The twin beds in the second bedroom were very firm, probably meant for kids. We had adults in the room and they would have liked a thicker/softer mattress. Usually I imagine this would be a family rental and the twins for children. It's fine for that...

Great location in a lovely port town, close to the beach, waterfront restaurants, shops, supermarket, everything we needed within walking distance. We rented a car for a day and drove around the island, which is beautiful. The unit was spotless, and had the cutest little kitchen with all amenities. "Compact" but perfect for our needs. They have a courtyard area that is available to renters, also. Very nice. Doors to the building locked at night, we felt very safe. A great stay at a reasonable price!

It’s so conveniently located next to all the amenities. Very clean and very quiet. Perfect for exploring the island and ideal for Paroikia fans.

The apartment is located very close to the beach and several good restaurants, but still in a quiet part of town. Everything is easily accessible on foot. Meletis is very friendly and accommodating, and a great host. The bed was very comfortable and facilities outstanding. Highly recommend!

Location of 2 block from beach, so close but quiet. Short walk from ferry. Large unit, with great kitchen, great beds , terraces from room with lots of light and breezes. Great lower level shaded courtyard. Everything exceptional. Highly recommend.

The kitchen facilities could have been better, it just needed a few extras, for example a bowl to wash up the dishes in or a plug in the sink. Nothing major though and you can certainly cope without.

It was spacious and clean. The owners Meletis and Sofia were both lovely and helpful. The location to the port and nearby beaches was perfect.

What an amazing place to stay, great location (only 5min walk from the port), close to great taverns/restaurants, extremely clean, wifi fantastic! The host was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately we could only stay one night but would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Meletis studios is located in close proximity from the Livadia and Paralia beaches which was fantastic in windy days, many restaurants and supermarkets around. Just 6 minutes to walk to main port of Parikia, where you can find buses as well for all main destinations of the island. Our hosts were super helpful and attentive couple, Meletis and Sophia. They treated us with coffee and cookies first day and gave us very useful information about island that helped us to schedule our stay a lot. Apartment was like home, fully equipped kitchen, three balconies in two bedroom apartment. Apartment was cleaned daily, towels and linens were changed regularly.

Great location in walking distance to the port and old town. Property was meticulously clean, rooms cleaned daily. Owner was helpful, arranging a scooter rental to be brought to the property for us. Rooms were accurate to photos and amenities were as listed!

The owners were amazing so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Even to tell us where they recommended us to eat depending on our preference. Room was spotless and bed so comfy! Had all amenities needed. We only stayed for one night as we were visiting friends who were staying on the island. Location was perfect and close to everything. Would highly remcommend and was great value for money. See you again soon :)

Everything was great, but the owners were some of the sweetest people I’ve ever met! I have been traveling alone and they took care of me and tried to help me in any way possible, i was also shown a physical map of the city and given restaurant recommendations! I highly recommend staying here.

The Meleti´s are so nice and helpful. The lady waited for me to give me the keys and take me to my room. She gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions! The bedroom has a small kitchen with everything you need for a good stay! The bedroom was spacious, nice AC, good mattress. I would definitely go back and stay more days. Very nice couple! Really close to the port and next to a couple beaches.
