Stella is a super host (or maybe super hero!) – she is friendly, caring and keeps the rooms and the whole place spotlessly clean. Besides the seaview from the balcony, one can enjoy and relax at the wonderful terrace with the lovely garden. Ideal location! Away from the crowds, yet just 5 minute walk from the beautiful and endless Agia Anna beach. Nearby to an excellent scenery with a small port for fishing boats while within walking distance and by the seaside, there are several brunch cafes and restaurants as well as supermarkets. Bus stop is at the beginning of the beach, and Naxos’ Chora is only a 15-minute’ drive.

Maroussa Studios is a fantastic place to stay! Great location just a few minutes walking distance from the beaches and from supermarkets and restaurants! The studio is always kept very clean and is very comfortable! Stella is an amazing host and she is always very friendly and helpful! The balcony is a wonderful place to stay with a lovely seaview! It's a pleasure to stay at Maroussa Studios and I will definitely come back!

Perfect location, a few metres from the beach and the tavernas. The garden is lovely and the whole place is kept spotlessly clean and neat by Stella. We were also able to borrow books and beach umbrellas. We were also presented with lovely cake and melon.

Maroussa Studios are fabulous. Great location, very comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. Stella is an amazing host and is very special. Stella looks after and cares for all her guests. Agia Anna is a wonderful place to stay, close to restaurants and a great beach yet beautifully peaceful. There are fishing boats, trips and excellent scenery. We will be visiting again.

Location is superb - just a few minutes walk from the most stunning beaches on the island - but away from the crowds. Supermarkets and restaurants very close - within walking distance. Stylish apartments with beautiful gardens that include lovely outside seating. The owner Stella was amazingly helpful with invaluable tips - suggesting places to visit and helping with navigating roads. She was super friendly whenever approached but never intrusive. Apartments spotlessly clean. Plenty of parking - we think quite rare in this area

the only annoying thing it was the mosquitoes in the evening, but the host provided the anti mosquito device which solved the problem.

The property is really charming with a well curated garden, located nearby the beach of Agya Ana. We chose a studio with sea view and when we arrived we were happy to find that the property matched the photos. actually it was better than the photos so it was really a pleasant experience. We felt so good that we will return for sure.

Stella is a fantastic host, very welcoming and can't do enough for her guests. The studios are spotless and very comfortable including a very comfortable bed, with everything needed for a wonderful stay. The garden is beautiful and the views terrific. The location is exceptional, a short walk from shops, beaches and tavernas. The studio was exactly what I had hoped for and more. Will be visiting again. 😊

Fantastic location, quiet but just a minute walk from the beach, restaurants and cafés. The place is soooo beautiful, our flat was so cute, with very pretty details, cosy and comfortable. Stella was a great host, she was very understanding when we had to shorten our trip for personal reasons and she also shared some delicacies from her kitchen!

Maroussa Studios was a fantastic place to stay a step close to the amazing beach of Agia Anna. The property is beautiful with its classic Cycladic architecture. The room was super clean and felt safe for covid. The balcony was facing the sea with a view towards Paros island. Not to forget of course the amazing hostess Stella who helped us a lot with introducing Agia Anna and even provided us with delicious handmade treats!! Totally recommend and deserve a 10/10 rating :-) hope to come back soon!!!!

we had high expectations for this hotel due to the good reviews and have a good idea of the room types and prices in Greece since we have been coming to different islands for 8 years. unfortunately, we were disappointed with the quality of this room for the price. after looking around at other hotel rooms in the area for the same price range for the same time, it was obvious this room was over priced. the hotel is not directly on the beach but a2-3 min walk to the beach, so does not warrant a very high price unless the room is good quality. the photos on booking.com show a wide range of different rooms and bathrooms which are all of good standard. this is at least the first 40+ photos - however, they are all photos of the Deluxe apartments which have 3-4 bedrooms each and have been newly refurbished. as a couple needing only one bedroom, we were allocated a room which looked nothing like the first 40 pictures. in fact, on looking back at booking.com we only found a photo of our room and it’s bathroom as the last photo (something like photo number 80). the bathroom was completely inadequate for the price of the room (around 110€ a night with genius discount). the fixtures and toilet bowl were covered in so much lime scale that at at first glance it seemed very dirty (although we noticed Stella and the staff were extremely hard working and did clean very thoroughly). the shower had no shower tray, no curtain and the shower head doesn’t have anything to attach to at the height above your head. so it is literally a “wet room”- this is a serious tripping/falls risk for someone with poor mobility. furthermore the shower head and Taps were so dated that the silver colouring has come off, revealing the white underneath. we felt that the booking.com photos were misleading. although we didn’t expect a huge size room we expected at least a decent quality bathroom to be of similar style to the photos, with a below-average bathroom that needs urgent renovation. 2.

excellent location in Agia Anna which is fabulous. the beaches in Anna and Prokopios are amazing. the hotel exterior itself has been freshly painted and refurbished from the outside and looks beautiful. the balcony is large, and very pretty and clean. good views from the balcony too, though no sea view from the hotel room itself (window faces other direction). good area for hanging clothes and small tub provided for washing clothes which was helpful. Stella was extremely hospitable and friendly, and very hard working. when we asked for a room change and to pay the difference, the hotel was unfortunately full. she tried her best to help us feel comfortable however. Stella was lovely and kept leaving us treats for breakfast (fruits, home made jams and cakes) which were wonderful.
