For that price it is a good place to stay, location is really good also. Nothing fancy, but got the things You need, kitchen with most of the stuff, balcony.

Good value for money, extremely clean apartment and very comfy bed. Excellent wifi connectivity and a very helpful host. Parking was free and quite easy too. Location extremely convenient for the beach and all shops.

The room is clean. The host is charismatic and speaks English. There is a small kitchenette with basic dishes. This place is just opposite new grey Mediterranean hotel. It is 7,8 minutes walk to the central of Paralia. A beach is very close. The two of us just slept one night there. We needed parking and it is just in front of the place.

The neighbor below smoked a lot so our aircon was bringing the smoke and stink in the room and everything smelled like cigarettes.

The room was very small, it fits only for sleeping. No nets on the window. We didnt like the location: Paralia Katerinj. Its noisy, dirty and crowded.

There was water, kitchenette, toilet paper and a balcony.

The smelling of tabaco, a fixed window, no posibily of air coming through, no mosquito protection on door. Old appliance- bathroom.

Thin walls, very loud, no mosquito net + no remote control for air condition + plastic under the bedsheets = very sweaty and sleepless night, only one towel for two people, no shower curtain

What can I say. A man goes to Greece to rest, unfortunately, from the very beginning, the owner of the facility started to propose to do some business with him, and he gave me a break only when I gave him a few company names. In addition, there was no duvet in the room, to which the owner said that I should use air conditioning, and that the guests will not get duvets either ... Result: headache for the next day. It was better to sleep at the campsite in the car. Also, upon arrival, the owner demanded some kind of tax of € 1, I gave him the money to let me go, but of course the property does not inform about it anywhere. The final part was checking out and asking the owner to give him at least a rating of 9. The entrance is a huge mess, there is some music playing all the time on the ground floor, even at the late time.

The apartments were clean and comfortable. The location is also great because it’s just maximum 5 mins of walking to the beach. And the last but not the least moment which we like very much is the honesty of the host of this apartment. On the day of moving out we didn’t check all our stuff properly and forgot a freezer bag in refrigerator. The host was calling us on WhatsApp, Viber and in all possible ways was trying to reach us. As we didn’t have the WiFi in the road, we couldn’t see him calling. Later we got in touch with him and asked him to hold that bag for us for one week more and we will come back in one week and take it, for what he agreed. We were so happy at that time. So u may not have any doubt in the integrity of the host, the same with the apartments which were really clean, comfy and with not high price! Fully recommend!

The hotel is new and in perfect location, close to the beach and to a big market. There was space for parking a car in front of the hotel. The room was good with a big nice balcony. The air conditioning is included in the price. Theodor is a great guy, the communication with him was excellent.
