Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The beach, is just two steps away. The staff is doing great job. Food is great. Very good breakfast, lunch and dinner with a variaty of greek food and much more. Fresh salads, sea food. 2 Swimming pools, very fancy, Moderną and brand new furniture. The garde is very well kept. Beautiful flowers. The room was very clean and the furniture tulish and new The music i the evening very good. If you book All Inclusive you can enjoy very good coctails, local spirits Highlt recommend.

PolandIt's been a pleasure spending my holiday in Maleme Mare. Located by the sea, with 2 very nice pools and plenty of sunbeds. There are some amazing people working in this hotel. They took perfect care of us, and we felt very comfortable and relaxed. Food was very good, actually it was the best all-inclisive food I've ever had. Whole place is clean and tidy. Lots of cats and kittens too. There are some nice restaurants around, not many, but they are very good. Shops, and bus stop are 3 minutes away from the hotel. This was a great choice for my holiday and this is a place worth visiting again.

United KingdomMaleme Mare has the facilities and standards of a large hotel combined with a welcoming and personal atmosphere. We loved our short break here and will return. The hotel opens out onto an unspoilt stretch of beach, with stunning views. The pools and gardens are lovely for the daytime, and the seating area perfect for relaxing in the evening. The staff were all kind and friendly, we felt completely at home.

GreeceThe beach full of stones so have to be extra careful there but not the hotels fault.
Nice buffet a wide variety of food so even if you dont like something you will still find something to eat.and every night different buffet theme so that was great.very clean room.very nice staff as well. polite and helpful
