I would've given it a 10, but they really have to solve the problems with the sevwages which smells pretty bad in the bathroom, and to equip the kitchen with more usuful things. But the location, if they fix this, is 11 out of 10.

The entire location is very nice, the rooms are spacious, the owners are really nice. They have big balconies with table and chairs.

Nothing to dislike

Beautiful and clean apartment, large terrace and very friendly hosts. Easy check inn, the keys were waiting for us upon arrival and it was really easy to get into the room. An elevator is also available, so it was not a problem to carry luggage to the second floor. Wi-fi worked without any interruption.

Pleasant hosts and very kind. The accommodation is new and in a good position. Everything is clean, the housekeepers clean the apartments every day. You must try the bakery specialties of the host Dimitris.

Spacious enough for two adults and two kids, the apartment was clean and very comfortable. The keys were waiting for us upon arrival, which was very convenient. The hotel also has an elevator, perfect for those with a stroller. Or for heavy bags :) All in all, a wonderful experience!

It takes about 10 min to the beach if you're on foot (as you can see on google maps). There are a lot of parking lots beside the beach, so it's easier to go with your car on the hot summer days.

I like it a lot! It is very modern, clean, close to the main street and stores. Probably one of the best accommodations in that area. I love the wityness of housekeepers and how they once arranged the toys my kids left. It made my day!

The host, Dimitris, is an amazing person. He is very willingly to help and assist you with everything that you need. He is a good hearted and polite man. The place of "Mediterranean Holidays" is exceptionally good since it is very close to everything. Three to five minutes walk for the beachfront or three to five minutes walk to the downtown centre. Ancient Akanthos hill is about fifteen minutes walking time and Ierissos port is about twenty five minutes walking time. Do take note that during all of this time of walking you will enjoy a scenic view alongshore. Ierissos is a very cheap place to stay, to eat and drink and almost all things to do are free such as visiting the parks and the seaside (nothing like Mykonos etc where you pay for allowing you to swim and use the beach). Mediterranean Holidays is a very clean resort and they also take all measurements needed against Covronav1rus. The apartments are big and cosy. I highly recommend that you rent at this place since it is not in the busy streets but just in the middle of the busy streets, thus you avoid all noise and traffic. Therefor it is tranquil and quiet to stay there. And the busy streets are just a two minutes walk to visit them on foot. There are children playgrounds and churches in Ierissos to visit them. As a side note, I was about to leave earlier than the serving time of breakfast and the owner packed me fresh bakery products to take away with me. Highly recommended, do go there!

Nobody cleaned the room for 3 nights (except the wee bins inside and on the terrace) nor changed the sheets, towels and even the balcony ashtray... The bathroom was clean but far tight because of a leaking useless cabin shower which is fit for a 10 yo toddler.(no shower towel though). Tried to pay by credit card at the check out but I've been vainly charged by the half of the due because of lack of competency by the bell counter lady who doesn't speak a word different from Greek, and had to do a new transaction for the whole price. Although my first pay (half of the total amount) has been held by the property's bank for like 10 days before my bank unblocked the transfer. We could hear everything from our room including the neighbor room chatting and the hallway noises. Overall the hotel is tidy and cozy except the above. The misunderstanding at the check out was due because of the language barrier.
