The buffet breakfast served was elaborate and provided a varied choice. Everything was well made and nicely presented. The location of the property was superb. The room was truly exceptional. The locale, the property facilities and the staff made our holiday a memorable one. As a special mention, we want to say that the kind and pleasant demeanor exhibited by the Front Office Manager - Ms. Irene Lampiri - made our stay wonderful! We hope to return to the property again…

Not quite enough variety and facilities for families and not peaceful enough for a mainly adult oriented hotel. Conclusion is that it’s trying to be both and not quite achieving either. Nonetheless a wonderful stay and the staff were superb!

Very friendly and helpful staff, the restaurant food is excellent. The view is amazing! It's perfect if you just want to relax and not worry about where to eat and what to do. Definitely perfect for us and we wish we booked more days to stay but it was a last minute booking for us and found only 3 nights to book. We'll definitely come back to bring our family next time!

Pool area can get a bit hot but we had 35+ degree weather, so likely more manageable when the weathers a bit milder. Our only gripe was when a couple decided they didn’t like the pool’s music and played their own, it would’ve been nice if the staff told them to switch it off!

Beautiful new hotel set in the most incredible location with great views from everywhere. We had the all inclusive, which had a good variety of food options, just try book the three night al la carte food options before you arrive as the best time slots may get booked up. We made good use of all the water sports and rented a boat for the day, also a great option to get a break from the resort. The beach is fantastic and the water crystal clear. We stayed with two small kids and had a great room with a separate room for the kids and close to the eating area and pool, although nothing is too far. Enjoyed all the drinks on offer, can’t say the all included wine option is that extensive. but we loved the Atma red and there’s plenty of good wines if you want to spend a little bit more. Staff are great, friendly and attentive. Can’t recommend this place enough, it’s a real gem!

This resort is new,very clean,well positionated on the top,with a spectacular view to the sea. The rooms with sea view,are bright and spacious,ventilated and soundproofed. The food(buffet or a la carte) is variated and high quality. There is a private beach with free sunbeds and umbrellas; access is by elevator or on the stairs. The staff was polite and discreet.(especially Paraskivi,Petros) We felt safe,the rules of the pandemic were followed.

We have been with MarBella Elix for our honeymoon. It was the best experience. Staff is extremely friendly and professional. The food in all three restaurants is exceptional. The views from the room and all of the property are breathtaking. Me and my wife are hoping to go back to MarBella next year.

There were way too many kids and families to the point of being disruptive. The food other than in the Pearl restaurant was also not good.

The staff were lovely and extremely accommodating. Especially those at the beach bar. The beach was also really nice and relaxing.

The attitude of the staff was pretty poor at times, and unnecessarily argumentative. The food was okay, but nothing outstanding - which I guess is to be expected if it's all inclusive. Also we found out that our 'ultra all inclusive' package only allowed us to eat at the proper restaurant only 3 times out of our week long stay. And the booking system for the restaurant was really cumbersome and confusing, made even more difficult when trying to book for 4-6 people - with staff being visibly annoyed and combative. Would not want to be there in the height of the busy summer period! Also this may be subjective but I think that the drinks were watered down... Also the boat tours were unnecessarily expensive when booking through the hotel. Finally, you had to exchange 'towel cards' to get a towel for the sun loungers, which seems ridiculous for a 5 star resort that is in a private and remote location. I actually ended up going to a different hotel afterward my stay to enjoy a more relaxing experience.

Love that it has a pool and a beach for private use. Fair bit of variety in terms of restaurants. Nice hillside location. Boat and activity services were a nice touch. Rooms were decent.
