The location is more than perfect, very close to the beach and a walk away from the tavernas in Kalamaki. Dionisis is a great host and always available if you need any help! We loved our stay and will return with great pleasure ❤️

The is an extremely clean basic, budget friendly hotel. Denis, the manager, was extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the property is in excellent proximity for the beach as well as all eating and drinking establishments. I appreciated and enjoyed my outside balcony where I had a drink and watched the sunset on several evenings before dinner. Note: these are rooms. There are no on hotel eating facilities but there are a plethora of eating establishments for breakfast, lunch and dinner literally right on your door step! The facilities - the room is very well appointed Plenty of hangers in the closet too! Safe in room Very clean large room with ensuite Great water pressure Yes, there is a kettle Cutlery and plates and mugs for 2 people The beds are firm but comfortable Good Aircon! Sliding glass door that opens to personal private balcony w/table and 2 chairs Excellent fridge freezer This place is excellent value for money. If you're looking for a 4 to 5 star luxury hotel this is not the place for you. However, if you are looking for a clean, well located fully appointed place to use as a base for a beach holiday, the Margarita resort rooms are perfect. This is a solid 3 star hotel with amenities that make it worth a higher rating. I look forward to returning in the future.

I've been to Margarita rooms for 10 days with my girlfriend and the place was really good, comfortable and very clean. In the room we have found everything we needed. Dyonisis was amazing, he recommended the best places to see, good greek tavern to eat the best of the greek cousine, he was a point of reference for our entire trip. We highly recommend this place for your trip in Zante.

What can I say except that everything was perfect, totally better than I expected! 💖 Location is great, beach, shops and bars are quite close. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, a little bit old fashioned but in a good way, with authentic vibe. Garden was simply beautiful, lovely view and flowers for the coffee break and food time. I most thankfully to the host Dionisis who was so warm, attentive and took care of everything we needed. Margarita Rooms are the best 🌺👍🤗

Rooms where clean, facilities where the basics as expected and we had no problems. There is lots of shops around, lots of places for eating out and to enjoy a drink with each place with it's own specialty. There is a local bus station opposite entrance that takes you to zante town. It's short walk to closest beach.

The host, Dionisios, was just amazing! Very friendly and extremely helpful! The studio had a small terrace, with a table and chairs, shaded, where I was receiving my friends. I really enjoyed my stay and will be more than happy to come back, as soon as I get a chance!

This is obviously a budget room, not a deluxe hotel. It is a perfect place to sleep in when you're out exploring the island. With those expectations in mind, we can't complain about anything. If you're looking for a clean, affordable room in a good location, this is it.

A very AFFORDABLE room considering the perfect LOCATION. It is just above a bus stop, a pharmacy, a mini market, a very good travel agency (you'll need one of those to visit places like the Shipwreck, and they pick you up and bring you back from their locations, so with this one you'll be brought right back to your room), not to mention being a 5 minute walk from one of the most beautiful and quiet beaches of the island. Our HOST, Dionisis, was such a friendly and helpful person. His energy really made our stay even more enjoyable. He was happy to help us with finding a good place to eat, called us a taxi etc. He even opened his souvenir store after closing, just because I wanted to buy a deck of cards! The ROOM was clean, with air-conditioning and a balcony. If you need anything extra (for example we needed some dish soap) you can ask the host and I'm sure they'll provide it for you.

The apartment was in perfect location for Kalamaki. Rooms a little small but just what you need. Very cold fridge and good air con which is what we wanted! Had a great time!
