Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaFirst I was was about to say some bad things but I changed my mind. In the end it's what you're paying for and don't get the highest expectations. It's a modest place and the local caretakers even though do not speak English, only Bulgarian and Serbian try to do their best to make you feel comfortable. If you have an issue just call the reception. They will try to do their best to solve your problem. Overall it's much better than many other accommodations for this price elsewhere. Maybe some small improvements could be made in the future otherwise it's OK.
Close enough to reach nice beach sites and second thing the internet from Starlin - a rare thing on the island. AC in the room and the personnel takes care to live it open before returning in the room. Nice view outside and quiet place in the garden.

RomaniaThe bathroom had no ventilation or window, Furthermore, the bathroom was separated from living room via a sliding door and the space between door and wall was 5 cm thus allowing easy air flows. And there was no bathroom in the common areas. Noise during hours that I consider silent hours: 2 to 5 pm. No written rules published about silence after 11 pm (therefore you cannot blame guests that were making noise after 11 pm...) No standard procedure for periodic cleaning and change of towels(we stayed 10 nights and everything was to be negotiated)
Excellent location: close to restaurant and beach but still peaceful and green. Policy to accept dogs. Parking in the shadow.

RomaniaWhen we arrived, a guy that introduced himself as the manager gave us the room. I told him that that wasn't the room that I paid for. He said the room was already occupied and if I don't like it I could resolve my issue with booking or I could take my money and leave. He threatened to call the police on me and started to get aggressive. At some point, he just left and left us there. Someone else came and we managed to have a more assertive conversation, but we had to accept the room that was offered to us, not the one that we have booked. The was full of spiderwebs on the ceiling and even on the side bed lamps. The sheets and towels were clean. Half of the furniture should have been thrown away years ago, the kitchen stove looked dirty and very, very old, and one of the beds broke just when I was staying on it. If you used the stove to heat a kettle while the AC was on the power would go down, luckily I have figured out a way to bypass the issue. In one night the whole facility remained without running water and they managed to fix the issue the next day, in the second half of the day. The place is located outside of Skala Prinos, on a 600m long dirt road, It felt half-baked, built not for a pleasant stay, but just to take your money and that's it. LE: Beware! It seems that there are fake reviews posted, that have no connection with the location. They are not anywhere near the beach, they are located on a dirt road outside of the town.
The two elderly cleaning and maintaining the facility were very kind and helpful.

North MacedoniaVery small rooms, at frst they gave us appartament with 3 beds but we were supposed to get appartament with 5beds. The toilet door was broken and the bed was 40cm to the toilet and it was unpleasent smell. The kitchen was nkt eqipped and not clean. AC only in one of the two rooms.

GreeceThe way to the center has 20-30m distance without asphalt trough the grass in one garden, but It has lights and is ok.
The place is wonderful and timeless. Out of the noise in a green aromatic garden, under eucalypti trees. Rooms are all brand new, beautiful furnished and very clean.
