Extremely polite and helpful staff. The hotel is in the middle of the old town but still you don't hear the noise from the people walking in the street. The room is decorated in an amazing style. Loved the bed!

One morning there was no hot water which was disappointing. My room could have benefitted from an additional light in the kettle area and an additional bedside table. While staff were friendly, they were only onsite in the morning.

Nice blend of traditional / old Venetian aspects with modern comforts. The mattress was especially comfortable.

No elevator but we only really needed it for baggage up and down. It was also such a small hotel that we missed the cleaning service - it might be useful to post when the cleaner will come each day if the staff know ahead of time.

Location is fantastic in the heart of the old town and steps from the Venetian harbor. Room was great and had a Nespresso machine. Staff were very friendly and gave us good restaurant recommendations. Note that only one of the rooms has a beautiful balcony over the harbor - recommend getting that one if you can.

Just to be aware that you cannot drive to the property : it is in the old city and do not allow cars . You have to park and walk with your luggage

Parking in Chania is a nightmare, but that is not the hotel’s fault, but if you’re staying here and renting a car be prepared for a daily struggle finding a place to park.

Everything was perfect

The position of the property is just "wow". Similarly the behavior of everybody was very good. Everything from sea to shops was a stone throw away distance. It was probably our best stay in Greece

There was not one thing we disliked about the hotel at all !!

We loved everything about the hotel….but especially our gorgeous room with a balcony which looked over the whole Venetian Harbour, it was magical !!

It was perfect! We can’t say a negative thing about this property.

The staff, location, size of room!! Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. When we left our room for the day they asked how we slept and what we were planning for the day and when we returned they asked how our day was. The hotel was newly renovated blending the new with the old. It was comfortable and beautiful. Of course being on the edge of the harbour made it that much more perfect!

Stunning view and most romantic atmosphere. The room was super spacious, comfortable and clean. It's the perfect place to stay for a visit of the beautiful old town of Chania. 10/10 in any aspect!

Would have been nice to have an elevator with our luggage!

Location was excellent on the Venetian Harbor. Staff was friendly and very helpful, especially Demetrio - very interesting and friendly guy, who helped us bring our luggage to a taxi when we were leaving. Room was lovely with a fantastic view of the harbor and the lighthouse.

I didn’t mind this at all but just to be aware there are only stairs to get to the rooms, no elevator- which is definitely common in this area!

I stayed in the maisonette room with its own private terrace overlooking the mountains (note you can’t see the harbor from this one but it’s quiet and still has a lovely view!) I absolutely LOVED it, it’s been recently updated and was so cute, impeccably clean, comfortable bed, tv even has Netflix, prime etc. but the terrace is the star of the show, it’s large yet cozy and secluded, great for sunbathing. The entire staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and very responsive. I had booked a taxi through them to get from the airport to the hotel and experienced multiple flight delays, they were quick to respond when I let them know and flexible with making changes. The location is also perfection, right in the center of the harbor so you’re in the middle of the action and yet it’s still quiet and comfortable. 10/10 would stay again!

The location is amazing and the room was fabulous. Staff were so friendly and informative. Had such à lovely time there. Be prepared for lots of stairs if you are on the third floor. Not a problem for us but may be an issue for other people as there is no lift. Didn’t detract from our stay at all, was fun trying to be quiet at 2.00am. 😁
