Such a shame… - Rooms have tired and small shower areas (small for one adult) - Not all restaurants are included - feels backwards for an all inclusive! We ate breakfast and dinner in the same restaurant, which is packed and full of screaming children (would have been better to have child and non- child zones) - lack of activities; we stayed Friday/Sunday, and found that certain boat trips were on Tuesday and Thursday, the next run club was Monday, wine tasting was Thursday etc etc. would have been nice to have activities on through out the day. - Aircon only goes to 20 degrees and rooms are poorly soundproofed (could hear our neighbour showering) It wasn’t a bad stay, it just didn’t deliver on some basic areas and I wouldn’t rush to recommend to others. The main grievance is around food/restaurants and being constantly surrounded by small children at meal times.

A beautiful looking hotel with great pool areas and beach, with water sports and good bars. Beach side food is average and comes in disposable takeaway boxes. Lovely staff and generous with using a courtesy room for late check out.

The main restaurant was overly busy and staff under pressure. Quality & choice of food was not on the the same level as the other restaurants. One of the a la carte restaurants was closed for refurbishment Sauna and Steam room were not functioning.

On arrival the first room we were offered was very small & did not feel we had been given what I had booked & pre paid for so 1st impressions were very low…… This was sorted out Some areas looked very old worn & tired ready for a refurbishment especially the International Self Service restaurant. Very worn banquet style seating & lacking in atmosphere & any feeling of occasion which I do not expect or like in an All Inclusive 5*hotel could have been sat in a McDonald’s. The food was very good so the kitchen staff & restaurant staff were very friendly & worked hard to make all guests feel welcome.

There was no slippers or tooth brushes which is sad for 5 start I had to request these basic things and last day we paid for extra 150 to check out at 6pm but after breakfast we went back to the room all the drinks which we had saved to have on the last day before getting picked up by private taxi the mini bar was emptied with all the drinks which we had saved from our stay i told reception they said they would call back room service as we have room till 6pm but no one came to give us the drinks back.

The hotel is is a lovely location with lots of facilities. The buffet restaurant is excellent. Massive selection, variety and quality. Sea sports activities are free. Canoe, pedalo, and sail boarding Loads of activities Quality of drinks and cocktails very good. Theodora on reception is a credit to your team who exceeded our expectations

so many kids - and the kids weren’t well-behaved. we’ve been to resorts that are kid-friendly, where the kids are just incredibly behaved. we found the kids here noisy, and we’re always running around (even in the adult area).

absolutely stunning property. we loved our room, and found the staff amazing! the food also incredible - however the breakfast could have been a bit better (we don’t eat pork) and the buffet dinner wasn’t great. also we would have loved to have breakfast service outside since it was very noisy inside.

location was perfect, it way beyond our expectations. reception ladies were so friendly and helpful. we even got upgraded to a sea view bungalow which was perfect. pools were really nice, clean and big enough to fit everyone. staff friendly. Buffet has a wide variety and you can always find something to eat even for a 2 years old. You can access the beach by foot , has a really nice sandy area and a nice restaurant with a playground for the kids which our daughter loved.

A playground for kids would be a great addition to already excellent facilities. Cold water in swimming pools, but after mentioning it to the reception, the temperature of one swimming pool was increased, thank you! The lifeguards are constantly on their phones.

Cold water in the pool next to the aquapark and even colder in the aquapark - the whole week's temperature was 24-28 degrees Celcius during the day so it was not due to the poor weather. It was not impossible to get used to it but it required a little bit of determination ;)

We were there in late September/beginning of October so it was not crowded. Great food, many dining options (different kinds of restaurants, pre-reserved on check-in by the staff for us). Very kind and helpful staff, always smiling. Nice views. Delicious coffee - we especially liked the iced coffee done at the bar next to the aquapark. This hotel definitely targets families with children - and when we were there most guests were either older couples or families with kids. The all-inclusive option includes additional services like boat trip (once a stay), pedal boats, SUP, and kayaks (30min daily).

Lots of stairs and elevators are complicates with the stroller.

It was a holiday in paradise. Very compact and full resort. The restaurants are amazing, very well organized. Beach was great, and pools always had free chairs. The service was impeccable and above our expectations and we haven’t seen anything like it. Specially thankful to Despina at reception who went above and beyond to make us comfortable with a small baby.

Would have been helpful if the foods that could have been vegetarian or not (eg the mixed salads) had a V symbol on if they were vegetarian, because as a vegetarian I didn’t try some stuff as I wasn’t sure there was no meat in it

The first issue is with our specific room the whirlpool junior suite with the panoramic view, the jacuzzi itself was very scratched and wasn’t cleaned properly. We ended up cleaning it ourselves before using it as it was in quite unclean and poor condition. The second issue is some of the furniture can be quite tacky and scratched up as in the couch had buttons missing and brown stains. Also one issue is that the hotel can be a bit sneaky with things such as offering a free photo session (the photographer was lovely and it was a fun experience) but then you were asked a fee from €11 euros per photo which seemed like a waste of time after as we didn’t end up getting them. Overall for one of the “signature life suites” cleanliness was expected to be a lot better and the room facilities newer, but overall it was a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Amazing food and drink selection, the location is perfect not too far from the centre and right by the beach. Staff were always very nice. The overall look of the hotel was amazing.

Several restaurants available in addition to large buffet restaurant with a lot of choices. Many outdoors and indoors areas for after dinner relaxation. Excellent view of the bay. Most guests were British couples aged 20 - 90. Some couples had one child <5 years of age. The beach was more an artificial deck filled with sand. It worked well. Always deck chairs/beds and towels available.

we spent 7 glorious days at the hotel and i have to say the service and facilities provided by the hotel were exceptional. Alcarte dining give us the feeling of eating at4 different restaurants during our stay. The girl bar was my personal favourite as i love the beach and young Alex’s who worked tirelessly with a never ending smile on his face deserves a mention as do all the staff from cleaners to gardeners who were always visible carrying out there duties.

The Entertainment at night was poor and didn’t last very long

This is the best hotel we’ve stayed at. The staff went above and beyond, especially Theodora she was so helpful. The food was amazing. Our room was clean, big and had amazing views. We were left with a bottle of champagne, cakes and wine for our honeymoon. Facilities very good, the 30 minute free water sports were a bonus. The alcohol including cocktails were great. I couldn’t fault the hotel but the entertainment could be a lot better. I would still recommend this to couples and familiesz
