Everything was great, however don’t be mislead by reading previous questions as you are no longer allowed to use the pool at the Paradise Bar Hotel this can only be used for their residents only! The beach however is only a 10-15 minute stroll.

The deluxe room was exactly like the photos, very modern and clean. Mosquito doors, cleaners came every day and not too early! Grounds were immaculate, surrounded by olive trees and a field of horses. Netflix in the room as well as a few free items in the fridge. Large shower. Quiet at night.

We have been going to Tsilivi for many years now but have never stayed at the Mavria's Complex but will certainly be doing so again - everything was fabulous and an absolutely beautiful apartment, with attentive host.

The room was absolutely amazing. Big spacious rooms with a view to an Olive garden. Always clean and close to downtown Tsilivi and the beach. We stayed for 7 nights and we definitely recommend it!

If this had a pool it would be perfect.

This is a stunning place. Location is in the main town but tucked away for peace and quiet. The rooms facilities and quality are outstanding. It was a real bargain. We arrived early and was allowed to check in. Our host was extremely courteous helping to book a taxi for the next day to the port.

We were on the ground floor, the people above were a little noisy, not an inconvenience to us as it was only a couple of times but some people may find it annoying. strimmer in the olive groves a couple of mornings, very noisy woke us up. Again not a big deal for us though.

The location was off the main road, we overlooked olive groves. The apartment is exactly as described/pictures. Comfortable/modern. Private garden which has sun loungers and umbrellas. Cleaner was a lovely lady, our room was cleaned everyday Thank you :) We asked for an extra key which was dropped to us within 30 minutes. We used the pool at the paradise. It is really good, sun loungers are really comfortable and they're well spaced out. The beach is only about a 10/15 minute walk away. Cats come and say good morning, but they're not intrusive, very cute. Hosts arranged taxi's for airport pickup/drop off.

Kitchen could be a bit more equipped. The place is a bit noisy because it is located in the city center.

Very nice apartments in the heart of Tsilivi. Close to the tavernas and some minutes walk from the beach. They performed cleaning up and towel change daily. Car parking inside the very well groomed garden.

Everyting was great

We loved to stay in the appartment, it had everything we needed, we felt like home. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful with advice. On our departure to Kefalonia he suggested to book tickets to the ferry in advance, otherwise we would have missed it. Also he recommended exceptional places and taverns on the island. Cleaning was great, garden was nice, quiet and relaxing. The location is next to good places to eat. Definitely a great place to come again.

Very welcoming, Babis the owner met us on the first day, very polite, informative and couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed in a deluxe apartment, it was cleaned everyday. The cleaner was lovely, said hello every morning and didn’t disturb us at all.

We had the most amazing stay at Mavrias Complex - I really can't think of anything to fault. Maria and her father Babis were so lovely and accommodating, and did everything they can to ensure our stay was comfortable. Maria even went above and beyond to help me place reservations at some restaurants I wanted to visit (as I couldn't call them directly from the UK). She had arranged everything perfectly ahead of our arrival which allowed us to go out and truly enjoy our time in Zakynthos without any worries or stress. I can't thank Maria and Babis enough. I had so much fun in Zakynthos but the most memorable part of my trip was their kindness and hospitality. All of this aside, the accommodation was quiet, clean and well-kept. Location-wise, I loved that it was nicely tucked away from the street but still so close to some great restaurants and bars in Tsilivi (Calypso Restaurant is just a 1 min walk away and we had a great dinner there on our 2nd night). Overall - great accommodation with the most amazing hosts. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Zakynthos!
