You have to be able to walk 250 steps down to your room.

The room is beautiful and has an amazing view of the famous Santorini sunsets. You don't have to fight the crowds to see the sunset. They bring a wonderful breakfast to your terrace every morning. The staff was all very friendly. They arranged a pickup to and from the ferry. The porter carries your luggage to your room which is a must considering it was 250 steps down to our room. We rented the suite with the infinity hot tub overlooking the caldera which was amazing! I highly recommend this resort.

You have to walk on the pebble stone stairs to reach the hotel as it's located on the down side on the cliff but not much. It's worth for the view and the best stay in santorini

Best view of Santorini. Perfect for sunset. Junior suite is awesome and worth staying. All the amenities are provided in the room, Hotel will help in your arrival and with luggage to the room. Everyone was welcoming and very helpful. Just book the hotel and they will take care of you in every aspect to let you enjoy the breathtaking view from the hotel. Food was Good Rooms are the best deal for this property. Very spacious, Clean and well designed cave rooms.

We liked everything. If we had one complaint, there were too many stairs. For someone that is older it would be extremely difficult.

My only complaint is the ac does not work very well. There is one unit for this huge cave. It has a hard time maintaining a temperature. It sat at 23.5 the whole stay.

The location is spectacular with the views! Everything is excellent; staff, customer service, and breakfast.

Is not that I didn’t like anything, but the stairs are something to really consider. Some other hotels have less stairs. Also, they charged us for refilling the bottle of water in the room. For the price we paid, at least water refill should be free.

Everything, I think it has the best sunset view in Santorini. No need to get out of your room to have a wonderful view of the sunset. The food was very nice, the service was very good as well. The rooms are very spacious, the AC works perfectly fine. The structure is another nice thing since it makes you feel like you are in a white cave, very nice touch. Like your own love cave.

Be aware that you should be prepared to go through hell lot of steps to reach to your room from the reception and go out from this hotel too.

View: This hotel had splendid view where the guests can see entire sea, other islands and mainly the wonderful sunset. It was very pleasant sitting in bathtub and seeing the entire beautiful terrain. Strongly would recommend and vote for this. Room: The room layout is really awesome with nice furniture, wonderful windows with which we can have beautiful view of the sea from the bed itself. The wide and very spacious shower can give a different feel that we will be showering in a cave with central shower head. Balcony: Very spacious balcony with fantastic views and can easily relax with the furniture provided. Do not miss the splendid breakfast with wide & beautiful views and last but not least, the unique & peaceful sunset view from the balcony. This is a huge benefit with this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and had 2 wonderful sunset dinners from the balcony. Outdoor Bathtub: This is the ultimate and relaxing location on the balcony with which: - we can relax with nice drink and wonderful view - can have the sunset view while relaxing in this huge tub Staff: The staff are really very cool and helpful. Chrisha and Alexendra are really very helpful and informative. The serving staff will your both breakfast and dinner to the next level by the way they arrange the dishes on the table located on the balcony. We have to give a big kudos to the baggage staff, without their support, we can't make easy check in and check out.

Staff were brilliant, everything was exceptionally clean and tidy and facilities were brilliant. The staff went out of their way on our final day to give us a guest room and enjoy the facilities before our flight home which made a massive difference to our last day, we hugely appreciate this.
