Our shower seeped water, which made keeping the rest of the bathroom dry difficult. A small glitch in an otherwise flawless stay.

A lovely stay in the Old Town of Chania. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and I loved the balcony with mountain views. All of the staff members were super friendly, always greeting us whenever we left or returned to the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved everything about Mosaic Harbour Suites. Our suite had the balcony and beautiful harbour views. It was comfortable and clean, with a safe and coffee maker. The location was perfect in the Old Town, close to everything. One of the best things about the hotel was the amazing staff. We loved Maria and Mykayla. They were so lovely and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Maria gave us useful dining recommendations and made a booking for us at a great place called Canale. She also kindly made the taxi arrangements for us to go to the airport on our check-out day. A lovely sweet-treat gift from Maria was so thoughtful and kind. Thank you so much for having us, we won’t forget our special time in Chania.

The only down - The stairs. unavoidable in these old buildings but suggest employing a porter. Cleaning and reception staff were wonderful about carrying bags but it shouldn’t be their job. Better still, install a small lift They were steep and a lot of them!

The only thing I didn't like is that I would have liked to stay much longer.

It was a unique experience for me since I had never been to Souda Bay, and it was an option recommended by locals and I would always recommend asking. If they want to eat things different from what one is normally used to eating.

One morning there was no hot water which was disappointing. My room could have benefitted from an additional light in the kettle area and an additional bedside table. While staff were friendly, they were only onsite in the morning.

Nice blend of traditional / old Venetian aspects with modern comforts. The mattress was especially comfortable.

No elevator but we only really needed it for baggage up and down. It was also such a small hotel that we missed the cleaning service - it might be useful to post when the cleaner will come each day if the staff know ahead of time.

Location is fantastic in the heart of the old town and steps from the Venetian harbor. Room was great and had a Nespresso machine. Staff were very friendly and gave us good restaurant recommendations. Note that only one of the rooms has a beautiful balcony over the harbor - recommend getting that one if you can.

Just to be aware that you cannot drive to the property : it is in the old city and do not allow cars . You have to park and walk with your luggage

Parking in Chania is a nightmare, but that is not the hotel’s fault, but if you’re staying here and renting a car be prepared for a daily struggle finding a place to park.

There was not one thing we disliked about the hotel at all !!

We loved everything about the hotel….but especially our gorgeous room with a balcony which looked over the whole Venetian Harbour, it was magical !!

It was perfect! We can’t say a negative thing about this property.

The staff, location, size of room!! Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. When we left our room for the day they asked how we slept and what we were planning for the day and when we returned they asked how our day was. The hotel was newly renovated blending the new with the old. It was comfortable and beautiful. Of course being on the edge of the harbour made it that much more perfect!

Stunning view and most romantic atmosphere. The room was super spacious, comfortable and clean. It's the perfect place to stay for a visit of the beautiful old town of Chania. 10/10 in any aspect!
