The AC unit leaked a lot - our stay was short so it wasn’t a huge problem, but something to keep in mind if staying here for a longer period of time. Wifi didn’t work great.

Excellent location - beach, restaurants, bars and shops right on the doorstep. Bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom were a little old but had everything we needed. Very good value for money during the middle of August. Parking available for free nearby the property.

Poor wi-fi and mobile reception in the rooms, okay sitting outside. Poor water pressure in the shower with hand held shower hose only. However host is aware of these issues and is working on improving over the next few years having taken over the property from her mother a few years ago.

Perfect location, right in the centre of town, easy parking and a very clean, comfortable room.

The shower pressure was non-existent. Had to sit on the floor showering under the faucet.

The location was brilliant, just a couple of minutes walk from all the restaurants and shops of Matala. The host was lovely, so welcoming and friendly. The apartment was spacious, light and airy. The balconies were a real bonus. It was great to find a box on the landing containing hairdryers and diffusers for guest use! It’s so rare to find a diffuser in a holiday let, I was delighted! We loved our stay and would definitely return.

Very friendly owner. We arrived late at night and we have informed about that owner in advance so he was waiting for us at reception to give us the key and accompanied us to a parking place nearby. To have your own parking place while staying in Matala is a real bonus! Property is at very good location - few minutes to the center of the town but it is really quiet place. Nice surroundings, a lot of flowers. Clean room with a small balcony, we enjoyed our stay. It wasn't the first time we stayed at this property and I can say I really recommend it. Very good property with a good price.

The pressure of water in the shower was very poor.

The position of hotel and the view from window were very good. The hotel is quite old and modest but everything works there. We liked a small balcony, especially at night.

Nothing to dislike here! relax and enjoy

We have stayed here before - 4 adults ( 2 couples ) we were allocated two interconnection 1 bedroom apartments with kitchenets. We had met the owner and other family members before and they are very nice people. They are located in the center of the village in very easy walking distance of all the facilities, ATMS, beach, market, cafes etc etc

The hoster was The best ever. She has a really Good english, she was very nice to us and she recomended a lot of Good places to visit in Matala. The Location is perfect, next to Matala Beach and everything was nice. She let us pick Between two rooms and we had a really nice chat with her through our stay here. She is really communicative and helpful. The rooms had everything that you need and everything was alright.
