The evening meal choices where very limited. The use of plastic cups for the wine and beer was disgusting. The wine and beer which was free was so poor. I had to buy the nicer beer.

Break was the best part of the food experience. The food in general wasn’t the best.

All Inclusive? You should not advertise this hotel as AI as very misleading. Not even cappuccino or latte coffee included and only a very weak lager on draught and limited cocktails. Having to get our own drinks at dinner made the eating experience seem like in a canteen rather than a restaurant. Very loud music in lobby so nowhere to sit after dinner for a quiet drink. Relax pool hardly relaxing when families with under 18 year olds using it constantly and plastic cups and rubbish left everywhere and no staff to clear it up. (I know it’s the guests that are at fault for leaving there in the first).

    Food overall was good.

Yours and theirs website were a lie. The standard double room was disgusting and nothing like the pictures and description shown on your websites. Our bathroom was old dirty mouldy worn out and 1 star at best. We had an old worn bath with a shower that threw water everywhere but down. Tha emergency phone was hanging off the wall and the wires exposed. The taps were pitted and the bath had no plug! Not that we wanted to sit in it as it looked disgusting. Mould on the ceiling , architrave coming away from the wall , soap scum along the back of the sink and the tiles looks like they were past their best. The bedroom main light didn't work one of the side lights was broken and cobwebs were never cleaned away. The ants on the tiny balcony were never sorted after our complaints. When we arrived I spoke to reception to say we must have been given the wrong room as it didn't look anything like what we paid for. I was told the hotel was full so nothing could be done. Tried again on the Saturday with the same result. Finally spoke to Customer relations lady called Maria and showed her the photos I have taken again same result fully booked so hard luck. I ended up having a row with the reservation manager Kostas Moutsis on our last day which ended with an apology and the promise that if I went back we would be given the best room in the resort. This is totally unacceptable that you and them are giving complete false information to people going to this resort. It appears that what room you get is the luck of the draw even though you're paying the same money. Could it be that Booking.com are getting the rubbish while Tui and Jet2 are getting the best. Whichever way I want you to follow this up and not try to fob me off with more lies. I don't want to go back to a resort that lies to people, has no lifeguards has far too few sun umbrellas and hasn't a no reserving sunbed policy. The trip from the airport is long and quite hazardous and expensive. So Booking.

The food and staff. The dessert chef was exceptional the white wine on tap very drinkable

When we booked, Only Family Rooms were available so as a couple we booked this (that is not a fault to the hotel, just general room availability) -However, upon arriving at the family room we were very disappointed. The standard of the room did not match 4* expectation for the hotel, Both Bedroom and bathroom were very outdated and in much need of a refurbishment. The general room design and furniture, we like something from the 90s.. the bathroom was old and grubby looking (it didn't look clean even after being cleaned) due to old tiles, poor layout and general Wear & Tear. The bathroom would not be suitable for a family of 4, which is what the room was designed for. The door handle for the room (2122) was not properly attached to the door and the door had quite a large gap at the bottom from the floor, which I feel was allowing more mosquito's into the room. we ended up putting a towel down at night. To activate the in-room safe, you have to ask reception to send someone to your room to activate it with a key.. this does not make sense, surely it is creating unnecessary workload for someone. You have to pay 10 euro deposit for each beach towel, in which both Beach and room towels were not always good quality.. some of them were older and frayed. There was some kind of entertainment on offer each night, none of this was particular amazing or exciting... it seemed very dated and could do with a modern refresh. (This is not a fault to the hotel as it is Nature, but please expect alot of mosquito's in the evenings.. especially around the Pool bar and Pool restaurants, for someone who normally rarely gets bitten I had around 30 bites at one time) - The mini market does sell repellents etc.

The general hotel was nice, it has a nice newly refurbished Lobby area & Lobby bar with plenty of seating. The hotel is in a slightly secluded location, there is not much in the direct area to walk except the beach Agios Spiridon. There is a local town (Acharavi) which is a 5min drive and has some nice beach front restaurants, incase you want a night away from the resort for a change. Buffet food was generally OK, sometimes last nights evening meal was repurposed into the next days lunch... which is better than having food waste. There was some options for Kids, a Good salad & Desserts Bar.. however they could do with improving some of the fish options, as they seemed to be pretty repetitive. There is 2 "restaurants" on site, pre-book them as early as possible.. however the food is not particular any better standard, the only difference is that it is served to you. The all inclusive drinks were OK and served until 2300 Daily. Even though our room was not particularly nice (review below) I had a glimpse of the Double room next door which had been refurbished and it was decorated nicer and had alot nicer bathroom and better layout. We only really used the Relax pool, which was for Adults only.. but it had its own mini bar for drinks and was kept generally clean. There is an on-site mini market, that had a good selection of drinks, snacks, toiletries, gifts and pool toys etc. Agios Spiridon to the left of he hotel, It is a nice relaxed beach 5 euro's per Sun lounger... they have some water activities and also a local fruit van that visits, aswell as a mini market & some restaurants close to the entrance. We only stayed for 5 nights, which was enough before everything became abit repetitive.

