Everything, we were given an upgrade to an apartment and were given a welcome basket with local products. The view from the balcony was wonderful and the accommodation was well stocked with kitchen appliances . All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful

Absolutely amazing accommodation, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Truly stunning views overlooking the sea and the management are so friendly and helpful. Delicious complimentary breakfast box each morning. Apartment was spotlessly clean. Location was perfect. Seamless check-in and genuinely helpful recommendations. They also have they're own parking lot for guests. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Medusa Accommodation again.

Andreas was really warm and polite and Dimitra was very helpful and sweet. The parking was really convenient!They had really thought out about the best stay, they can provide to the visitors!They even provided huge free breakfast in the box everyday, which was a big surprise for us!The website with the amenities and the various apps was really helpful!!

i was speechless by the people and their hospitality. i have never experienced anything similar. The first step at the reception is to register with your email at the app of the property so that you can control the gate to the parking. This gave me the feeling of extra security for the car. The app also has multiple other services such as the breakfast - where you can set the time that you want to receive your breakfast at your room as well as the "tips of the day" that get updated daily and can be very handy. The room was very spacious and clean. The moment you enter you can smell a wonderful sense of freshness. The next morning we received a basket full of delicacies for breakfast as a present from the hotel at our room. Everything was perfect but the one thing that really captured me was an extra room that the property has for the guests that are travelling. On the last day we left all our luggage at the reception and when we came to pick it up we could also use this room to shower, freshen up and continue our journey to Athens! I have never experienced such a great hospitality before.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful! They did more than enough in order for us to enjoy our vacation! The room was clean and comfortable. We really liked the room service, the hotel app that was full of info about Serifos, parking in the premises and of course the little things like letting us take a shower to get the sand off of us, after we had already checked out. Definitely recommended!

Superb location with very helpfull staff.We got a room with sea view and because it's not on the main road,it's also very quiet at night.The main part of Livadi is within a few minutes of walking,so are two beaches ( Livadakia/Livadi).If you go don't miss the walk up to Chora .Totally recomend.

I loved everything about this property. The rooms are spacious, very clean with very confortable beds. The view from the balcony is amazing. It is 5 minutes walk from the beach or port. The owners are very kind. Thank you for everything!

In my opinion there are no issues with anything concerning the property. But that's my opinion...🤗

I loved everything about this property! The room size was great , the mattress was very comfortable, fresh and clean towels were available every day and fully equipped with espresso coffee machine,plates , cutlery etc.i cannot mention enough how spotless CLEAN the whole property was ! Air conditioning in all rooms (well maintained with clean filters ! )and high speed internet connection! A private gated parking was available at the property ! The breakfast box was a great surprise! And of course Andreas was the greatest host I have ever encountered! With tips about everything you need to see when visiting the island , weather forecast with information about which beaches we should visit every day accordingly and restaurant recommendations! Andreas is a great professional who loves what he is doing and will make sure you have a pleasant stay at his property! Will definitely visit again (hopefully soon)! ❤️

It is our 2nd time here. Everything was perfect! The location is ideal close to the beach. The room was very good, with great view, clean and super comfortable! The owner's hospitality and eagerness to assist is not something you come across really oftern. Thank you Andrea! Bonus point is the parking area.

No transfer from the port, a short enough walk from the port but with bags and going up steps or steep hill to get to Medusa a transfer would have been good. Medusa do tell you there is no transfer so you know ahead of time. Maybe if you were a bit older or unsteady on your feet booking a taxi might be a good idea..

Andreas was very nice, lovely balcony and view. Apartment cleaned daily. Comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, just off the main port and close to Livadakia beach. Room was lovely and had everything you need and a nice large terrace. Staff were lovely and so friendly, gave lots of good recommendations of what to do around the island.

Sometimes groups of guests were shouting and singing during the night, but this is really not the hotel's fault.

Location very close to port! The owner, Andreas is very helpful and friendly. I had a view of the sea which is quite nice. Good parking possibility.
