Such an amazing hotel in the old center of Chania. We arrived earlier than expected and they allowed us to check in early which we really loved. The room was comfortable, well decorated and warm as it was still winter. Plenty of cafes and restaurants only 1 minutes away.

Really nice Hotel in the heart of Channia. The stuff was very friendly and the breakfast was a good start to stroll through the old town. The Rooms are very clean and the historic atmosphere is making it quit scenic. The furniture and all interiour desing is very well selected. I would definetly come again!

This place is amazing, the staff is super friendly and helpful. They send you the best tips where to park, booked a taxi for us and as our flight back home was too early they left breakfast for us at the room one day before. They are the best! The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The hotel in general is cozy and the decoration is so welcoming. The area is also so calm and at the same time you have everything out there, great restaurants and coffee shops, nice stores. I loved this stay, we had a great experience. Thank you! I will stay here again

Cannot think of anything other than we had to leave

While a lloud at night due to diners etc the windows completely soundproofed the noise. The staff went above and beyond and everything was perfect. Varied,delicious breakfasts on terrace that was beautiful. Room very comfortable with enough space. We loved every bit of our stay

Not on the negative side, just a comment: parking can be a challenge. The management will indicate Regina parking, a good option. A closer one is Municipal parking, but much smaller

If I had to pick one minor thing it was the availability of space to iron. It seems trivial but I was there for a week and for a wedding which was tricky. But got it figured out. All in all its a minor thing

Quite honestly the staff were amazing. Beyond helpful and friendly. Also, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom finished to a high standard. The best part was the central location in town. Very good