A few things to mention here. -First of all, wifi of horrible, it would interrupt every few minutes. It's ok to browse some web-pages, but don't plan to watch Netflix, etc. - Mosquitos. That was a big problem. There are no mosquito nets in the rooms, luckily, the airconditioners might help, but still for a 4-star hotel that's a big omission. Sitting in the evening in the a la carte restaurant felt like a torture and we actually left in the middle of our dinner, just because it was intolerable. So, bring your mosquito repellents. But the hotel should take some measures too. - Cleaning personnel. We stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, on 4 of them we were awoken by the cleaning personal trying to get inside the room between 8:00 and 9:00 am. After the first instance, we put Do not disturb sign on the door, but that didn't help. I'm not sure what's the reason for this, but they definitely should train the personnel better. To summarize - the hotel has 4 stars mainly due to the presence of the required facilities, i.e. a gym, spa, etc. However, the service is of a 3 star hotel. So if it was a 3-star hotel with the respective pricing, it give it a score of 8, but given the price tag and the 4 stars a rating of 6 is the most I can give them

Friendly staff, even though some might struggle with English. Air-conditioning in the room was very good. Common areas were very well cleaned all the time. Food was nice, but not consistent. What I mean is that all the Greek dishes were excelent (coming from a nebhbouring country, our cuisine is pretty similar and it definitely was good). However, more international dishes, i.e. Italian food was quite bad and didn't have much to do with what you'd expect from it.

Communication could be better. We booked 1 all inclusive night. In booking or in reception nobody told us that we can not have a dinner. They gave a paper, where was said that in a stay you can have one free mediterrean dinner and one pizzeria dinner. Registration had to be done at least 1 evening before. Because there wasnt any information in booking about this, it was a surprise. In reception first they said registration was closed to mediterrean restaurant but then they said that on sunday it is closed. They could put us to pizzeria. Somehow mediterrean restaurant was also opened even if they said it was closed... Free drinks could be without less syrup. Too sweet and the alcohol was cheap and poor quality compared to other all inclusive hotells. Standard room was really cold and moist. No blankets and we were freezing. Probably our fault because we didnt put the sign outside but we were still sleeping at 8.30 am when cleaning lady came in.

Loved the complex area. Nicely decorated and clean. Lobby was popular because of the free drinks. Peole were chatting, playing cards, listening live music.

The beds were so awful that we had to abandon our stay here. I've had more comfortable beds in a backpackers. The mattress protector was some sort of sweaty plastic kids thing. We were given two singles. The bed linen was cheap and scratchy. So bad we couldn't sleep. In the morning the maids make so much noise that a lie in is impossible. There is no do not disturb sign. The resort is literally swarmed by mosquitoes, so avoid dawn and dusk. This is really dormitory living with a nice swimming pool. The whole thing felt cheap and dissapointing.

On the plus side the pool was nice and for the price.... the food was ok.

The rooms were by far the worst we have ever had anywhere else in the world! We travel a LOT! Lack of cleanliness, comfort and horrible smells. It literally felt like we were scammed! The common areas were all impeccable and well kept, then you enter the room and it feels like someone teleported you to some other unrated resort!!! We enjoyed our days out and literally dreaded going to sleep in those rooms. The room smelled of condensed milk gone bad and of sewage. The condensed milk smell subsided after 3 days.. The bad sewage smell was however persistent and got worse every time we took a shower, as you would see the shower water backing up into foam and raising up in the middle of the bathroom floor. Serious problems with piping there for sure. We were two families travelling together through different operators and both rooms had same issues! The reception is not well manned... one needs to queue for a long time to get to speak to them. We really lost a lot of time queuing at reception instead of enjoying ourselves by the pool / beach... just to speak to them and nothing gets done anyway! Zero solution, zero empathy from their end whenever we requested something. After that we just decided to waste no further time and just suck it up. But definitely very disappointing, because it is not worth the money we paid for it. When we booked this resort it looked so promising, we believed we had found a place to return to next Easter / Summer, but definitely not the case. A real pity that rooms & cleanliness are such a mismatch with the rest of the resort. It also not fair on the F&B and gardening staff that despite doing their utmost, the hotel gets badly rated due to cleanliness/ room standards and therefore no repeat guests!

The Food & Beverage staff are exceptional! They manage to run the restaurant very smoothy despite the high number of residents. They are helpful & courteous. The quality of the food was very good and we really enjoyed it. The garden areas/ surroundings were also kept impeccably. A real eye pleaser. We really appreciated the dedication of the gardening team. Thanks to these two teams the hotel scores a few points otherwise the rest is pretty much a disaster in this resort.

the food- very repetative, (we stayed there for 4 days only !! )and for a person that has intolerances that was very difficult, to find something good to eat. Ever since I can't see a chicken thigh in my front, that's the only thing that I could eat there ( I can't eat fats) and fried veggies. I also paid extra for a sea view room; my room was facing the hotel in our front, on the right were some trees and in the distance, a tiny bit, you could see the sea. I don't recommend paying extra for this. Not worth it. We had to wait a few hours at the hotel after leaving the room and we asked the staff if they can put our lugage somewhere, they said that at the first floor there was the storage room. it was literally a room full of luggages where anyone could roam free and with no cameras. I didn't dare to leave my expensive equipment there. I was hoping to some locker rooms but no, it's an open space full of other peoples lugages. that's a big no no.
