The resort is on the beach, our room was really big, is a nice place.Very clean and quite. We enjoy the terrace and the proximity of different taverns.. Marina, the owner is a great hosts, she really help us..very kind person!

lovely welcome, on arrival taken straight to room , brought us a drink at the bar once we had settled in. Made to feel like family beds were really comfy. Room and facilities were perfect for our needs.

Our visit occurred at the end of October, so most of the rooms were vacant. This also meant all the closely spaced balconies were empty. A visit here during the high visitation season would not allow any privacy on your balcony. Again, because of our timing nearby street parking was easy to find. This could also be a problem during busier times.

Closeness to the beach and Balos ferry was the main reasons we picked this hotel. There was both a restaurant and separate bar location on property. Breakfast was served in the bar area and cost €12 each. All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful.

Self-sufficient spot for people who want to get away form the noise of a city. Lovely place, with comfy beds, nice views and access to a couple of good restaurants. Supermarket few mins away, town centre about 10-15 mins walk.

The pillows can’t be moulded to suit your sleeping position. Fine and firm for sitting up in bed. Good restaurant.

Not too much to dislike. Maybe just one thing that to include the loungers and umbrellas in the room rate rather than as an extra cost.

We spent three very relaxing nights here at the end of our holiday. We wanted to be right on the beach and this property delivered on that. The staff were all lovely to deal with.

There is Not much not to like, because it is not a 5star establishment. So it is not expected. A couple of small things to add comment; It would be nice if there were tea and coffee ingredients available in the rooms. Charging 10 euro per day for the beach beds I thought was a bit much for guests staying at the hotel. Considering.....

A great family run Hotel, very friendly and accommodating. The staff at the hotel are great.. The food is excellent the best by far when compared to any another restaurant in kissamos real Greek dishes,, with Greek portions. Good little sandy beach that is not to busy and very safe.. It is not modern or swish and swanky which is what makes it great, clean, basic, with everything you need to relax in the sun for a few days.

breakfast was not included in the price, I didn't realize when booking but for the price paid in my opinion it should have been included. Furthermore, one of the two rooms they gave me, which indicated a partial sea view, was actually on the street with practically the walls of other houses in front of it. I complained to the management to have my room changed and fortunately they changed it but I had to pay 50 euros for the remaining two nights

Right on its own beach. Like a private beach with super comfy sun beds. Many rooms have a sea view. The beach is no more than 60 seconds from any room. They have 3 dining areas right above the beach (3 steps). The restaurant is very good. Must try the mousaka. Very special. The Kaltsounia with herbs is also wonderful. The dough is unusual. Not typical Greek pie dough. It is a family run business and Marina and Giorgos are always there and working to make everyone’s stay comfortable. Rooms have wonderful water pressure in the shower (my personal thing). I recommend Kissamo as a good place to stay to explore North East Crete, if that is where you are headed. Enjoy.

Didn’t like having to pay extra to use the sun beds, or for breakfast. I’d rather pay a bit more in the room rate and have it all included.

Amaizing resort, very relaxing place, the staff is wonderful, excelent customer service and they make you feel very welcome! The best hotel in Kissamos! The hotel has a private beach and a resto at the beach. The view from the hotel is wonderful as well!
