There weren't any salt/pepper or oil in the kitchen, which we had to buy for our 3 day's stay. That was a planning error on our part, we could have planned a longer stay for this apartment. Other than that great place.

The place itself is very beautiful, with the suits facing the sea. Self check-in was fairly easy, which was A plus since we were checking in late at night. The room was clean and very spacious. Location is great in the lively town of Hersonissos. Very close to the supermarket and beaches. Definitely would recommend.

The door codes were too long :) took me some time to remember but it’s really minor issue because codes are better than keys, it’s very convenient.

I booked junior studio, it was spacious, with a balcony. My studio had partial sea and mountains view, it was very nice to have a coffee there in the morning. Location was very convenient and it was quiet in the night, and stuff was very helpful and very quick to help, really appreciated.

This is not exactly a drawback, but keep in mind this is an electronic access facility (you get into the building and into your room with access codes), so there is no reception at the hotel. In fact, the only staff we encountered during our stay was the maid. There is a reception in its sister hotel just a few meters away, which I guess could be contacted in case of need. Steep stairs and no elevator in the building might be a problem for mobility-challeneged tourists The bathroom could have used a door for some privacy, the way it is designed, it's practically open access into the room.

Excellent location, right next to the sea and the beach alley with all the restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. Despite that, it is surprisingly quiet (keep in mind it is right in tourist heart of Hersonissos, so there usually are throngs of people all night long, but we had no problem with outside noise at all). Clean and comfortable, quite modern in design, with well furnished kitchen. A maid comes in every day. There's a tavern right next door, and a nice supermarket just across the street. Lots of other shops in the vicinity, too. Good wifi. Excellent communication with the staff prior to arrival, to provide all necessary Information. Complimentary tea bags, coffee capsules and water upon arrival.

Floor had a bit of sand, it did not feel like fully clean. Didn't get additional towels when we asked for them, as it is an extra cost.

Perfect location! Near the vibrant down town, but quiet enough for good rest. There is always free parking space, super market a few steps away. The beach is right in front of the accommodation, but entering the water is difficult because of the stones, so it is recommended to have water shoes.

The stairs with luggage . My daughter fell down and sprained her ankle trying to get a suitcase down . Please only bring a small suitcase . Never received the check in code by email even though they said it was sent several calls were made to try and get this while standing outside in the heat wave .The sister hotel can’t assist you with the check in codes either . No access card is given . It’s a very long code and different codes for entrance door and room door which is fine but don’t see the need for an extra long code. The safe was broken . The cleaning was not done daily. Had 3 days of rubbish built up . There is no bathroom /shower door in the junior suite , don’t think it’s a good option for a group . There are no staff to assist with any issues .

The rooms were nice and comfortable. Cooking facilities available in the junior suite with nespresso coffee machine .

The room had a great position, it was very comfortable and near the sea. The staff was friendly and helpful and there was someone coming to clean every two days.

Everything was nice, but we needed extra sheets and pillows, that were not there, but asked a housekeeper, so got everything.

Location is perfect, apartament really nice. Really loved balcony facing the sea, you could feel nice breeze in a room.

We were told that the room we booked was damaged by previous guests so they moved us to another room. The room we were moved to had a better view and was on the ground floor which we enjoyed. But because they moved us we kind of felt like they may not have had enough time to prepare the room. It was clean but could have been a bit cleaner. Shower drain did not drain well so when we took a shower the water overflowed and made the floor wet. I got wet quick and turned off the water to wash to avoid making a mess. Not a huge deal but they need to snake the drains.

Its a nice place to stay and the people from the comunication are nice but i have to say few things to help them get beter. 1. The check in is more complicated than needs to. 2. The entrence is small narrow and is also the place they store the cleaning buckets and also due to the lack of elevator made the access hard to the room. 3. The floor in the bathroom way too slippery.. 4. The cleaning lady came in the room without knocking while we were inside not dressed
