The cleaning lady’s were VERY loud…talking, singing, shouting. Kitchen could be better equipped.

Apartments looks great and new on the first sight. After a while you find out that many things are broken. For example holders in the bathroom, kitchen tools could be newer. Apartments are near main street at Laganas center. Sometimes you can hear some noise it is not possible to sleep with open windows.

It has good location for those who likes parties. Apartments looks nice. There is quite new furniture. The housekeeper is nice.

The only complaint was that when I tried to take a shower on our first night (@9:30-10:00pm) there was no hot water. The second night I showered earlier (@7pm) and there was plenty of hot water. Considering the bang for the buck factor with this property I nonetheless was very satisfied overall in spite of one cold shower.

The rooms were simple but tasteful in decor. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean and the location was excellent - close to attractions but in a quiet side area. The owners were very pleasant to deal with and very helpful in getting us information regarding local attractions.

The shower drainage was not so good The biggest minus was the tap water. It was almost salty, even when I took a shower I could feel the bad taste of the water on my lips. I know people say that in zakinthos the water taste bad but I had another friend in another hotel and the water over there was good. So I'm not sure. I couldn't even clean a glass with that water because I could see some stains after it gets dry. No ventilation in the bathroom Another thing.... I couldn't block the light from outside completely in the morning

Cleaning almost every day. Nice bed, parking nearby, almost everything was very good. Might be a minus or a plus but it's quite close to the clubs and center so u can hear a little bit of noise, not a problem for me.

We had the apartment direct under the roof, so 1 floor. Roof was pretty low. My boyfriend needed to lower his knees and head to pee… for me was fine. Im small. But my boyfriend bump his head more than once haha. Also we payed a bit extra to have a “better” room and i don’t think we got it. But other apartments in this building I think were pretty much better. I would still recommend this place but ask them for the ground floor apartments, not the roof one. Also… not gonna lie it could be better with the kitchen equipment.

It was clean, a lady was very nice to us and cleaned our room every day, she even took the trash out and washed the dishes for us. Pretty impressive. You can see from far away that she has nice, humble heart. She even made the heart of towels on the bed for us 🥰. You don’t meet a lot people like that these days. Also we liked very much that it was near main strip, we like to grab a drink in the evenings, go for dinner, pancakes, have fun etc. It was perfect location for us. You have everything there. Beach, market, gas station, rental places, bars, restaurants… everything.

We waited some time to check in, eventhough we told them when would we be coming. Also nobody came for the check out, so that was odd.

Quite noisy at night since the location is close to Laganas night clubs but with closed windows we got used to the noise.

It was quite clean, nice studio with confortable bed. The kitchenette was very useful as we could prepare our own food and coffee. The cleaning lady came every other day to clean the room, change the sheets and the towels, this was a great plus. The location was pretty close to the beach, markets, tavernas.

Unfortunately, the town Laganas wasn’t the right fit for us. We actually didn’t even hear the noise from the clubs, which was great... However, the people staying in the apartment were very loud when they came home in the middle of the night and would wake us up every time. Next time we will choose a different location on the island.

Lovely apartment and amazing host. Always available through what’s app and solved any issues we may have had. The apartment was cleaned every second day which was great! Very comfy bed and it was so nice to have a balcony.

It could have given us more amenities, we had only a liquid hand soap and toilet paper.

The stay was pleasant, room cleaning once every 2 days. Nice room, with balcony, air conditioning and very close to Laganas's main road. We didn't crossed our paths with the manager, everything was coordonated from distance.

I was just a bit concerned about the privacy. A cleaning lady would come at 10am every second day to change the sheets. So she would wake me up at 10am which didn’t make sense to me when we were at the party area. I would’ve preferred afternoon room cleaning. Also the owner asked me for an extra €3 tax when I checked out, which stressed me out a bit when I was waiting for my taxi to the airport and didn’t have any change

The only issue was the shower. For some reason there is no shower curtain, or a way to stop the water from going all over the toilet floor? It's more like a washroom. Had to put towels on the floor all the time but it didn't work much, the floor was always soaking.

Good room, good size, good working air con. Good location, close to the strip of laganas but far away enough that you can't hear loud music at night much.

The property was nice. the downside it’s the location (Laganas). it was not for us. if you like to party and go clubbing until the morning it’s the place for you. if you don’t like that, then is not. but i am not talking about the property. i am talking about the Lagansa Town. Mavra Elegant apartments is not very close to the Main Street where all the clubs are, so it’s nice that you do not hear that much noise, but there is some noise in the night from all the clubs around. if you like a quiet place, you might think of another Town in Zakynthos.

everything was nice. the room was clean and we had a balcony with a nice view facing the mountains. we had the room cleaned in the 3rd day so I am thinking every 2 days they will clean the room and change the towels for you so it’s great.

We were off season so everything was shut in Laganas and it was quite cold in the room but I am sure if we asked they would have adjusted it

The place is in the center of the city and because of that it was loud at night (even that we were there in October). What's more the cleaning service is not daily. It could be problematic because of the small trush bins. What's more if it's rain it's difficult to dry the towels.

The room is clean and newly renovated. It looks exactly like in the pictures. The place is just 3 minutes walk from the Kalamaki beach and has its own parking space. There are lot of taverns, pubs and shops nearby. It's worth to know that Laganas is a city full of attractions for tourists - there are plenty of bars, tavern, clubs and pubs. It's definitely not a place for a peaceful holiday.

A lot of mosquitos in the room. In the room there were no cleaning tools (even simple broom), so after two days room is geting simlar to the beach.

Perfect location - steps from main Laganas street and beach. Host super friendly and helpful. Perfect for 2 - 3 nights hangout trip!

We really enjoyed staying at Mavra apartment, Anna was very kind and friendly and also always offered to help. the location of this place is very strategic close to clubs, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. we will come back here when we go to zakynthos again

The appartment is freshly renovated and everything was very new, clean and beautiful. The personal is extremely kind, they even gave us a bottle of wine because they saw, that we were cooking. We also got a free cleaning service. The location is in the middle of Laganas, so you can reach everything within a few minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again!

Apartment is close to the main road and pretty much close to everyone because of this obviously, no one bothered us, cleaning service knocks on the door and asks if we require any cleaning.

The stay has been disappointing, first when the lady who helped me (the cleaning lady) arrived she was suspicious that I had a reservation, then at night it was impossible to sleep, the music was heard until 3/4 in the morning because that The place is very festive, and to make matters worse I tried to rest for the day and I couldn't either because the cleaning ladies were on the stairs shouting and laughing and you could hear everything. Besides, I never got to see the owner even for check-in and check-out. So if you come to rest it is not the place

Well if you are tall it may not be the right place for you since it is a mansard apartment. In some places there was rust, but is not something that really bothered us.

The property was very close to everything in Laganas, shops and the beach.

Super location, comfortable rooms and a beautiful view from the window❤ a lovely and understanding owner who tries to make your stay as pleasant as possible ☺ A great plus of the property is that there was free room service every day where you get fresh linen and towels ☺ I recommend 🥰
