The location is perfect, the garden is beautiful and well maintained, the hosts are lovely and friendly, and the room was exceptionally clean! It is very well renovated and new, very comfortable, and we felt like at home during our stay! The sea view is also magnificent, and the entire place is very peaceful!

Everything was great, whished I stayed longer.

The location is 10 minutes walk to Afytos center, so no loud music and crowds around. Plenty of parking space. There is a nice beach very close, recommend going by car as there is a steep hill you need to climb when returning. Room is spotless and it has everything you need, kitchen is well equipped, also includes a Nespresso coffee machine. Comfortable bed, the only downside is the AC unit which is right above the bad. There is mosquitos net to the balcony door. Good sized bathroom with good water pressure. Very nice view from the balcony, which is also a large one. There is a clothes drying rack.

Everything was perfect. The view was breathtaking. The location, the nature, the beach (which is 3 mins walk from the apartment)... The terrace... Super clean.. A piece of paradise on Earth... We will surely come back again!

House with beautifull view, peacefull, very clean and comfortable place. Parking space is not a problem - which is a real luxury in Afitos. The restaurants and shopping streets at 10 min walk. Dimitri and Marianna were very nice and welcoming.

The reality is even better than the pictures: amazing location having stunning sea view, cozy and very clean apartment. Marianna and Dimitris are perfect hosts ready to help with everything you need. The beautiful Afytos village is at 10 minutes by walking and you can find nice beaches around. We strongly recommend this location for a perfect holiday, great value for money.

Many many thanks to Marianna and Dimitri, they are the best hosts i have ever met. The hotel has super location with the best sea view, 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the city center. The room was very clean, equipped with all the necessary things and bed was so comfortable. the hotel and its enermous yard is decorated very cutely💙 thank you for making our vacation perfect! I recommend this place to everyone :)

Honestly it's just perfect. Nothing more to wish for.

Location is great: perfect distance from Afytos centre. Enough to have quiet and not too much to prevent you to walk to the town for anything you need. You have parking, the apartment is newly refurbished, efficiently designed, the right size, we had a balcony facing the sea. Just perfect

Liked all, just a small difficulty at the beginning because we could not contact the owner through phone or internet because we had no access and noone was around at the time of our arrival. But after some time the ow er turned up.

Everything was great. You have a beach just bellow the house and the center is like 5-10 minutes of walk. The view from the room was great and was looking at the sea. It was really clean and comfy and big plus for the bed it was really comfy. All in all it is great value for the money

If I would ever choose a place to stay in Kassandra that would always be Marianna Sea View. Tucked on a hill surrounded by a beautiful garden, the house and its environment reflect the local charm of the area and its authenticity. The balcony offers the most amazing view! One can enjoy the most relaxing vacation without even leaving the house. Only 10 minutes of walk away is the ancient and elegant village of Afytos. If one wants to spend a relaxing vacation and get the feeling of the local authenticity, Marianna Sea View is the right place to be. We are thankful to the hosts for this beautiful experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Firstly, we enjoyed the homely feel of the villa which is located in a beautiful spot with a lovely garden. The room we stayed was nicely decorated with a large balcony. The beach was a very short walk away.
