What's not to like?

During my stay at Marina Zeas Seaside Studio-Marina, I found myself enveloped in a quaint and charming atmosphere, significantly enhanced by the delightful Christmas decorations—a wonderful and unexpected touch that added warmth to my experience. The studio, though compact, presented a cosy and inviting space, perfect for a short, refreshing retreat. The location of the studio is undoubtedly a highlight, offering convenience and the charm of the Marina Zeas area. Moreover, the host's lovely demeanour and accommodating nature contributed greatly to the overall pleasantness of my stay, making me feel welcomed and well-cared-for throughout. However, it's worth noting for fellow travellers, particularly smokers, that you will need to step outside onto the street for a smoke, which might be a slight inconvenience. The studio's size, while ideal for creating a snug ambience, might feel a bit limiting for an extended stay or guests seeking more spacious accommodations. In conclusion, Marina Zeas Seaside Studio-Marina is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy a short stay of around two nights in a location that offers both charm and convenience. It's a place where the festive spirit is palpable, and hospitality is given with a warm, personal touch. My rating: is 4/5.

Good size kitchen, could use a few more utensils. Bathroom was okay, hot water. They could have had a broom to sweep the floor..

The location was fantastic, easy access to many local supermarkets. Easy to catch taxi and convenient.

A Fantastic location walking easy for Akti Miouli the super yacht moorings..The apartment was easy to enter and use elevator to level 1. Self contained and tastefully furnished..coffee machine small kitchen... comfortable bed...the bathroom has a shower with natural tiles and a seat like a hammam

The only thing I could think of was the windows, but again it wasn't bothering us at all.

The place is very clean and cozy. Perfect location for our purpose of stay. We needed an overnight stay, shower and flexibility in timing. Our host was unbelievably kind and helpful.

We loved everything about this apartment. From the decor inside, to the where it is located, everything, was perfect. We wish that we could have stayed longer. If you're looking for an apartment in the Piraeus area, look no further. Yvonni was the perfect host. She left a lovely birthday cake and bottle of wine for my wife's birthday. It made our trip. She was helpful from the moment we landed by advising how to get to the apartment from the airport. Highly recommended this apartnent.

The shower space was awkward making it a little difficult to bathe. The sink in the bathroom was also challenging as it's extremely tiny and enormous faucets making it hard to wash.

Excellent location. Quiet. Access to restaurants and bars nearby. Minutes walk from Marina Zeas. Lovely decor.

What can I say, just perfect. 11 out of 10 points. The communication was already super easy after booking and she responded immediately. Yvonni is a great woman with a sensational charisma. The apartment is as good as new and equipped with everything you need. Also excellent for a longer stay. In the direct neighborhood are several supermarkets. Bars and restaurants also "next door". Opposite already a wonderful marina with bars to linger. Yvonni has recommended me a paid parking in the marina (not expensive). At my time were always free places on the street. Super sweet: I forgot a bag of clothes from my wife's grandfather in the room. The contents were not so important. However, the bag had an important meaning. What can I say, within a very short time she sent me the bag with contents. Will definitely stay with her again. Thank you for staying with you.

The apartment building was a little noisy, dogs, children and loud voices in the corridors. There was no hair dryer that I could find. Personally, I would have liked a workspace.

Great location with restaurants, bars and beach close by. Nicely decorated and thoughtful touches made it feel welcoming and homely. Nice big Smart TV and Netflix.

I recently enjoyed staying at the Marina Zeas apartment in Piraeus, which was amazing! The magnificent waterfront views of the locations and the stylish decor captured me when I arrived. The flat was spotless, and luxuriously decorated, making it the ideal refuge for my visit. The location was great, only steps from the beach, restaurants, and the lively waterfront promenade. I had a great time visiting the gorgeous neighbourhood and having everything within walking reach. During my stay, the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to make meals and snacks. I felt at home, with a grocery shop close and high-quality equipment. The host also made excellent recommendations for local restaurants and entertainment, enhancing my experience. What distinguished this house was the host's Yvonne’s warm and attentive welcome. She went above and above to assure my comfort and pleasure from the minute I booked to the conclusion of my stay. Her’s sincere concern and assistance made me feel welcomed and cared for. I cannot speak highly enough about Marina Zeas ! If you're considering visiting Piraeus, this apartment is an excellent option for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable stay. I can't wait to come and enjoy this lovely place once more!
