The warm personal service and welcoming from Maria. The location was perfect if you want to explore the surroundings but still have some time for relaxing at Dionysiou beach. The apartment was perfect and so cosy and homesteady with all amenities needed. Can highly recommend visiting the bakery also run by Maria. There you’ll find all the local delicatessens and also delicious morning coffee. Highly recommend!!

There is no lounge room for a family to spend time together in the apartment, but I guess the large terrace can compensate for it.

Maria is really wonderfull women. She is very polite and ready to acomodate every of your requests. Rooms are very clean and absolutely the same as on the pictures. I would reccomend this appartment to everyone. Big and very spacious balcony.

The bathroom is a bit old and small. For 8 days in a row - no cleaning.

The best location and extremely friendly staff. Very good facilities, the balcony was awesome, everything you need is in the room. We had a problem with the shower the host recated immediately and fixed it .

Really, nothing to complain about, it was as advertised and even better in some ways.

Host very friendly and helpful, we had the large 2-bedroom apartment with a living room and separate kitchen with all the amenities, huge balcony where we had all our breakfasts and sometimes dinner. The house is not brand new but in very good condition, apartment is partially renovated, one of the bedrooms was very modern. Bathroom was a nice surprise - it had a bathtub ( instead of the expected "greek shower", the one with the curtain, if you're lucky 😀 ), even a washing machine. Position is not beachfront but very close to the beach, literally 5 min by foot, as Paralia Dionissou has just about 5-6 streets parallel to the sea, grid planning and is very flat and the access to the beach very easy. Apartment was very clean at arrival, they even made swans from towels on our beds 😀, the towels were changed after a few days. Wi-Fi was good inside the apartment. All in all we had a very good time there.

great location! everything we needed was within minutes of walk - beach, supermarket, restaurants. Absolute bonus is patisserie on the ground floor of the building where you can get fresh snack, icecream, coffee and some basics like milk water juices. Huge terrace belonging to our top floor appartment was amazing!

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. It has a beautiful garden outside, high quality rooms, with all you can need and high quality service. Also, the owner Ms Maria is a wonderful woman, very nice,she will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Our son Cristian always received sweets, juices or free icecream, and we were very pleased by their hospitality!! We highly recommend it

Maria is very friendly and attending host. Offered high chair for our baby. Responded to every request immediately. Apartment has very good location above the backery, close to the beach, supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants. It was clean and cozy. One of the bedrooms has enough space, so we could set up baby's cot and still have plenty of space for everithing else we brought. We had wonderful time. Definitely will be back.

The hospitality from Maria was great, the view from the top apartment was wonderful. The room is spacious, and it has everything you need for a good vacation.

Maria,s apartment is very well situated near the beach. The rooms are well furnished and you have all you need. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has supplies you may need to cook. The terrace is large and you can spend nice time there, enjoining eating in the open air, playing games or just relaxing and talking. There is a bakery on the ground floor with delicious and fresh pastries bread, burek, muffins, and many other. Maria is kind, easy going and helpful all the time, she really knows how to take care of her guests. Highly recommended her apartments. You will feel excellent.

If you ever decide to visit this place, Maria Apartments is the best house you can choose. The owner is very kind and always available for whatever you need. The apartment was clean, everything was functional and the beds were really comfortable for sleeping. The beach is near, and there is also bakery on the ground floor of the house,they offer tasty pastries and bread. This is the place where we would happily return to!
