There is nothing specific I didn't like. The only comment here is that the hotel location is generally good but the way from the metro station is a little confusing. At least, when you try to find the place for the first time.

The hotel is lovely. I liked my room on the last floor very much because of the beautiful view of the city. The electronic key was useful as I didn't need to keep any physical key. The hotel looks stylish and nice.

We had a leak in the sink at 10:30-11pm at night and they had to come up and look at it. They also didn’t empty the bins for our whole stay there so we had so much rubbish. I think I could have requested it though to be cleaned

Excessive light from the exit sign impacts sleep quality.

Great location; it was convenient to access many attractions, restaurants, bars and the metro - all within a walking distance. We were delighted by the thoughtful gesture of wine, chocolate, and a personalized welcome note, which added a special touch to our arrival. :) Rooms are well designed and stylish. Smooth check-in/out process. Superb customer service, highly responsive.

Very modern hotel very close to the heart of Athens. The room and the shower offered enough space. The staff was very careful and nice. Our stay was perfect and we would recommend it to our friends. We also would like to check out other Bob W Hotels in other cities!

The air conditioning should have more settings. It was impossible to set up the right temperature. Also, there was an exit sign above the door that could not be turned off, which was a little bit annoying at night.

The location was great, a lot of nice restaurants neraby. It is also easy to get around the city from the hotel.

There is too much light in the room due to the emergency exit with direct impact on our faces when we are at the bad.There is noise from the exterior but not in this street , but on the adjacent streets. Ear plugs are available

A modern hotel in Athens’ city centre that makes you feel like home. We had a room with a balcony and through it access to the terrace, you could see the Acropolis from a distance. The room has cutlery, plates, glasses/mugs, so we could even make our own breakfast, or enjoy a meal in the balcony. Two tube stations are less than 10 minutes’ walk, making it easy to access with public transport. Though centrally located in a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet. Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping options just around the corner. A walk to Syntabma or Monastiraki Square only twenty minute’s walk.

As a female solo traveller it made me uncomfortable that the location was in a dark side street. Also, the aircon was switched off and I had to request it be turned on for my room.

The property was value for money and was easy to get to the metro and had a little kitchenette tk heat up meals and make coffee a tea.

I have stayed in Bob W hotels before and had no issues with the contactless door keys but did have a few issues getting into the building and room. The online chat staff were very helpful and responsive.

Stylish room in great location, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was finished to a high spec. Housekeeping came in every day to refresh towels.

The room temperature was a little warm on arrival and we couldn’t switch it off, however the staff were able to rectify this issue within an hour, so it was only a minor inconvenience.

The room whilst not massive served our purpose, it came with a small kitchenette which was great to be able to make hot drinks and warm food, when required, the bathroom was comfortable and the shower was lovely, the bed was comfortable

Had a slight issue with the electronic lock but customer service quickly helped over the phone so was no issue.

The hotel made us feel very welcome on arrival with some welcome gifts in our room. Staff were super friendly. Loved the added extra of a Polaroid camera as an extra touch.

I really liked the neighbourhood this hotel is in. It’s central, but not commercial and is only a short walk to key areas. There are some nice independent bars and cafes tucked away in the surrounding streets. The lovely Tivoli Bistro at the end of the street was quite a find! The hotel keyless operation and WhatsApp chat was a novelty. Great room, ultra clean and well appointed with quality bath products. Nice touches like tea and coffee make this feel like a home away from home. Bob’s really onto something. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Room was a little warm at times with central heating on (as it was the winter season), even though the temperature was at the lowest setting. Easily fixed by leaving the balcony door open for some fresh air though.

Lovely stay in a beautifully designed and very clean room with nice balcony. Convenient check-in and out process, all on an app. Very easy to contact staff, who were always there to help. Some great extra touches in the room to make our stay feel special.

Self-service check in, the balcony is very nice. It's located next to the bar/restaurant area I like in Athens. The lobby area was very quiet for me to remote work.
