Amazing hotel . Great location, in the heart of Chania. Breakfast was very delicious and such a pleasure to eat with this beutiful view. The hotel stuff were so nice and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and modern Highly recomended

Would prefer a small breakfast buffet rather than table service so that you choose what you like & avoid waste. If you need a taxi for the airport PLEASE BOOK IT YOURSELF to make sure you get there on time for your flight.

Perfect location, in the middle of the historic center, restaurants & shops. Even though in the buzzling center room is noise free as isolation if perfect. We had the suite with the balcony. Room really exceeded our expectations. Completely new with everything that you can imagine you will need on a trip, even a Nespresso machine & supply of coffees. Virginia & the breakfast lady were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them. The two young gentlemen on shift from late afternoon onwards were also very kind & assisted us on whatever we needed.

it takes a short walk to get to the hotel, as cars can't drop you in front of it, but it worth it. you can find excellent breakfast at "Ginger Concept" the cafe around the corner from the hotel. the staff are really really nice!

Such a clean, beautiful new boutique hotel in a great location. Virginia was a lovely host and helped us book excursions for the time we were there. When leaving early for the excursions she prepared some nice breakfast to go. Breakfast was nice on the terrace when we were there. Really enjoyed our stay here. Jacuzzi bath was huge!

We loved our stay at Malmo Historic Hotel. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed and the beds are very comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast on the terrace is delicious and generous. The hotel is located in a lovely neighbourhood close to the touristy bits without being in it. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby. The room could be a little bit more quiet to be perfect but the double glazing window helps a lot. We recommend this hotel to everyone and would consider no other options if we go back to Chania. Thank you!

From the moment we arrived the staff where very friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful, bathrooms where fabulous and a nice small balcony overlooking the street below. The windows are soundproof which was a nice touch as in the evenings the street below is full of restaurants and couldn’t hear a thing when they where all closed. We where a little nervous booking without many reviews but I’m so glad we did. It is a fabulous hotel, lovely breakfast each morning. There was many nice small touches such as a beach bag with towels, linen robes etc You can tell no expense was spared on anything in the hotel and it’s a gem in the heart of the old town with easy walking access to the port and beaches.

Service and room were fabulous. The air conditioning was a little confusing. Shut off automatically when we left, but cooled down over time when we returned. Location is superb. Breakfast was very good on the terrace. Would definitely return!

We absolutely loved the design! All the furniture was very high quality. The owners really put effort in the details. It is very clean, super central, nice Cretan breakfast, staff is also super nice We definitely recommend this hotel as it is great value for money.

Inconsistent service and communication, Virginia was amazing but the other person who manages the property (the owner's son I believe) was not so professional.

I don't think I would bother looking around to stay anywhere else in Chania if I were to come back. The decor and design is spectacular, the little details make such a difference, the breakfast on the terrace was the best I had in Crete. Virginia who manages the morning shift is a delight. My review could have gone a different way after a bad check-in experience, but she was apologetic (for someone else's poor service), left a bottle of wine and dessert in my room, and gave me a room discount to more than make up for it.

The terrace is amazing, i wish they served drinks there. The curtains are not completely blackout, some light will enter in the morning.

The hotel is new, modern and clean. The breakfast changes every day and its not a buffet. The location is in the center of the old town, next to all restaurants. The staff are very nice and friendly. There is a nearby parking where you can park for free at night.

Great location, design, beautiful terrace, hotel looks and feels new, all major attractions around it, staff extremely friendly, especially Virginia who was always available and easily reachable to help and assist with any information needed. It really felt homey.
