GermanyThe room we got is not a 5-star hotel room, especially the bathroom. The first room we got was horrible, with a squeaking bathroom door, dirty (we found used contact lenses on the bathroom floor) and not soundproof at all (contrary to the advertisement on booking.com). After a sleepless night we asked for another room and was quickly transferred to a slightly better and much quieter room. Still, the bathroom is 3-stars at best and the room was quite small for a family suite. The pictures in booking.com do not match the reality, at least for the type of room that we booked. However the great facilities in the hotel made up for this to a large extent.
The beach and pools are beautiful, the water park is perfect for the kids and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was great and the free boat rides to the city centre really upgraded our experience.

Also, I have emailed Booking.com with a query, as booked all inclusive but told on arrival that this is only until 11.30, then you buy your drinks? This was not in any Booking confirmation that I could find?
Staff very helpful and couldn't do enough. Plenty of room to join in with activities or sit by the beach. Food in themed restaurants very good, especially the Deck Bar and Grill.. Very clean and our room was very good. Beautiful location. Lovely holiday

United KingdomOur first room was superior garden view N358 just awful. The layout is weird, the bed faces the window and TV is on the side wall along the bed. We arrived at midnight and didn’t realise how bad was it till early morning. I have asked to move us but was told to move TV stand instead and I was sent back to my room. I had to come back later because my disappointment reached the level that I wanted to change hotel if they can’t provide me with another room. Water at pre-paid diner is not included which is nonsense. It’s not Maldives. Water is not something brought from other islands, should be included in the room charge, not charged every night separately. I understand other drinks, alcohol but water? Come on! Is it that difficult to add 3.8€ to the room charge to round it and stop this nonsense?

United KingdomThere are lots of stairs as it’s built on a hillside - not really a negative, but there are also not many lifts. only other thing might be it’s isolation from nearby villages, but planning and a boat or bus ride can fix that.
it had everything we needed for a week’s all-inclusive vacation. The staff were exceptionally attentive, the food in the a la carte restaurants was excellent and the facilities have been designed to suit every need or taste. There is a lot for kids to do, and it is possible to find places where there are not so many kids if that’s what you want with at least one adults-only sun deck away from the main kids pool. Finally, when it came to checking out the staff were very flexible - we had a late flight, but our all-inclusive deal lasted right up to when we left at 7pm and we had a courtesy room for 30mins to shower and change before leaving.

EstoniaThere were two pool, but only one of them was heated. Understandably it was taken over by families with small children, so I wish the other pool was warm as well. Waterpark was currently under construction, so when it is completed, the families will probably head there. The main reception building had many of the facilities (bar, reception, buffet) (on the 5th floor) and only had two working elevators, which were also used by the cleaners and other staff, so there were often waits. It might be worth mentioning, that the hotel might not be suitable for people with physical disabilities. It is laid across a mountain and has many levels, which of some are only reachable by stairs. The rooms could maybe use a bit of an update/modernization, but nothing too bad.
All of it. We got an amazing upgrade from standard room with a garden view to a spacious sea view family room with a large balcony. All inclusive is a MUST. Love that they don't require an arm band to identify all inclusive, everything works with your room card. Just present it at the bar or restaurant. Wide selection of amazing food and really good drinks. Our five nights of ALL IN included 3 dinners in A la Carte restaurants. One better than the other. Reservations are mandatory, but the dining department will do their best to suit your wishes. Asian restaurant Kum Kuat was especially good. We often had breakfast there as well, since it was less busy than the buffet. Also the beach bar, we went there for every lunch and had good food with a nice view. The package also included some water sports etc. There is nothing you could miss in this hotel, they have a store, gym etc. No need to even leave the hotel. But if you want to explore, the public transport coach bus conveniently comes up to the hotel reception (the reception is higher up on the mountain) and takes you to Corfu town. There was an adults only sunbathing deck, which was really nice and quiet. Otherwise, the hotel is so large, that it rearly feels crowded. Only time we felt like there were too many people was in the buffet, but I think it depends on the time you decide to eat. You feel so taken care of there. The staff is so considerate and helpful. Definitely download the hotel app, we used it to order drinks by the pool and get an iron delivered to the room. You can also book your dinner there! I would also recommend the hotel transfer, prompt service and nice vehicles.

It was a shame some parts of the hotel were still under construction including a couple of restaurants and the water park but that only encourages us to come back again soon. It would have been nice to also have some more chilled out social events like the oil tasting.
The staff were amazing and very thoughtful - putting together a little surprise for our trip and always happy to help. The food was spectacular, specially the truffle pasta at the Comodo restaurant and the evening buffets at the Terraza. Room was beautiful as well as the premises around the hotel. Shame about the weather! We would have enjoyed a lot more dunks in the swimming pool and the ocean. The trekking trips and exercises classes were also excellent.
