Nothing. Everything was perfect

This is an exceptional place to stay. In advance of arrival, we were given excellent information and assistance by Katarina, who also organised the car hire from the airport. We had all the information we needed to get to Maravilla, we were met at the gate and shown to our apartment, with everything explained. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable and had its own garden and pool. We ordered breakfast each day - the food was delicious, and having breakfast delivered to our apartment each morning was such a treat. We also ate in some evenings, and again the food we ordered was delivered to our apartment. If we had any questions, Katarina was always available on whatsapp and responded immediately. In every respect, our expectations were exceeded. And Katarina and her colleague Connie went the extra mile to make birthday celebrations special, arriving with champagne and delicious cake. The generosity of spirit which we encountered on Kos was very evident at Maravilla.

the pool wasn't heated, and the internet was poor.

We have just returned from 5 nights at Maravilla, and honestly cannot rate it highly enough. The villa is exceptional, it’s finished to very high standard with beautiful views. The pool and hot tub are great, if a little cold! But everything has been thought of, it’s the perfect place to shut the world out and relax. Special mention to all the staff, they really this place special - Katerina was always on hand to help with literally anything we wanted, and Connie provided so many helpful tips on places to visit and things to do. The food was beautiful, and nothing was too much trouble for the chefs - one of us has a gluten allergy, and they were able to adapt most meals even making GF pancakes and providing GF bread. When there was something they couldn’t make GF (pizza) they found a local place that did do GF pizza to recommend. All in all, a wonderful place and will 100% be returning

Just as a tip for visitors there its better you rent a car to Explorer the Island because to become a taxi there is not so easy and it need much time.

It was amazing, the house was very nice with a wonderful view from the terrace. The house was very clean always, nice rooms. The Personal there was very friendly, it was a feeling like you visit good friends there. Shuttle Service from and to the Airport It was one of our best vacations there in the last years.

Its a very quite place, however, some guests chose to play loud music a few occasions. Its not a major problem and it depends on the people (how they choose to interact with others in a society) and not so much on the property managers.

House was very nice, with a nice view of Kos town, with very big TVs and controllable AC. Good outside space with lots of sun and private pool space. It was very easy to interact with staff to get food and breakfast. Property was very well maintained with a lot of greenery and plants and nice parking spaces.

Nothing really to complain about, but it can be that bugs find their way into the rooms due to surrounding nature. Better not to be afraid of them.

I loved everything here! Super friendly people who helped with every wish. The food was amazing and fresh. The villa was super spacious and comfortable and we loved the pool! The view from the villa and the gym was breath-taking! We will definitely come back!

Absolutely nothing!!

This is the best place I’ve ever stayed in. Katerina and the rest of the staff went above and beyond with everything! Helped us with booking the best restaurants on the island and helped us with taxis etc! You can order food and drinks to your villa at a more than reasonable price. The private pool is certainly big enough to swim around in and it’s amazing! Such a relaxing place!

Everything was absolutely perfect!

Wow! Absolutely everything was exceptional; from the communication before our stay to the service received whilst we were there. The villa is stunning as is the complex. Picture perfect and very high quality. We truly didn’t want to leave. The staff are wonderful, food is delicious and the setting is stunning. We can’t wait to return! Pure bliss.

Wow! What an amazing stay, perfection from start to finish and in every way. The villas are beautifully designed, kept so clean and have gorgeous views. The gym and sauna is a huge bonus, the food was incredible (thank you Yannis & Nikki we can’t believe we had so many of our favourite Greek dishes without even having to leave our poolside, what a surprise!) and Katerina & Connie were fantastic hosts, so welcoming and went above and beyond with their hospitality. We can’t wait to come back!

Nothing. It was magical. The only improvement I can see is the outdoor jacuzzi could be heated. During the shoulder seasons it’s a bit colder. Also the private pool could be heated as well due to this factor.

Beautiful villa. You get your own little villa on a beautiful well maintained property. So relaxing. Also there’s a new gym with beautiful views but it can get a little warm as it has glass walls, so you need to time your workout accordingly. The staff is very attentive to all your needs and helpful with recommendations and reservations. There’s also a free transfer. Really felt well taken care of. I look forward to returning

The only thing we did not like was leaving Maravillas!!!

The villa's have an amazing view all over Kos Bay and across to Bodrum. The holiday started great with an airport pickup from Connie who greeted us like old friends. When we arrived at the villa we were greeted by Katerina, who welcomed us to the villa and explained all we would need to know. While we were there I celebrated a special birthday and was presented with a wonderful birthday cake and some lovely lemon flans. The onsite restaurant was a great addition if you don't fancy going out.The menu is great and the 2 cooks are so nice and helpful, just order your food and they deliver to your villa, so good. If you need reservations at a restaurant or to hire a car Katerina and Connie are always at hand to help. The housekeeping girls the gardners and the pool guy alway greeted us with a smile and made us feel right at home. Also there is a fully equipped gym with sauna and hamam which had the greatest view of any gym I have seen. In conclusion if you want a stylish villa with the best views in Kos and 5 star service book Maravilla!!! We will be back for sure!!

We liked this because we wanted to do a lot of walking and went right at the start of the season to see spring flowers so a lot of restaurants were shut… you might not like it if you’re not into walking. Or just get a car!

It’s so beautiful and clean with outstanding views over Kos town and across the sea to Turkey. It’s right up our street design wise so we felt very at home.

The kitchen/living area is a bit too small, there is no space for a dining table for example. The villa is a bit too bright at night. Both "issues" were discussed with the hosts and they understood. Some changes might be adjusted for next season.

Brand new stylish and trendy villa with big private pool. The villa/pool gives nice views on Kos Town and the coast of Bodrum. The hosts are truly amazing and friendly. From the moment U walk in U feel like "at home". They are always reachable whenever U might need them. Everything is very clean. Beautiful garden around the villas.

Although the location was great because of the view, it was a little bit outside the city center so a car is useful.

The villa was great and the staff very friendly and kind. Despina was amazing and always available if needed. We would definitely book it again if staying in Kos.

- no darkening curtains in the living room and in the bathroom (this was a problem, because the lights at the pool area are almost the whole night on, and of course, if you want to sleep longer in the morning, it s too bright.) - the toilet and the shower have glass windows: you can look out, but you can also look in (with light on)

- great seaview - private pool - fresh fruit, vegetables and eggs from the farmer - really nice and friendly staff - it was always clean -air conditioning, hair dryer, tv with netflix/amazon prime, Bluetooth speaker, dishwasher, coffee machine with coffee capsules - late check out was no Problem
