We actually booked a room with washing machine, but there was none. It was our own mistake not to make a point out of it, but the lack of an English speaking host was part of it.

The location was perfect for a couple of days enjoying the beach. The garden and shade is perfect to get out of the heat during the day.

Mrs, Margarita is excellent host, very kind and helpful. The room was nice with sea view, well furnished and with full kitchen. The bathroom was on the smaller side but beautifully renovated. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk to a beautiful beach and also a few minutes walk to the restaurants and shops.

Margarita, the owner, is a very nice person, the apartment I stayed in was nice and clean with large terrace. The yard is very big and beautifully landscaped with a large parking lot among olive trees that provide shade. I highly recommend it.

The property is built on a beautiful Olive Garden/grove in a very quiet setting. There is a BBQ area available fir guests to use and an ample sitting area. Facilities although constructed years ago are carefully maintained and looked after. The room was good size enough to sleep a family of 4. We were 3 so it was perfect for us. The host Mrs Margarita was very polite all through our check in and even as we contacted her to ask for some additional info. The room was very clean and tidy. Proximity from stores/super Market was a 10 minute walk or a 1 minute ride by car. We would highly recommend Margarita apartment for stays of any length in the Preveza/Kanali/Vrachos area.

Unfortunately after one night I was biten by some insects, I had many small red spots on my arms and neck. The hostess was informed and explained that nothing like this had never happend. But this didn't calm me down, I'm afraid it was a bedbugs... I hope I didn't take those insects with me. And very bad wifi connection. And fridge was noisy.

Noisey fridge...easy to fix...in the small but adequate space maybe a smaller fridge would be a good idea?

We booked the place because it had a very high score in critics but to our surprise it was a really old place. It should have been renovated at least 2 decades ago. It comes straight from the 80’s.And that means old creaking furniture, a rusty water heating boiler with exposed electric wires, old doors and windows, tiles missing from the bathroom walls, exposed plumping pipes etc. Also sanitary conditions were questionable since the balcony and some corners in the rooms had spider webs. Generally it is not a place where you enjoy staying. The hosts try their best, but it just isn’t enough even for this price category (45,00€ per night).

The hotel is located conveniently close to the sea and the village center. And it was really cheap and parking is easy. And the hostess is very kind.

Light bulb didn't function properly in the bathroom. I understand that the studio is planed for family with two kids, but one single bad is in fact in access for available space, namely two single beds are situated in a line. The price of 30 EUR per night is a bit overestimated value.

Clean studio equipped with all that you might need. It is not on the shore but not so far away. Free paring on the road in front of the house.
