The overall review on booking is is my opinion to big - I would give a 10 for the location, but for other aspects my review is much lower. 1. I have booked 2 Deluxe double rooms, which according to the information provided should have been on the top floors with a nicer view of the sea. We were assigned however 2 triple bed rooms on the ground floor. When I complained about that I was told in a very unfriendly way that they are fully booked and I shouldn't complain because the triple room is anyway more expensive. I said that I do not want a third bed in the room and that is only making the rooms smaller, but they did not do anything about it. 2. The photos from Booking are far away from the reality - they are professional photos that are photoshopped. The furniture in the room looked like that 8 years ago, but in the meanwhile it is old an needs to be changed. The wardrobe was not clean and hardly usable (had only 2 drawers). My wife refused to put her clothes in-there and instead used the third bed from the room. 3. The rooms very cleaned every day, however there is a need for general cleaning in the bathroom, in the wardrobe, on the window frames. 4. The shower gels and shampoo was never replenished during the week and sometimes the towels from the floor were not taken away, despite the fact that we got clean ones on the bed every day. 5. The prices at the bar are too high - drinks are as expensive as in a restaurant or a bar from the main street, so we only used it once. The same for breakfast - it costs 10 Euro per person, even for children and for that amount you find many options in Argassi. We never ordered breakfast so I cannot say anything about the quality. 6. On the last day, we were the last guest remaining and were not allowed to use the sunbeds or take a bath, as they were taking professional photos for the next season. They wanted us to leave and made it very clear.

1, The location of the property is great: we have booked rooms with sea-view and we were literally 15 meters away from the sea, which was great as we loved hearing the sea at night. The property has its own beach with sunbeds (there is however no sandy beach, the sunbeds are in the garden and you get down via a stair directly into the sea) . The entrance into the water is sandy and has a smooth slope, which out kids loved. There is a supermarket across the street and if you walk for 5 minutes you are already in the main street of Argassi with all restaurants and shops you need. 2. The rooms were also big and the kitchen was well equipped (from fridge to electric cooking plate, to dishes and glasses) 3. The beds were very comfortable. 4. The property has also a pool which was very clean and well maintained. The kids and we loved however the sea and did not use the pool except once. 5. The sunbeds were cleaned every day and all of them had also an umbrella. 6. The price paid for the rooms was good. We were however there in the last week of the 2023 season, and I think that was the reason behind. Initially I had reserved a family room for 900+ Euros and 1 month before arrival I was able to change to 2 double rooms with sea-view for 600+ Euro.

The bar and food at the hotel are a bit pricier, but if that's an issue for someone, there's a shop right across the street.

The hotel was quite good value for the price. It's located right by the sea and has a pool, which is exactly what we were looking for. We had a room on the third floor with a sea view, and it was fantastic. When you close the balcony, you can't hear any noise from the surroundings (although there isn't much noise there anyway), so it's perfect if the sound of the sea bothers anyone.

Great stay, lovely hotel in a quieter part of Argassi. Easy walk to everything and beautiful pool area where you can relax. One of the few places where the beach is ok to walk into the sea as well. Pool bar food was superb and all the staff were wonderful. Will definitely return.

We had a twin room (Number 15)with a spectacular seaview. There is a lovely pool, lots of sunbeds some positioned overlooking the sea some around the pool. You can get down to the sea via a few steps. The sea is mainly sandy and shallow to start and very clear with a few fish swimming by! There is also a nice café serving food and drinks. Nice grassy areas in the hotel grounds. Short walk into town so the hotel location makes it quieter at night. There are bars restaurants along the way to the town.

Practically everything was good. But if I could, I would take the room in the upper floor. We were in the 1st.

Very friendly personnel. Good breakfast, we could select every day from the long list, enjoyed it also after 13 days. Option to have a small lunch directly near sunbeds. Very good location, connected to the village but at the end in more quite area. Good restaurants near by. Own beach area, with comfortable entrance to the see. Our room also had a balcony with direct view to the see and small kitchen, so one could also cook a simple dinner. Already recommended to friends and gladly come once more.

We loved the location. It's right on the sea. Very conveniently located near restaurants (taverns and fine-dining restaurants). There is a supermarket right across the road. The pool is big and clear. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds very confortable.

The only minus, was that the floor in the room was not well cleaned , with nails and hair on it.And balcony as well, looks like it was not washed after last guest. But probably we were unlucky.

Stay was great, if we had anything it was solved fast by staff. During day you can order some food next to the pool. Very good sea, next to the hotel. Would recommend to have big mugs in the room, and not tiny one for tea.

Nothing in particular that comes to my mind. Would be nice thou as a tip to ask the guests to be aware and not forget to turn off the balcony lights as we liked to sleep with the balcony doors open for fresh air but our neighbours forgot the light on on the balcony and it was a bit disturbing during the night plus it is good also to keep mosquitoes away.

Was overall a very nice stay, we enjoyed the room and the view, also by the pool and the sea entrance we used a couple of times. The lady cleaning our room was very nice and kind, as well the reception ladies. It was very clean, the bedsheets always clean and newly changed. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Its small hotel with very friendly atmosphere. There were enough sunbeds at the swimming pool and at the see side although it was middle of summer time (unlike what you can meet in the big chain of hotels). The hotel is located at the see side and breeze from the see make you refreshed. The hotel is located at the main street with a lot of restaurants and bar. I could stay again in this hotel

The shower stall is very small but that is the only issue and we made due.

The property was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. The owners were very friendly and arranged for cabs for us and were very helpful. The rooms are no frills but again clean and spacious. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels provided.

Kitchen area was not as good visually as the main room. The shower cubicle, although very clean was very small, couldn't physically shut the doors and shower without banging your elbows but mopping up the water on the floor outside if you left the door open was not a problem

Perfect location. Marianna was efficient, cheerful and very helpful. Cleanliness was exceptional especially around the pool and sunbed area. Loved the towel elephants too!

The apartment was lacking colour. Ascetically boring. Kitchen area could do with updating & maybe a tea towel, washing up liquid could be provided.

The location is very good. We had a sea view room. I think the rooms nearer the road might be a bit noisier at night. The staff, the lady on the front desk, was fantastic. She helped us a few times but really came through for us when we had a ferry issue leaving the island. Excellency in service.
