Breakfast is pretty average especially for a place that has the word luxurious on its name You need to drive 1klm on a rocky road to get to the hotel

The only way to get to the hotel was by taxi. Breakfast was average - eggs, bread, cheese, juice, jogurt, hot drink.

There's a bit of an off road drive to get there but nothing to worry about. We rented a car and managed just fine.

A warm and cosy place with the calm atmosphere you need to relax away from the fusy town. Everything was clean and totally safe for children.Extra bonus owner and amazing staff did everything to accommodate all our special needs due to a toddler present. :) We can't thank them enough!!

The hotel is beautiful with a gorgeous view and a very nice pool area! The room that we had was basic but very clean and good enough for the 3 days we stayed. The staff was very helpful and kind! The only thing, I think could improve is the breakfast (not so much choice and small portions). To reach the hotel is also a bit tricky as it's located on a mountain and you definitely need a car or taxi to get there but as well to move around.

due to covid the breakfast was served and not on a buffet. that is acceptable. However, the variety of the breakfast and what was offered was basic. I would expect a more versatile breakfast from a boutique hotel.

Exceptional place. The property is fairly new and the internals are built with quality materials. The garden, which is very well preserved, offers magnificent views towards parts of Aegina and Agkistri island. You can also watch the sunset while you dine there. The pool is beautiful and quite large. The staff was very polite and everything was super clean :)

The service. It was only one person that served at the breakfast. It was not possible to take bread, ham or juice yourself. Everytime you wanted something, you had to ask, and the lady serving was to busy with everyone. Why not just put the breakfast on a table, and let everyone pick up what they want, like any other place? The other bad thing with this is that you are in the middle of nowhere. Far away from anything else, and going there is like driving on a road you never belive would be a road. Its really bumby, and just forget the idea of walking down to the town.

We loved the scene, the pool, the area and view. Just outstanding place to chill 100 prosent. A brilliant place to escape from everything and just cool down.

The broken safety deposit box that was never fixed, the broken shower head in the two rooms we rented (which were changed) and the shutters which were broken two days in to our trip that we had to keep up with the light streaming through and waking us up early in the morning. Except for the shower head we had to put up with the discomfort of the light streaming through the shutters and a broken safety box. The hotel is most definitely not a spa, and it is need of MAJOR maintenance and care. The owner is smiley and nice enough but besides the beautiful plot of land and swimming, the hotel, which can only be reached by a treacherous very tight one way gravelled road the hotel is far from ideal and has a very very long way to go to becoming what it claims to be: it is neither luxurious, nor are the rooms suites as such. They have a fridge, but nothing else, not even a water kettle and mugs, a basic at most hotels! When I asked for a kettle I was given a beaten up kettle that I had to keep my finger on the click button for it work. The very few staff are nice enough but clearly overworked, it is sad to see as the hotel has a lot of potential. Finally, we had booked a room with a seaview, what we got was a dark room on the ground floor on the same level as the pool, iff you stepped out on to a fenced area that was supposed to act as a patio you could if you squinted see the sea view. In all this hotel is nothing like it is advertised, it's location and the difficulty of reaching it should be stated clearly on its website, or it should be attended to.

The breakfast was o.k. but it was a lot of processed and packaged food. The pool was truly lovely.

It was far from town or port. If you didn't have a car you couldn't go anywhere, no bus went up there so you had to take a cab to go down which would cost 12-15 euros each way and only a few cabs went up there.

property is quite remote and the road is quite uphill so a bit scary to drive up there. didn’t have WiFi signal in the room but might have been my phone, too the door of the room and the door to the balcony were not always working properly breakfast was good but could be better in the future. orange juice could be from actual oranges and not store bought, jam and honey could be from locally sourced producers bread could be from the baker and not sliced, etc

really nice location, nice swimming pool, lovely hostess and staff.
