Lack of a table a chair irritating, as I had work to do. Rather noisy into the night, with late returners. No 'rooftop bar' - this should be removed from the hotel entry in 'Booking.com'.

Good room, though small. Good shower, but floor not well protected. Good value airport pickup. Great location in central Athens, but rather poor neighbourhood.

The room door was to hard to opend by my self so i had asked wew times from receptionist to someone help me. Also the room supost litlebit uptaded i mean the balcony was beautiful but the balcony furniture look like they havent been uptaded in 15-20 years And they look like that they had seen better days. + Once when i was goin in shower the door opend by it self whit out i was thouching it..

No breakfast even when it said so on the booking, that was incredibly disappointing since i always book deliberately with breakfast. Very noisy outside and inside the hotel.

Splendid location in the city centre, early check-in and late check-out, everything you need including transport not even 5 min away. Room nicely cleaned and bag drop-off was free of charge. Very good air-con.Transport from hotel was very well done

The insulation of the rooms is very poor! You can try to sleep and hear many conversations and impressions from the other guests! Is like sleeping with YouTube opened on a podcast channel!

Kinda looks sketchy outside in the evening, but the people outside are pretty harmless, even if they are on hard times. My partner was catcalled when she went out alone, but nothing serious happened. I was never even looked at by anyone, so everyone complaining must never have seen people addicted to drugs before. Taxis/Ubers are cheap, so just take a taxi when it gets close to midnight if you find the area uncomfortable.

Daily cleaning, staff is nice and helpful and location is close to everything.

The shower has no water splash protection. The airco showed errors and did not work. The bathroom was really small and the bed and bathroom were divided by a semi-transparent glass wall. There were no chairs to sit on the balcony. The area looks a bit shady.

The staff was very nice, the beds were OK. There is staff available at the reception 24 hours per day. There's a breakfast option in the hotel next door. It's pretty close to the metro. There was a small balcony.

Door didn't seem secure enough and you could hear people clearly in the corridors. Area was full of prostitutes and drugged up people, though the good streets were only just around the corner

The location was close to the metro station and city center, but the roads were unsafe until you got to the main street.

The cleanliness of the rooms was good and the employees were helpful and friendly.

The neighbourhood didn’t look very safe and even the ubers told us to be careful in that area and found weird that we have to leave the keys at the reception every time we left.

The neighbourhood didn't feel very safe and would not have enjoyed walking around here as an individual, there are many homeless people around and open drug use. There is a fridge in the room but looked like it had come from someone who smoked 50 cigarettes day, so we did not use. The shower was very nice however it did have a bit of a leak so water would get all over the bathroom floor.

The room was nice and the air conditioning was very much a welcome addition, provided towels and soap. The room did also have a TV but we did not use this. The Wifi here was very good. Is also very close to bus and metro routes.

Is this difficult for a foreign to really evaluate this based on 1 night but the area looked dodgy and unsafe. I had the impression that there was prostitution in the neighbourhood. The small walk I took in the morning from my hotel to the place where they serve breakfast, I was catcalled in a very creepy way. The hotel is good but the area didn't make me feel safe. There was also a noisy old fridge in the room, which I unplugged. I doudt it that anyone uses it. My advice to staff is that you can get rid of it.

The room was spacious, super clean and you could tell it went through a serious rennovation. It looked modern with good insulation. No noise coming from the outside. The beds were also super comfy.

I said it is a good place for rest but... There is incredible noise around hotel. There are many homeless and addict people on hotel's street and in front of street. Also in my stay one of the neighbors listen and also we listen increbidle noisy music ( most of them are 200s populer songs and Indıans songs etc :D )

Hotel is avarage if you do not want to spend much time in there. Staff is so helpful. Overall it is a good place just for rest.

Location - it is quite nasty area with strange ppl around. But also very center, 10 mins walk from old town and 5 mins from the archeological museum.

The best staff - helped me so much with everything! Exceptionally good cleaning service - every day my room was cleaned and arranged. Great value for money. Location is great and bad at the same time - very center but quite nasty area.
