The owners were great - but the double bed was very hard, there was however a single bed which was perfect !

Air conditioning does not have a control that allows you to increase/ decrease the temperature and fan speed. The shower head needed replacing.

We were prepared from other comments and had our own towels and bedding, you need to bring soap as well. There was no cold water in the bathroom sink and also the drain was clogged. Not very easy to use the kitchen due the lots of ants. We were traveling with child but were offered two single beds room. Had to rearrange the room and sleep all together. Playground, barbecue area and parking is actually the same place.

Great location and plenty of hot water. The air condition was working good and the place was very quiet.

We did not stay in Mediteraneo studio. We get booking confirmation but when meeting with owner transfer us into different location and second day again on different location and in the end charge us additional 50 eur. We were traveling with 2 small kids and this was not a pleasant surprise. It is a high season but long term this is not acceptable. We stayed first night in Calypso suits in ground floor/ basement l- Room was not healthy for staying, sleeping. It was full of mold and humidity.

No TV, hard beds, worn dishes, away from the city beach, The owner does not have an apartment with a sea view (although he is selling it) and offers apartments from someone else, at a distance from the city

- the room should have had a sea view balcony. There was not balcony. Tree before the room. Common terrace and bot individual. - the bathroom had no standing shower and you have to hold the shower to bath. - old and lumpy mattress and pillows - mould in the bathroom - no lights on the common terrace - no shower gel, shampoo - the air condition worked only on 26 degree - you can’t lower or increase the temperature

I booked a room for 4 when we got there we had 3 bed & a fold out all pushed up against one another, the property wasn’t very clean the bathroom was horrible & sinks dirty, no mattress protectors on beds & sheets had holes in them, air con barely worked & was filthy, I didn’t use anything in the kitchen there was only 2 forks 3 plates & other odd cutlery no kettle, parking was practically non existent we had issues every day & had to park elsewhere 4 out of 5 days. Owner didn’t care when I addressed issues with him, honestly I don’t expect much but I do expect property to be clean & have adequate facilities for the number of people booked.

The fact that I booked and paid extra for a sea view. I feel like I’ve been ripped off, got a tiny room which would of been maybe okay for one person but not the two of us, no sea view atall, the room smelled, the owner was arrogant and a liar, gave us the wrong wifi code, didn’t turn up to meet us when he said he would, and we waited and wasted our holiday, only had our room cleaned once throughout the week, with only one fresh towel, there was no soundproofing as stated, woke us up early morning asking us to move our car when he told us to park it there.

Nothing, this is missold on booking.com. It comes with nothing that is mentioned online.

At arrival we were told that we had to change for two nights to another hotel, as this one was full, the other hotel being on the other side ode the hotel. The room itself was absolutely overpriced, it was not clean, the fridge was super old, as was the kitchen furniture, the A/C only worked sporadically, one could feel every mattress spring....There might be nicer rooms in the residence, this one is definitely not worth its money.

The balcony of the room didn't exist. We only had a small patio with 3 chairs. The room wasn't clean and didn't include even the basics, soap to wash your hands. The AC was extremely old and noisy.

What can I say if not: AMAZING. Philip and his family are great hosts and they made us feel very welcomed. Highly recommend Mediterraneo Studio for its position (near the center) and the view from the terrace.

The location is perfect, one minute from the main street where all the happenings, cafes, restaurants are. The view from the common terrace is beautiful, overlooking the sea. We booked a room for 3 people, because of a king-size bed and a terrace with a sea view (pictures were shown in the reservation). However, the same room was reserved for someone else, so after 2 days we had to change room to a smaller room with 2 beds, which is extremely unnice and irresponsible. Our room overlooked the trees, and the reservation clearly stated sea view. Hygiene is at a very poor level. The bathroom is very bad. The owner did not want to lower the price regardless of the fact that he gave a smaller room compared to what was reserved. The town is nice, but I would not choose this accommodation again.

Filip the owner is not collaborative. Just take the money and who cares about the guests...Literally...He took my passport and returned after 2 days upon my call like hey can you return my passport??? Rusty fridge, kitchen very poorly equipped. Parking difficult to access. I have no words for the bath room. Disgusting...No soap, nothing.. And by the way he still owe me 1€.

The beds could be more comfortable and the sound isolation is not very good (you can hear sounds from the other rooms).

The location is perfect, in the center of Vasiliki. Lovely apartment with a gorgeous balcony and the host was very quick to respond and help with anything we needed. The owners father who helped us throughout the stay was soo welcoming and really made us feel like at home. Big thanks to both 🥰
