This year we vacationed in Afitos in the period from August 28 to September 7, 2023 in Marios garden house. When we arrived, we were greeted by the wonderful landlady Nancy. Accomodation to be commended, kitchen well equipped, bed very comfortable, enough space for wardrobe. The terrace is large enough with a beautiful view of the sea. The front and back yards are beautifully landscaped with plenty of amenities. All recommendations for accommodation. We would love to come again. Thanks to the wonderful Nancy for everything

Everything was great.

We had an amazing stay at the Marios garden house. The villa is perfectly clean, our apartment had a really nice view, comfortable bed, and has everything you need for a relaxed holliday. Location is perfect (10 min easy walk to the center of Afytos). Our trip was amazing thanks to Nancy who was really kind and helpfull. She gave us recommendations about the beaches and places that we should visit. We will definitely come back! Perfect 10

Quiet location, close to the beach, lovely hosts. In proximity of a supermarket (by car). The room has a coffee machine with complementary capsules, which was also a big plus. Spacious balcony with sea views. Not to mention the barbecue facilities. Modern AC, again very useful in the evenings. Daily cleaning. Free and safe parking. Our hosts also waited for us, despite our delayed arrival time. All in all, a wonderful place ❤️

There's really nothing that we didn't like.

The location is perfect, between Afitos (walking distance) and Kallithea. The place is absolutely wonderful, very nice and well kept, with big garden both in front and behind. The rooms are quite spacious, the balconies generous with very comfortable chairs and very nice sea view. The rooms are well equipped, we had everything we wanted, from fridge (with freezer that really freezes - we could keep ice cubes and ice cream) to coffee machine, from hairdryer to mosquito repellent. Quality bed linen and towels changed every 2 days. The bathroom is spacious, good shower; the room is cleaned every day. No problem with car parking. We appreciated the attention to detail of the hosts. Nancy and Marios are always smiling, welcoming, friendly, ready to do anything to make you feel as comfortable as possible, from beach and restaurant tips to offering us tomatoes and bell peppers from their own garden.

I opted for the apartment with two rooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. I recommend it to families with children or grandparents, as it is spacious, modern furniture, excellently equipped kitchen. Besides these, you will enjoy a wonderful garden and a lot of peace. We thank the hospitable hosts who are happy to guide you, to spend a successful vacation in this dream country, which is Greece.

I totally recommend! The room was clean, spacious, a mini kitchen and bathroom equipped with everything you need. The sea view from the balcony is perfect There is free parking in the garden. The host is very gentle and polite. The cleanliness is at the highest level in this house! :)

We were greeted by our host Nancy, she's so friendly, kind & helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a large garden and bbq area. The most beautiful village Afitos was only 10-15 mins away by walk. Nancy suggested some very good restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay here, it's very relaxing and quiet, thank you 😊

We absolutely loved our stay at Mario's Garden House. Nancy is a great host, who made us feel very much at home and gave us great tips for nice restaurants and beaches to go to. Our balcony had a terrific view overlooking the sea, with sun in the morning and shadow in the afternoon, and there were several places to hang out or bbq in the lovely garden in the back. The room is nice, with really good beds and a small kitchen. We really appreciated the daily cleaning. The location is a nice 15 min walk from the town and a really nice beach. Nancy thanks again for your hospitality and we hope to come again!

Very кind hostess, always ready to help with information or anything else. The studio is clean, pleasant, in a new building, it has a terrace with a seaview, 800 m from Afitos. A prerequisite for a pleasant evening walk.

Location is a little outside the Afitos village, but in a 10min walk distance. It has all the basic amenities in shower (shampoo, soap, towels, walking shower with glass curtain, hair dryer), Kitchen (hot plate, tablewear, kettle, table, chairs), air conditioning. Also, it has a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the sea. The owner is very helpful and nice.

Nice studio, well equipped, with a beautiful view to the sea (we were on an upper floor). Bed is good. Very clean and good service. Parking on the property. Green area. Just a few minutes walk to Afytos (ca. 15 minutes) and the beach (max. 10 minutes). Nice location. Everybody was very to helpful and friendly.

This was the third time that i stayed at Marios house and this time with a baby. I couldn’t be more satisfied. The apartment was super clean every day, the toilet and the furniture new and the mini kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a holiday. My daughter was in the garden most of the time and we spent a lot of time on the terrace. I really recommend this house for both short and long holidays. Last but not the least the host is the best :-)
