Maybe a bit of music around the pool? But other than that nothing bad to say at all. Workers work very hard. And the cleanliness is 10 out of 10.

Canr fault the hotel. It was extremely clean. Pool area was nice. Food was really nice too and my husband enjoyed the food (and he's picky) I would 100% stay here again. We went out of season. So the car hire was vital. We used the hotel as more of a base. So we could explore the beautiful iSland

The room number 613 is next to the entrance and elevator. I am a very light sleeper. We immediately received a room further down the corridor. This is really just a minor remark.

The reception staff, Maria and Sula, was very helpful for every request. The dining room staff was very professional. The food of the All-Included formula was very varied, fresh, with something for everyone.

The rooms were quite tired. Not a major problem since there were plenty of other spaces to be in and we were there for one night. In the bathroom the shower curtain sticks to you when showering! The sun loungers need some attention. The tops are bunched, so a little uncomfirtable. Fine for a cheap and cheerful hotel.

Wonderful welcome. Very helpful staff. Main reception area is pleasant with plenty of seating. Outdoor bar area relaxing. Lovely pool. Quiet in the evening. The all inclusive menu provides many food options and there is plenty to satisfy all. Desserts and ice cream were wonderful. The snacks were also a nice touch.

The dining area is cramped and dark but the outside eating section is nice. However there are too many cats around the dining area, our kids were in tears watching the cats and kittens walking around begging for food. The person serving the bar food\crepes at the pool very grumpy. The room didn't have any coffee or tea making facilities.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was a good size. We had the privilege of staying at the 4 star Magda Hotel in Kato Gouves before ending our stay here. Unfortunately the CHC Marilena Hotel is more a 3 star. The family room we had was big with two separate rooms, this was nice. The table tennis bats were terrible and it wouldn't cost much to get some new ones.

The only thing which made us upset that you cannot take your coffee or ice-cream from the restaurant to the lobby bar:( even in paper glass . It is very unusual as to all in hotel. And it rather noisy in the rooms. And some disco at least once a week would be great!

All inclusive was really good with many variety of tasty foods. Very good location next to wonderful beaches and airport.

Everything was good enough. The food is delicious, there is always a choice of several dishes. The staff are friendly and work well. The room was quite good, but in need of renovation. It is not far to walk to the sea in 5-7 minutes. The hotel does not have its own beach, but the beaches are free and there is plenty of space. Room cleaning needs improvement.

No evening activities or live music as they advertised on booking.com, so if you planning to stay at the hotel all evening, it's a bit boring.

The food in all inclusive option was delicious, everything was fresh. Very nice pool. Great location, The hotel is just right on the main street but it is still quiet. The beach is 150 m away but better one is on the left from the hotel-400 meteres away. I highly recommend this hotel.

the all inclusive program was tolerable but not the best drinks terrible even the water was not tasty. not to mention coffee It didn't even look like coffee! it's a pity because I have never had to go outside for coffee or other drinks for breakfast

Beds, shower, rooms overall were pretty poor.

The shower was so small it was hard to stand in. The shower curtain would stick to you the whole time you were trying to shower. The bed was hard as a rock. The pictures look much different than the actual resort. The food and lobby were great, but the rooms were pretty bad.

It's very good located. You can easily take the bus from the airport (3€/pers) and the bus station is right next to the hotel. The beach is very close, about 5 min walk and the view is stunning. The rooms are very clean, the towels are changed daily and the stuff is very kind. The food is tasty and it's always enough for everybody. If you want to visit other great beaches I would recommend to rent a car and there are plenty companies right next to the hotel. Everything was amazing and next year we will definetly be back at this hotel.

There is only one place to take liquids during meals and it can be crowded. So, even for a glass of water, you have to wait a lot. My suggestion would be to put bottles with water or soft drinks so guests can serve themselves instead of waiting in line. Also, drinks are being served from the same pipe, so the water tastes like whatever is served before.

We took all-inclusive with our 3yr old. The food was ok, lots of varieties and different meals, one soup per day, salads and sweets. The fruits could be better and probably more available at the pool bar for eg. Staff is great, also the hygiene. The room is cleaned every day and they change towels and sheets regularly. Everything is super clean. The location of the hotel is great, next to the bus stop, and going to the Heraklion is super easy, there are buses every 10-15 minutes. Even visiting Knossos is super easy. The beach is close and there is a beach bar with sun umbrellas and beds, free of charge (only drinks to be paid).

Everything was clean. Every day room was cleaned and we became fresh towels . Food is great and always good served. Everybody are so friendly and nice. We must to give 5 stars to positivity of Kristina, Filip( Servis) and barman Dimitius( apoligaze if I spelled the names wrong). Reception girls are verx kind, and menager is always there for guests. Rooms are not sound proof, first night we can not sleep at all, because of loud sounds from other clients - walking, talking, door slaming, etc. A lot of smoking people everywhere, even around pool, where the kids are also relaxing. No normal juices in bars, just soda water with different tastes or fresh juices for extra money. Most of personal looks and works as they are very tired.

Pool, pancakes in pool bar, wide menu in restaurant, but there was no menu for kids.
