All inclusive drinks stopping at 11. Some rooms had very effective air con, but our room and my daughter's didn't, it took hours to cool down. Shop staff very curt. Too many broken sun beds.

Nice hotel, nice location over the road from the beach. Great selection of food and plenty for vegetarians/gluten free. Thank you Maja for my gluten free bread each day. Easy walk into town. We could always find a sunbed, though many were broken. Salt water pools x 2, 1 had freshwater showers, the other had salt water showers which i found a bit odd! Aqua gym was fun, entertainment team very hard working. This is Greece, not Spain so we weren't expecting 4* external entertainment, but would have been nice to have at least had pens/paper for the quiz! It is only the animation team who provide the entertainment every day. Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh toiletries provided. It's a shame the all inclusive drinks stopped at 11pm. All inclusive drinks consist of beer, wine, soft drinks and local vodka/gin. My kids asked for grenadine & lemonade (soft drink) and they were refused, saying its not covered in all inclusive!

No free wifi in the rooms - if you want wifi in the room you must pay 10€ per phone. Small dinning room, small pools, we arrived at the villa and found an empty bottle that was left by the previous guests, no refilling of shampoo and soap, the cups in the room were not washed by the cleaning staff...

First of all the hotel staff is really nice, polite, friendly. The manager. Mr. Gorgos is extremely nice and professional - attended us really well and gave us the best villa of the hotel after we explained to the receptionist our villa was not good. The view of the room was beautiful and our private pool was excellent.

The location is a little out of the way. The villas are a bit tired and could do with an update.

The facilities are clean and well looked after. Staff are friendly and food was wonderful. The animation team were exceptional.

The way to the beach, the tunel under the hight road was really scary and dirty.

The accomodation in a private villa was the best idea. Food and drinks in restaurant were very nice, a lot of choices. Same the pools were nice and clean included our private pool. Very nice stay and appreciated.

Buffet food was good different theme each night. The staff were nice taught us some Greek. Alcohol as you would expect for AI local stuff only. We stayed in a villa with own pool and it was a decent size for 5 of us.

- It is necessary to pass quite busy road when you want to get to the closest beach. - Average quality of rooms. - No free Wi-Fi in rooms.

- Good food and good selection of alcohols and snacks between meals. - Nice pools with no problem to find not-occupied sunbeds. - Quite close to nice beach and to the city. - Unpaid parking.

It was very hot No noticable air-conditioners through all the resort accept the rooms. There was a lot of food, but not very tasty. The rooms needs renovation

The staf!! All of them very pleasant and helpful. We arrived very late in the evening and they opened the dining room just fo us! The pools are nice and clean. We had a private pool that was very enjoyable, especially for the kids! It was cleaned daily. There is a little shop in the resort itself to buy some stuff. All of the stuff were always wearing masks and gloves wat always available in th dining room. The resort very close to the beach and to the center, in a walking distance. The animation team were nice. The COVID-19 test was done in the hotel, very helpful. You need to pay for the wi fi in the rooms, but we paid for one ID and they gave us another one for free

The hotel, in my opinion, does not deserve more than 2 stars because the facilities are so old and the room has very old furniture's the dors from plastics and aluminium the bathroom so bad 👎. The food is so bad it's garbage. Sorry for this word, but that's true, and also, if you want to use something from the hotel, they will charge you a fee like wifi in the rooms is not free the towels for swimming pool are not free. Unfortunately, the photos that i saw it in booking.com are not like reality.

The bar for a all inclusive was not good would not let you have a glass unless you paid for a drink also wasn't allowed a slice of lemon or a straw and not a lot of selection bar staff not very polite

The hotel is rather away from the centre and night life, also the beach. The closes beach isn't too atractive and small. We were travelling around to get to nice beaches. The hotel offers pucked lunch if you're out for a day. But its just not very good. You get sandwiches with no butter. They are just dry and not nice at all. We were very dissapointed with entertaiment. Hardly any entertaiment ....even kids disco was dissapointing. We were staying in october so maybe its out of the season. But it shouldnt be like this. We were staying in villa with private pool. We didn't have any sun at the pool.the water was absolutely freezing.the sun was behind the villa all day.it was not worth of renting it as we haven't used it even once. I think this should be mentioned. we are really dissapoined by this. Our bedding was stained bathroom needs a deep cleaning. Im not going to go into details. Im just sitting in the airport and listen to other people stories about all the fun they had in different hotels:(

Really nice staff, always smiling. They work really hard. When we arrived late at night we were offered food in the kitchen. The food was good. Barman at the pool bar was always remembering what we drink so we always had our drinks ready before we reached the bar. It was nice after all day being out and about. There is a free parking to use.

the cleanliness is something they should work on we had broken shower, first night we had to complain over a dirty bathroom shower curtain that was full of mould. beddings never changed around the sink in the bathroom was as well just black dirty like literally the cleanest room was not what we got n mostly when having kids couldn’t allow them go in the bathroom barefoot.

facilities are old and a lot of things in our room are not working. the room feels like a sauna because the aircon doesn’t work properly and they never provide a fan for that. fridge doesn’t work, shower is uncomfortable. Also, some facilities that are listed on the room description on the website are not true or not working. Bad service. Worst experience for me.

The beds were old and not comfortable, there were some stains in the corners of the mattresses, we stayed at one of the villas. The sofas in the lobby area are old fashioned. Some of them were very uncomfortable. The hotel looks more like a 3 stars hotel. All the equipment in The fitness area was from the old century, not well maintained, not air conditioning, just an old rusty fan.
