Absolutely everything, the resort is extremely stunning & the food was really good especially the Asian restaurant. The hotel staff were so amazing, and ensured I had a lovely birthday I will definitely be returning next year. Best hotel I have ever stayed at, I have absolutely nothing to complain about because the whole stay was just amazing. Thank you so much.

1. Coffee is pretty bad - oat milk, soy milk etc limited - not somewhere you can have a good latte 2. Reception service and pool side service could definitely improve, particularly on arrival - real shame to arrive to a moody woman 3. Vegan and gluten free options basically non existent 4. Cleaners a bit lazy, didn't feel our room got it's daily spruce that hotels like this normally do 5. Pillows are too hard but you can order your own 6. Hard to get booking in restaurants - bit annoying 7. Menu on phone - prefer paper than using phone for menu 8. Pool water a bit too cold 9. Taxis are very expensive 10. Stony beach - but hard for them to change this 11. No atm - hard to give tips to people 12. Distance from airport - 60 minute taxi, book privately 13. Form in spa - annoying we had to keep doing this every time

We love everything about this hotel, from arriving to departing it was perfect. We ate in all the restaurants, they were all excellent, the Greek was fantastic. We loved the all day restaurant, we had coffee, then lunch there most days. The tall waiter there, sorry did not get his name, was our favourite member of staff, but everyone was great. The room was very large, swim up pool, wonderful bed, bedding etc We will certainly be back.

Everything was 5 star. The welcome, the professionalism and service of all staff members. The attention to detail was incredible. Everything was cleaned regularly and the hotel was in perfect shape. The 3 à la carte restaurants and buffets were more than excellent. The choice, variety and quality of the food was on paar with any top restaurant. Despite the hotel being full, there was no noise, no rush or stress. The pools were large and clean with numerous sunbeds and parasols. The service in the various bard was great, with a wide variety of drinks and excellent service. The 10 days were just perfect.

the shower facility in our room wasn’t the best, as the power of the shower could have been stronger. furthermore, the room could have been tidier/dust-free.

the resort was comfortable and (mostly) clean. it always smelled so pleasant and staff were always ready to help. the facilities were easy to use and find. lastly, the architecture of the place was phenomenal, with so many great opportunities for pictures.

it was just so beautiful. the architecture, the lighting absolutely beautiful. everything was clean and our room was cleaned twice a day!

The WC was enclosed within a glass cubicle at the end of the room which gave little privacy. The beach was natural pebbles and I would suggest sand should be brought in instead.

The resort was fantastic, food was amazing and the hotel was spotless. Staff were also extremely helpful and friendly.

The resort was beyond AMAZING We took a room with a taxi from and to the airport. Few days before the flight, we got an email from the hotel asking for our flight number and landing time. The wonderful taxi driver (Mike) was waiting for us at the airport and gave us explenations during the drive to the hotel. From the very first moment we got to the hotel the stuff was so kind, helpful and smily. They took us and the luggage to the room. In the room rose petals and chocolates were waiting. The room was amazing, with private pool and a hot tub. This was our honeymoon so we got breakfast to our room at the first morning and many more gestures. And again, the staff was THE BEST we ever met! We clouldnt ask for more. This was the most fantastic vacation!

Only two things and I do hope the management consider these because if they do this resort would be a perfect 10 out of 10. 1. We had a late flight out and check out is 12.00, previous hotels we have stayed in have had a specific area for people to use prior to leaving, to shower and change. With the standard of this hotel I do not think it’s acceptable that I had to use the cold shower by the pool and the change in the toilet. Such a shame and could do easily be resolved with a bit of thought. 2. We were lucky as we had a swim up room which by the way was fabulous and the pool was heated. The two main pools were freezing.

Almost no respect to the "Do Not Disturb" button. While the "DND" was on, I've got a phone call from a member of staff stating he is outside with a bottle of wine and some sweets for us. While it definitely is a nice gesture, the "DND" is there for a reason. Another time, with "DND", another staff member just opened the door while we were by the room's pool and said that he needs to refill the minibar. While all staff was super nice I wish that "Do Not Disturb" would mean a little more. This did not affect our experience, but still. Asian restaurant was a little disappointing, sushi with no fresh fish, other dishes felt amature and home made. The Greek restaurant was ok, tomato salad with breadcrumbs (?) was weird but the Moussaka was great.

Breakfast was wonderful, long line of delicious foods. The staff was attentive at meal times, alcohol menu was great. Greek local wine was very pleasant. The Italian restaurant was great, especially the duck fillet was the best we tried! Staff service was amazing at all times, attentive and friendly.

There were minimal vegetarian options and I was surprised that they were not very accommodating in making other options, for example with the chef coming to help meet our requests.

The hotel is very picturesque and has some beautiful grounds and landscapes. The drinks were also great and free flowing with no catch which was a pleasant surprise!

Whilst we did have a sea view from our bungalow suite this overlooked a car park which was not very attractive.

We were recommended to Mayia by our daughter's friend and we were not disappointed. The hotel staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The Asian a la carte was delicious. Need to book a la carte restaurants early with reception. Can only do so on the day Really enjoyed Pilates, water gym and the entertainment. High quality all inclusive. Very relaxing not to have to carry money or check bills
