Everything was exceptional. Maria is the perfect host even before meeting the property. She is very caring, detail oriented - which was very helpful for easily finding the place, the apartment, keys, everything. We even got a real-time video of the room that we stayed in. The welcoming with the table full of fresh vegetables and fruits from the garden and a bottle of wine was a bonus. Definitely would recommend it and would stay again. The ART in the whole place is really worth mentioning too.

The facility is extraordinary clean, spacious, bright and well organized. Position is central and everything is easy reachable. Most of all is its host who raised my standards how guests should be threated. I recomend Maria for minister for tourism of Greece. We appreciate her gift very, very much. First the location is great - it is close to other villages and beaches in the area, which is good for exploring. It is near the beach and one could hear the soothing sound of the waves. The place itself is a real fairytale - it is quite, with really nice decoration and art pieces, with very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The room we had was very cozy and we had everything we needed! The owner is a very friendly and polite woman - she also gave us recommendations what to see and where to go. We highly recommend visiting place and we hope to visit it again!

One of the best accommodations, very clean, comfortable, cozy atmosphere, good location to explore Kassandra. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and relaxing holiday. There is a wild beach with clear water just 3 min. walk, is very nice and not crowded. Maria was the most kind and helpful owner I ever met, very friendly, warm and welcoming. Everything about the property and the staff can not be described with the fair amount of words. Location, facilities, the owner, the staff EVERYTHING was perfect. Every detail was well thought by the very owner Maria! We were amazed by her warm welcoming and her willingness to share and help us out with the area and take care of us during our stay. The beach behind the hotel is full of stones (not pebbles) and not very pleasant to sit on. However, it is good if you do not feel the need to drive. The hotel is also close to Nea Skioni (a small village), which is within walking distance (15 minutes walk), but there is not much going on there. There is a beach you can go to, but it is quite crowded. So the thing is, you need a car to get around the good places.

The overall excellent experience is down to Maria, the hotel owner. She is helpful, very friendly, supportive, and always ready to help with any questions. She waited for us and gave us a complete description of the area, with places to eat, beaches, and places to see. It was just perfect and easy to use her guidance. The place is excellent for families, especially with young children, as it is well-guarded and safe from traffic outside the grounds. The rooms are very well equipped, with everything you need to either cook or store and are also of a decent size (not feeling crowded). The beds are excellent (even the extra sofa bed is very comfortable), with good quality pillows, and very well maintained. The cleanliness is also excellent, and the ladies who look after the premises are very friendly and pleasant. In terms of places to eat, we were amazed by a few: Poseidon Restaurant in Possidi village (15 minutes drive) - EXCELLENT!!; Captain Fish Tavern in Loutra village (10 minutes drive or less) - very good but make sure you get there before 7pm as it gets very busy afterwards (they only serve fish). As for beaches, the only one we liked was Lago Seaside Experience which is quite far (25 minutes drive) but the beach and water are just perfect (quite expensive if you want a front row but decent if you stay in the second row).

We had a lovely time at the apartment. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with old trees and cozy sitting areas. Mariya, the host, is an artist, and her attention to detail and care made the place feel special. She was very helpful and provided all the information we needed for our stay. The apartment itself was bright and comfortable, with everything we required, including beach essentials like chairs, an umbrella, and towels. The small pebble beach with clear water was just a short 5-minute walk away. Nea Skioni village, where we could find restaurants and shops, was a quick 5-minute drive. We highly recommend staying at these apartments and appreciate Mariya's hospitality throughout our trip!

Maria was a superhost! Very sweet, warm and welcoming. We could not have asked for more. If we had questions, she was there for us. She gave tips for good restaurants and villages we could visit in the area. She also brought us fresh vegetables from the garden. What more can you ask for?

The minor issues we had were regarding the water temperature and the shower. At times, the hot water would go (it seemed that we were the only apartment having this issue), but Mariya was very quick to solve any problems, and was even willing to move us to a different room. The only improvement we can think of, would be in relation to the shower. As there was no shower curtain, water was splashing out of the shower cubicle and onto the floor/around the toilet. All in all, we had an amazing stay and can't wait to go back!

It was an absolute delight to stay in one of Mariya’s apartments. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance that instantly made us feel at home - you can tell that Mariya has put a lot of effort into creating a beautiful and relaxing getaway. Mariya is an artist and her artwork could be seen throughout the property; enhancing the overall atmosphere and making it feel even more special. The apartment was right next to the beach, and close to the village, although, having a car definitely helps. Our apartment was on the ground floor, which had a lovely outdoor seating area. The interior of the apartment was very cosy, modern and comfortable. All the windows had nets on them to protect against mosquitoes. Upon entering, we were able to scan a barcode which took us to 'Mariya's directory' - this was very useful. Complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer were provided, along with WiFi, air conditioners in each room, and a TV in the living room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the apartment was lovely and clean - these are extremely important things to us when booking a hotel/apartment! We didn't have any issues parking, however, it was on the street, in front of the property. Mariya provided everything we could possibly need, including an umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels etc. What made our experience wonderful was Mariya’s attentiveness, warmth, and hospitality; she truly made us feel welcome. Upon arrival, Mariya checked us in and told us all about the area, recommending restaurants and attractions, whilst taking into account our personal preferences. Mariya was always available and genuinely willing to help with any questions we had, and she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort – we liked everything so much, we decided to extend our stay! I highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a memorable, peaceful and rejuvenating holiday.
