Booked this apartment for a stay with my husband and teenager and from the outset it was outstanding. We were greeted at reception and taken to our apartment. It was exceptionally clean and well-located and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Cleaned every day which was a bonus and help at hand if needed. Our host recommended when asked the Family restaurant and Calypso which were nearby and were the best meals we had all holiday. The paradise bar was also excellent for drinks. Highlights of our trip were the speedboat to see the turtles with Captain Spiros at Levante and trips with Nefis travel. We also used the Hub bakery next door for ice creams which were excellent as were the croissants. Would definately use again

No swimming pool attached, the advertising suggested three surrounding pools could be used but this was reduced to one due to a travel operator recently taking over the other hotels. This didn’t spoil our stay as the many different beach locations were within a short walking distance ranging from five to fifteen minutes.

Central location, very clean and tidy, great amenities, friendly family owners, cleaned daily and sheets and towels changed every second day.

Very clean , nice apartment. Cleaning every day, 10 min. from the beach, 5 min to supermarket. Beach in Tsilivi is very nice, clean, part of the beach is with restaurants, part is quieter. Excellent , clean water.

We were met as soon as we arrived and shown to our accommodation. Everything was explained to us about the apartment, we had a lovely warm welcome. The owners couldn’t do enough for you, they were great. The apartment was spotless. Would 100% recommend. Thanks for a lovely stay, hope to be back soon!

The rooms were exceptionally trendy and modern, we enjoyed staying here. Quiet and effective air condition, well-eqipped kitchen, good sound insulation while it's in a busy area, lots of good taverns, bars and also a SPAR. The Family Restaurant and the Paradise bar within 1 min of walk also worth visiting. :)

The one thing we found weird but this seemed to be a problem all over the island and not specific to this location, we were ask to not throw any toilet paper into the toilet and by any I meany ANY. We were provided a small garbage bin near the toilet and were asked to use that and it was being emptied by staff daily. Again, we’ve encountered this all over the island and it’s just something to think about if you’re really squeamish. Cleaning staff was really nice but for some reason they would get to our room really late in the day (2-3pm). For people who’re out at the beach all day it shouldn’t be a problem but we were the type to come back to the room for lunch and to take a nap so they would make it to our room mid nap sometimes and would only empty the garbage and leave towels so no cleaning was done (but the place was spotless and we maintained it as best as we could). Towards the end of our stay (last 2 days), they did make an effort to get to our room faster which we did appreciate. Lastly, the property is 10-15 minutes walk from the beach so that’s something to keep in mind when booking. We usually try to book something really close to the beach but this year we booked late and we prioritized the facility over closeness to the beach.

Property was located close to a lot of amazing restaurants and one local supermarket. Facility was really clean and the owners thought of everything when planning out the room design. There’s a small kitchenette with two burners which I didn’t realize when booking and it was a huge plus for me as I have celiac disease and eating out 3 meals a day would’ve been a challenge. There was a coffee machine, toaster and kettle as well as fridge and a hair dryer. The kitchenette also came equipped with enough dishes, cups, glasses and cutlery for two people, sieve, strainer, cutting board and one amazing non-stick non toxic pan. The balcony was lovely and we had a drying rack as well. We also loves how modern and well thought out the bathroom was and the fact that the shower had a rain shower head and a hand held one for easy cleanup when coming back full of sand. There was a lovely little cafe right next door with amazing coffee and we treated ourselves with takeout coffee each morning. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful with all of our needs. All in all, highly recommend this place and I would book it again.

It was my first time with my boyfriend for a holiday and also first time in Greece! And it couldn’t be better. The owner picked us up from the aiport, he welcomed us already so friendly. The location was perfect, it was few minutes from the beach and we rented a scooter for a week , which he also helped us do it ! The room was perfect , cleaned every day with air conditioning. The owner helped us every time we needed something. I couldn’t be more happier! We will for sure be coming back to this place ! Amazing!

Nobody's fault but as Tsilivi is somewhat on the same line with the airport, you can hear planes landing quite loudly,especially in the morning. Not a big deal though if ypu don't have a light sleep.

True greek hospitality and welcoming, your hosts will make sure you feel right at home, cozy and comfy. The apartment is spotless clean, recently renovated or built as all amenities were new. The small kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for a quick cook, microwave included. Tsilivi is the best location on the island, at convenient reach by car to any important spot. The most lively atmosphere is in Tsilivi. By far the best accommodation choice you can make for this budget range. We loved our stay here and regretted moving on the other side of the island for our remaining 4 nights in Zakynthos.

Tsivili beach a little too crowded for us but we had a rental car and spent wonderful days on st. Nicholas beach in vasilikos. The beach beds ranged from €35 euros per day (!) To €12 euros per day at the Venus beach bar which had lovely beds and great service and food on tsivili beach.

Superb apartment. Very clean and modern. Comfortable beds. Excellent cooking facilities. Good shower. Easy walking distance to restaurants , bars and beach and two supermarkets. The owners were very welcoming and helpful.

Shower/bath (very low shower in bath under sloped roof, not handy for long people >1.8m, you cannot properly lie in the bathtube because it is installed with crane on wrong side), washingmachine (you need to stay home during running), sound isolation is not very good (untill 12pm-1am you hear music, karoake, football etc.)

Clean and ordered sheets and towels, alot of appliances (tosti, magnetron, oven, grill etc.), owner is optimistic and helpfull, apartment looks luxurious and everything works properly. If you want you have small garden and pool. He personally drove the (free) airport ride(s).

Everything went well Kyriakos picked us up from the airport & gave us a tour of the property which was very central explained how everything worked showed as the swimming pools for use & gave us directions to the beach etc.

There wasn't anything, honestly...

We spent ten fantastic days at Mavrias Village! The host collected us from the airport and from the beginning we felt very welcome there. He is a very kind and helpful person and he made sure that we were satisfied with our stay at every moment. The apartment was cleaned every day, the sheets and the towels were also changed every 2-3 days. There is a beautiful garden with a trim lawn and sunbeds and literally everything you need. The localisation was perfect, close to the beach and with amazing restaurants nearby.

Mavrias Apartments are perfectly located in the centre of Tsilivi making all shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Kyriakos, the owner, could not have been more friendly! He arranged transfers to and from the airport for us at a great price and made sure we knew where everything was that we would need as well as offering recommendations for the local area. He was also always around for any questions to be answered.

If I wanted to complain the music from the hotel Princess as the side of us had the music playing too loud most of the day, but apparently everyone we spoke to said it was the same in their hotels they also complained,but we are the older end😎

The owner Kyriakos was very helpful a lovely man,he went out of is way to get a taxi for us to catch the ferry from St Nicholas to kefalonia we was having real trouble as nobody wanted the fare so thank you Kyriakos, Apartment brilliant.

Kyriakos the owner is a great host and ensures you have everything you need. location just off the Main Street in the village is fantastic for all the bars and restaurants and only a few minutes from the beach. Rooms are a good standard and exceptionally clean.

Gorgeous studio and facilities, modern and quiet, with a great host, absolutely wonderful stay! Everything for our stay was perfectly organised. The studio was excellent, very clean and had everything one can need. We will come back for sure!
