side in traditional Greek colours of blue and white , Hotel Madelana has views out over the harbour to Delos and beyond and the sunsets are fantastic . The room was on the small side but well appointed with a lovely outside sitting area , breakfast was really good with lots of choices and a beautiful terrace from where you can see in the distance the famous windmills . The walk up from the old harbour is steep but a small price to pay for such a gem of a hotel .

Lovely clean hotel walking distance from main town and old port. We had a brilliant stay. Hotel was very helpful in arranging taxis for us and even allowed an early breakfast so we could eat before going to airport.

We loved everything

The hotel is well located near town. The top rooms have an amazing view of the sea. The team at Madalena are dedicated, hospital, caring and they made our experience in Mykonos feel like a dream come true. This was mine and my family’s first time staying here and hopefully it won’t be the last one.

Off-season construction in room right below us, but they have to do it sometime. Room very small with nowhere to put bags, but comfy beds make up for it. 10 minute walk to Mykonos Town which is priceless since cabs are ridiculous $$.

Breakfast was amazing! Lots of choices. Loved having 2 separate beds as we requested. Good view from our top level room at the end. Office staff very helpful.

Amazing property to stay. perfect view. very close to the town and old port. The best part was the hosts - Dora, Sakis and 2 other staff members (sorry I forgot their names). They were so nice to offer us breakfast on our arrival day morning though our check-in was at 1400 hrs. The breakfast spread had too many options and yummy. Dora / Sakis explained everything about Mykonos and also arranged rental taxi (Star cabs owner Mike- very interesting and helpful person. highly recommend his car rental services). In fact they also offered us to use their kitchen to cook our own stuff and they also enjoyed our Indian Dal with us. Amazingly nice people.

This was one of our best stays in Europe. It was a short walk up the hill from the centre of town. We hired a car and eliminated the physical side of the hike, which made it excelent for us. The staff was amasing and filled every request for us, Thanks Guys loved our stay and hope to come back soon...

It's only the swimming pool that I did not like because it was too deep.

The pool as a little cold and the road to the old town was a bit dark at night to walk by but that's not the hotels fault.

The service from when you step in the door is exceptional, The Breakfast was very complete and changed everyday. The room was a bit small but perfect for the time spent. Everything was clean and in good working order.

I love everything!!!!

I had my best trip so far! And Mykonos was the ONE! I can assure you that the Hotel Madalena was the top of the cherry! The attention to detail from Sakis ( Manager) was spectacular. He will help you, guide you, and provide the best accommodation in his power. The staff is AMAZING, starting with the BEST BREAKFAST I have eaten done by the best Chef Eleni. The rooms had the best ocean views; I had a king and a single bed, and everything was clean and neat. The bathroom was spacious and perfect. You are a 6-minute walk to the town, where you can visit from the Old Port to the Kato Milli Windmills. Sakis helped us rent a scooter brought to the Hotel and gave us the best spot tips. I also want to acknowledge Antonio and Mira, who are a fantastic part of the staff. I recommend this Hotel 100% and definitely will go back soon. Thank you, Sakis, Eleni, Antonio, and Mira! Keep the EXCELLENT work.

Incredibly friendly and helpfully staff. The room was spotless, cleaned each day with fresh water and towels. Views gorgeous. The breakfast was amazing: large choice - hot and cold food with some additional traditional Greek dishes beautifully presented. I loved the orange pie!

Nothing! It was perfect.

The hotel staff was so nice and even gave us a drink when we arrived. They were able to schedule a shuttle for us to and from the port for a fee. The hotel itself was so roomy and great for 3 girls. There was enough room and mirrors for us to get ready and to store our luggages. The mattresses and pillows were so comfy. I wish we would or stayed more than 1 night in Mykonos and would definitely come back to this hotel.

Nothing apart from the lack of a full length mirror. There is a long horizontal mirror over the vanity unit in the bedroom but it was too high for me to see into it. I had to do hair and makeup using the shaving mirror.

The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. We had a private patio right outside our door with 2 sun beds, table and chairs. The bed was large and comfortable. Pillows were so comfortable too. Bathroom with walk-in shower was very spacious. Great to have a coffee machine as well as kettle in our room.

They could have towel hangers in the room. There was only one for the sink towel.

Super clean, good location, everyone super kind, good recommendations. And remember you can take the bus to the airport. The stop isjust a couple of blocks away.
