The wifi didn't work very well in our room (room 2 on the ground floor), but you can use the wifi in the bar or other common areas. It worked better in our room on our phones than laptops.

Very nice hosts, good location (bus stop just in front with buses every 15 minutes or so, walking distance to a handful of nice beaches), exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, kitchen is fine for basic meals. We enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly owners, good location , easily accessible from the airport with lots of beaches around (if you don't mind walking, hiking). It has a nice garden and a private bar. Although didn't go there myself, I heard the music there was according to my taste and not very loud. :) At the end of the season the property and the beaces were not crowded, unfortunately based on the reviews some nearby beaches can be really crowded and are occupied by a 5* resort...

Super friendly hosts, very accommodating and understanding when my flight was cancelled, and I had to rebook a few days later. They were flexible in adjusting my stay. Although they didn't have breakfast options, they kindly made me a coffee and sandwich without me asking and at no charge! The accommodation was clean and tidy. It had everything that I needed. It was very convenient as it was close to the bus stop which takes you all the way to town, and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Thank you, I would highly recommend it!

Gorgeous, clean, comfortable studio apartment with in lovely grounds. Always a lovely welcome from Rula and Dimitri! Great bar behind serving full range of drinks including cocktails. The location is brilliant too- 8 beaches within walking distance- the nearest 5 minutes walk away and some through beautiful forest tracks. Good variety of restaurants nearby and the bus into Skiathos runs every 10 minutes to 1 am. 3 euros per journey. There is also a water taxi from Koukanaries beach 6 euros. Couldn’t ask for more.

Not sure what to find here, perhaps having kitchen detergent included, you know, 3rd world problem stuff.

The place was perfect for us. The room and the bathroom were clean and had everything that was needed and was working as it should. We felt like visiting friends as Dimitri and Roula were welcoming and warm without being intrusive. The balcony was great for having breakfast, nice views of the lake. The kitchen was functional we had the minimum required to cook what we wanted. T We enjoyed the evening music from the bar, actually we fell asleep on it (kiddo included) as we were so tired from all the sea activities. Special kudos to Dimitri for being responsive to feedback.

Absolutely spotless accommodation, great location . Owners Dimitri and Roula were always available and very helpful . Nice bar at rear of the premises where Dimitri played fabulous music which seemed to fit everyone’s taste.

The bar can be a little noisy late at night; the music level was fine but perhaps customers should be kindly reminded not to talk at the top of their voices in the late hours.

everything was perfect if I have to find a defect I would say the size of the bathroom that was small.

we enjoyed the location, so close to all the most beautiful beaches of the island. the team of the property is sooo kind. it is on the Main Street going from the city center to Koukounaries beach so you do not need to rent a car neither a motorbike since you can take a not expensive bus running every 20 minutes.

Size of the bathroom : was really small, though good equiped.

The owners, Roula and Dimitris, are very welcoming and took care of us from the very beginning. We could even check in in the Morning as we arrived and enjoy the rest of the day. We got exactly the Studio we wished for, the room was big enough for two adulds and a child. Very nice balcony. We had our room cleaned every day. Great music, stories and atmposhere in the bar run by Dimitri. Thank you, Roula and Dimitri, for welcoming us and making our holiday a nice stay in Skiathos.

Expensive restaurants and markets nearby, ground floor opposite road not much privacy with windows open but had double curtains, can’t complain!

Easy to reach local beaches, bus to town and airport in front of the property Cool room never used air con, always had hot water for showers. Helpful host Raula, gave us a room before we got ours, provided soap and plenty of toilet paper!
