Our stay was perfect! The apartment was fully equipped with everything you would possibly need. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The host provided some home made cake and other snacks which was a nice gesture :) The property was only a 5min drive from the centre and Nafplion which has lots of free parking. I 100% recommend this property :)

Amazing place, great location if you travel by car. Super nice host, we have been mostly communicating with his mother, she is the sweetest lady! On arrival we had fresh oranges, water, home-baked cake waiting for us. The apartment has everything we could possibly need, would definitely love to stay here again!

The almost new apartment is located on the outskirts of the city, at the end of a small cul-de-sac, in a quiet environment, so a peaceful rest is guaranteed. You can park in front of the house for free and safely. The entire apartment is air-conditioned, the air conditioners work perfectly without any smell. Mosquito nets, blackout curtains and blinds are installed on the external windows. The beds are hard and comfortable. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, any kind of food can be prepared. All tools are provided for cleaning the kitchen and the apartment. The bathroom meets all hygiene requirements, the washing machine is flawless. There was no problem with the water pressure and water temperature either. The apartment has a large terrace, which is also suitable for meals. The very kind owners welcome the guests with prepared fruit, cake, water and homemade liqueur. Communication went smoothly, we received all the support we needed. I didn't measure the bandwidth, but what we wanted to watch on the Internet was loaded quickly and smoothly via Wi-Fi So far we have had about 50 bookings on booking.com, but Matoulas Luxury Apartment is definitely in the top three.

The sleeping pillows were a bit big for our liking, we would recommend a thinner/lower one as an option to choose. Other than that keep up to good work you are doing!

Very spacious and apartment with all modern equipment. The hosts are extremely polite and welcome you with open arms! Easy to park your car and just a couple of minutes drive to the city.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

From first to last this family owned and run property is indeed luxurious. The welcome from George and Matoula was warm and generous. They showed us around and gave us ice cream after the heat of the day. This was followed later by apricots, olives and lemon liqueur - all produce from the garden. The apartment has been tastefully furnished with no expense spared on quality furnishings and fabrics and the range of kitchen appliances and cooking equipment is extensive. The bed is super comfortable and the terrace is the ideal place to relax in the morning with a coffee and something a little stronger in the evening sunshine. Our hosts don’t speak English and we don’t speak Greek but that was no barrier to communication. His son and daughter, both lovely people like their parents are only a phone call away to answer any queries. All in all a most enjoyable stay. The other properties on our Greek tour have a lot to live up to.

Not a dislike, just general advice that the apartment is a 40 minute walk (partly along the side of the road) from the centre, so highly recommend renting a car.

Loved this stay! The apartment was very modern, and had everything you would need for your time there. The owner’s parents live below and are extremely nice and helpful! They made us homemade cake, brought us a welcome jar of olives, even offered us a ride to town! Nice secluded apartment, minimal noise, very comfortable! Highly recommend!

Everything was great. The apartment is nice and comfortable, very clean and well decorated. It has a big balcony with beautiful mountain views. The kitchen is really well equiped and ready for a long stay. And the hosts are the most nice and kind people I have ever met. They left me cake, home made liquors, butter, mermelade, bread, coffee and delicious olive oil! The first night they even brought me dinner!!! I wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you!!!

Absolutely outstanding! We stayed for 2 nights and we would have stayed longer if it wasn't for the fact that we are travelling around Greece and we have an itinerary to complete. Matoulas, her husband and her son , John were the best hosts I have ever met. Warm. Friendly. Ready to help with everything. There were no problems at all but I am sure that if there had been, they would have fixed them right away. We felt like home the minute we stepped in. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. The apartment is brand new, therefore it is immaculate. Matoulas decorated the place in a super modern way and together with her husband, they equipped the place with everything you will need. State -of -the-art equipment. Treats on your arrival, bottled water, everything you will need for your first breakfast there. The housewares are new, work perfectly well and you will find any single thing you may think of. Fully equipped. The bed is super comfortable with a brand new mattress so you will sleep like a baby together with the fact that that it is located in a peaceful and quiet area. Ideal to rest and have a perfect night sleep. Or many! Don't miss the chance to stay at this place if you visit Nafplio. I am sure there is no other place like this. Thank you so much for your warm-hearted welcome and farewell. We trully did not want to leave.

We loved everything about the place but mostly about our hosts. We were welcomed by very kind people that made us feel at home. Their hospitality was the best we experienced in our 3 weeks spent in Greece and they made sure to be available for us if we needed anything. The apartment itself was very modern, very clean , perfect size for a couple like us. Has everything you may need.
